We're looking for an ambitious, delivery-focused Network Delivery Manager to lead our national network of schools and drive the high-quality programmes that power our work. About you and the role
This role will see you creating engaging content and running our social media feeds. This is a highly autonomous role requiring creativity, problem solving and analytical skills.

You’ll be confident writing reactive posts for LinkedIn and you’ll have an eye for making designs as beautiful as the food we serve in schools.

You’ll juggle multiple projects and know how to unearth stories that bring our mission to life. A collaborative approach will be at the heart of your approach as you help position Chefs in Schools as an innovative changemaker in education and child health.

Schools’ Project Officer
We at the Mark Evison Foundation aim to encourage Yr 12 (17 years olds) in London stage schools to embrace challenge, working outside their comfort zones as a way of developing themselves. Students must create their own applications and challenges, research and plan the projects and present them: we help with plans (sending comments by email), careful risk assessment and funding. Once they have the award and the expenses funding, they carry out their projects adult free. It is fascinating work, bringing out the best in young people.
We are seeking a gifted schools’ project officer for a key role within a busy team based in Dulwich SE21, Southwark. The work is varied and fulfilling.
You should be a graduate from a good university, enthusiastic and very well-organised, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently, manage priorities, work to deadlines, and take initiative. The project officer post involves presenting at school assemblies as outreach, working with students to help them prepare costed applications, handling draft applications by email, and accurate data collection and input. As project officer you will handle the whole process, from assemblies and schools’ work to the administration involved in getting roughly 800 students a year off doing exceptional things. You will need to deal efficiently and accurately with our administrative requirements, and have excellent PC skills – Word, Excel and Outlook. It's a Tuesday afternoon in a school hall in Luton. Multiple Year 9s are sitting in a loose circle, arms crossed, faces doing that thing teenagers do when they've decided nothing is going to impress them. Twenty minutes later, one of them- a boy who hasn't said a word in class all term, according to his form tutor- is on his feet, mid-sentence, telling the room what he actually wants to do with his life. That shift has happened because his Yes Futures coach believed in him, and in turn he now believes in himself.
Who we are
Yes Futures is a youth coaching charity. We put professional coaches in front of young people who would otherwise never get that kind of one-to-one belief and challenge: leadership coaches, life coaches and executive coaches, the kind normally hired by boardrooms. Our flagship programme, Rising Futures, works in secondary schools, where teachers choose the students they believe will gain most from it. That looks different in every school. It might be a student whose confidence has dipped, or one who has never once put their hand up in class. What we give them is the same: someone whose whole job is to believe in them, and the tools to start believing in themselves.
The programme combines one-to-one coaching with experiential learning days: from pitching product ideas inside a real company on a World of Work day to raft building and rock climbing on an Into the Wild day; experiences many of our students would never otherwise get.

Introduction to the role

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic fundraising expert to join us for 12 months as an interim Director of Regular Giving and Legacies. This new senior fixed-term role will lead a review of LSE’s approach to regular giving (annual giving/annual fund), legacy fundraising and parent and family giving, drawing on global best practice and sector benchmarking to develop an ambitious, evidence-based strategy for future growth.
The postholder will work closely with the Executive Director of Alumni Engagement and Individual Giving, fellow Directors and colleagues across fundraising, supporter engagement, systems and data to assess current activity, identify opportunities, and set out clear recommendations for future structures, resources, fundraising methods, KPIs and long-term financial targets. You will also provide senior leadership and oversight to the Regular Giving and Legacy functions, supporting a high-performing, collaborative and donor-focused culture.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape an important area of fundraising for LSE, helping to create the conditions for increased alumni participation, stronger donor engagement and sustainable philanthropic income over the coming years.
About you
You will bring substantial experience of regular giving, annual giving, legacy fundraising or closely related philanthropic programmes, ideally with strong knowledge of international best practice and North American higher education fundraising models. You will be confident using data, insight and benchmarking to shape strategy; skilled at influencing senior stakeholders; and able to balance immediate operational priorities with longer-term strategic ambition.
Working arrangements
Our usual working arrangements are at least two days per week from our London campus. However, recognising the specialist skillset and preference for global expertise, we would consider flexibility on location, hours and working patterns for exceptional candidates as long as the requirements for the role can be met.
