This is a pivotal role within ORL, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer to ensure the organisation is financially sustainable, compliant, and well-run, and that our properties and systems support the delivery of safe, high-quality services for residents, staff, volunteers, and visitors.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial operations such as payroll, pensions, Gift Aid claims, and bank reconciliations, as well as supporting the preparation of financial reports and budgets. You will manage HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and employee wellbeing. In addition, you will ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, carry out risk assessments, and oversee property management, lease agreements, and insurance.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in finance and HR management, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate staff. You’ll be confident in handling budgets, compliance requirements, and operational systems, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience working in the charity or not-for-profit sector would be an advantage.

About You & The Role
You are a natural builder who enjoys closing deals, developing relationships and creating meaningful social impact. You will shape and lead PBC’s first dedicated fundraising function, building a portfolio from the ground up with limited existing donor relationships.
The role focuses on securing six-figure corporate partnerships and cultivating high-net-worth individual donors, alongside a smaller trusts and foundations portfolio. You thrive in a strategic, relationship-led role and are comfortable using a broad range of fundraising approaches.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will secure funding to support long-term sustainability and expand PBC’s impact across London and beyond. Initially the sole fundraiser, you will have the opportunity to develop and lead a team as the function grows.
Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Strategy Delivery: Take ownership of multi-year fundraising strategy working closely with the CEO and Board to diversify and increase revenue streams that support PBC’s service expansion and reach

The Senior Product Officer , will work in the Engagement and Fundraising directorate, responsible for all fundraising from individuals at the NSPCC. The Legacies and Products team sits within this directorate and is responsible for management, and innovation across the products portfolio. Reporting to the Fundraising Manager – Products, this role will be responsible for overseeing the development, fulfilment, and delivery of the NSPCC's new and existing fundraising pr oducts, helping us achieve the highest le vels of engagement from both new and existing supporters.
The successful candidate will lead on the delivery of our Regular Giving programme, Online Shop, Weekly Lottery and Raffle, Pay Roll Giving scheme, Sponsor A Call, development of new fundraising products, and may work on other products as required. Main duties and responsibilities
- Work with the Fundraising Manager and Associate Head of Legacies and Products, to develop and deliver new and existing fundraising products
- To be responsible and accountable for the fulfilment and delivery of fundraising products, both within the Legacies and Products team , and the wider organisation
- To be responsible for development and delivery of product development roadmaps and project level management information for new and existing products
- To create and populate numerical reports and models which communicate current and potential product performance. These will evaluate achievement, forecast results and analyse data, helping stakeholders at all levels understand success
- To support in the management of the Products team’s budget, particularly with the raising of purchase orders, processing of invoices, and securing quotes from suppliers
- To be a subject expert on fundraising products, maximising income by sharing knowledge, specialist expertise, best practice, and experience with others across the organisation
- To lead on, collate and present research which provides insight into the work commercial entities and other charities and consequently informs the way we develop new and existing products
- To work cross -functionally and cross -departmentally, to ensure that fundraising activities are managed and developed in a way that maximises income for the NSPCC

This is an opportunity for a researcher with excellent data analysis, trial design and data skills to work widely across a busy and ambitious directorate, helping us understand and address youth unemployment in England.
Working with two teams in the Impact and Evidence Directorate, you will gain experience and contribute meaningfully across a range of research and evaluation activities.
- You will work with the Head of Evaluation and Principal Economist to support the design, delivery and management of data systems; scope, commission and manage high-quality evaluations; and conduct data analysis and quantitative social and economic research.
- You will also use your analytical expertise to extract insights from data, identify trends, and liaise with policy and communication teams to prepare outputs for external use.
- You will support the work of YFF’s evaluation team in generating new evidence for employment support programmes and Employer Practice through impact evaluations, including Randomised Controlled Trials.

About this job
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Income and Gift Aid Accountant Assistant to help us make sure every penny counts in our mission to stop MS. You'll play a key role in managing our income processing and supporting Gift Aid claims to help us maximise the value of every donation.
You'll ensure that donations recorded in our CRM system match the funds received, resolving discrepancies and supporting our income processes to run efficiently. Working closely with our Customer Services and Fundraising teams you’ll be at the heart of making sure our financial data is accurate and robust.
You’ll also assist with preparing and checking Gift Aid claims, helping us claim back vital extra funds at no additional cost to our supporters. Your detail driven approach will help us continue to build a strong and transparent foundation for everything we do.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a good understanding of financial accounting principles, strong Excel and IT skills, and a collaborative problem-solving approach. Excellent communication and organisational skills will also be essential as you work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure our income records are accurate and efficient.

The Museum is now seeking an exceptional Director of Development to lead a transformative capital campaign ahead of the 2030 opening. Based at the JW3 office and reporting to the CEO, the role will shape and deliver a multi-year fundraising strategy to meet a campaign target of just under £20 million, including £15 million capital costs. As a key member of the Leadership Team, the Director will represent the Museum publicly, build high-value donor relationships, lead major gift and capital fundraising activity, and work closely with Trustees and senior staff to drive philanthropic engagement across trusts, foundations, corporates and individuals.
Candidates will bring significant experience of developing and delivering successful fundraising strategies for large-scale or capital projects, with a strong personal track record of securing high level gifts. You will be a confident relationship-builder, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders and donors. Financial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire trust quickly are essential, alongside experience managing budgets, donor events and compelling campaign materials. Networks within the arts, heritage or philanthropic sectors would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
The Development Director will:
- lead our efforts to raise money into our own parent charity, from primarily new sources;
- support the CEO and investment team to raise investment capital (which may take the form of repayable grants) into our investment funds;
- lead our efforts to support organisations in the sector to raise philanthropic giving as a source of income for themselves, particularly focused around place (including the development of our existing Arts Council funded place-based philanthropy networks) and social impact (including our Big Give Arts for Impact match funding campaign);
- develop and implement our place-based strategy, which will aim to demonstrate the power of blended finance.
The Development Director will be a member of the senior leadership team and report directly to the CEO, working closely on strategy and communicating strategic priorities and progress to existing and potential grant funders (into Figurative) and investors (into our funds); whilst providing philanthropic expertise to cultural organisations and partners to optimise social impact and sector sustainability.
In this role, the successful candidate will have to be/demonstrate:
- Strategic infrastructure builder: Proven track record designing and implementing fundraising/investor relations systems and processes in growth-stage organisations - not just using existing ones.
- Financial literacy: Comfortable with impact investment concepts, fund structures, and articulating risk/return/impact trade-offs to sophisticated investors. You can speak credibly to family offices and institutional investors, not just traditional arts funders.
- Cross-sector translator: Ability to articulate culture's value to investors whose primary focus is climate, social impact, or economic development. Fluency in making the case for why culture matters to non-arts audiences. Ability to build and manage partnerships across philanthropy, commercial creative industries, and the public sector, navigating complex stakeholder environments with diplomacy and credibility.
- Cultural sector credibility: Deep understanding of how arts organisations operate, their funding challenges, and why they might be sceptical of intermediaries. Genuine commitment to supporting sector sustainability, not extracting from it.
- Proposition development: Ability to craft compelling narratives for complex funding models. You can explain why impact investment in culture is different from traditional philanthropy and why it complements (rather than competes with) existing funding.
- Scale-up mentality: Comfortable moving from £30m to £100m+ - you understand what infrastructure and processes are needed at different stages of growth.

About the Senior Communications Lead

The Innovation, Development Fundraising Manager is a new role within the charity. The purpose of this position is to work with the Senior Leadership Team and other staff members to:
· Help develop and fund new activities in our existing services.
· Through the development and modelling of pilot projects, help the SLT with the implementation of our three-year strategy and seek funding through trust and grant foundations for the delivery of the above.

Responsibilities and main duties:

About the role
This role represents an exciting opportunity to build on Eden Rivers Trust’s success and take the Trust forward at a time when rivers and water are high in the public consciousness and firmly on the Government’s agenda. Change is expected across the water sector, and Eden Rivers Trust wants to be part of delivering that change – working positively and practically from the ground up.
We have opportunities to make a significant impact in tackling many environmental issues around water in the Eden and Cumbria; promoting the concept of integrated catchment management through delivering our strategic plan and the Eden Catchment Plan, both of which contribute to the Cumbria Local Nature Recovery Strategy, the Government’s Environment Improvement Plan and Plan for Water.
We will do this working with a multitude of partners, including our sister Rivers Trusts in Cumbria and across the North West.

Our Programme
This is an exciting time to join The Brokerage and play a vital role in rolling out our brand new Next Gen Talent Programme. The programme is a two-stage career progression initiative designed to equip working-class young people with the employability skills and guidance necessary for success in the corporate world, with the ultimate aim of supporting our young people to secure and sustain a professional career.
Role purpose and main responsibilities
To lead our work on the Next Gen Talent Career Programme and support our other programmes helping young people (aged 16 to 25) access careers in professional services, banking, insurance and property.
Through our programmes, we help to develop young people so that they are equipped with the professional insights and skills needed for the workplace. We do this via a high-quality curriculum of events, including masterclasses, bootcamps, career coaching and mentoring that involve our corporate volunteers.
The Senior Programme Manager will take the lead on delivering the programme and outcomes across the Next Gen Talent Career Programme; whilst working in a highly collaborative and flexible way alongside our other senior programme managers, career coach and the volunteering and events manager.
Main Responsibilities

Project manage the Next Gen Talent Career Programme to ensure that participants develop the skills and knowledge needed to access professional careers in Engineering.

Manage the recruitment process for the Next Gen Talent Career Programme, including advertising the programme to our existing pool of students and wider stakeholders, managing the application and interview process.

Work with young people, corporates, funders and consortium delivery partners to develop and enhance programme delivery.

Manage the promotion and delivery of high-quality in-person and online events; facilitating sessions where necessary, working with the career coach, volunteering and events manager and freelance staff.

Develop engaging programme collateral to maintain relevance and quality, working alongside the communications team and incorporating participant feedback and sector insights

Manage relationships, communications and briefings for funders, corporate partners and volunteers.

Oversee and deliver one-to-one guidance for candidates, working with the career coach to ensure their engagement with the programme and to support placement applications.

Contribute to the retention of all corporate partners by overseeing the creation of engaging, responsive and cost–effective project plans, working alongside the partnerships team

Set, track and monitor targets and KPIs, working with the interim CEO to ensure programme deliverables are monitored and achieved.

Provide regular information reports and updates for The Brokerage Senior Management Team, Board of Trustees, funders and consortium delivery partners.

Play an active role in the planning and delivery of The Brokerage’s strategic objectives and participate in events and activities for The Brokerage as required.

Maintain up-to-date records on our CRM system (Salesforce).

Contribute to the development and implementation of our employer products working closely with the Interim CEO, and relevant team members.

Line Management of a small team of 2 to 3.

Lead on discrete tasks outside of day to day job as appropriate.
We are looking for someone with:
-
Experience working with young people and building relationships with a range of stakeholders.
-
A strong understanding of early careers recruitment/application processes.
-
A dynamic personality with strong written and verbal communication, combined with empathy and patience, to effectively engage with diverse individuals.

Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, including administrative aspects.
-
The ability to balance firmness with sensitivity when necessary, particularly in managing relationships and safeguarding the well-being of young people.

Relevant lived and/or professional experience (i.e. experience of the challenges faced by those from less-advantaged backgrounds)

A growth mindset, open to feedback, learning and development

Excellent IT skills, including demonstrable usage of CRM databases (e.g. Salesforce or equivalent) and other tech tools.
