The Policy and Practice Officer will work collaboratively with public and third sector stakeholders and the Carers Trust team to lead the delivery of a three-year programme focused on improving support for older carers of people living with dementia. This includes engaging with regional Dementia Strategy Groups, influencing national policy, and facilitating knowledge exchange across health, social care, and third sector organisations.
This role is central to advancing our mission by amplifying the voices of unpaid carers, ensuring their experiences shape policy and practice, and strengthening the visibility and accessibility of carer support services across Wales. By embedding Carers Trust Wales in strategic conversations and promoting good practice, the postholder will help drive meaningful change for carers of people with dementia—many of whom are older, isolated, and under-recognised. The work will contribute directly to the development of the Welsh Government’s Dementia Strategy and ensure that carers’ needs are reflected in service design and delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Chef to help run our busy onsite catering service. You will prepare and serve safe, nutritious meals, maintain high professional and food-safety standards, and help organise the day-to-day work of the kitchen.

About this key role
As a Female Child Criminal Exploitation Mentor, you will provide intensive support to young women and girls who have been identified as being at risk of, or involved in, exploitation and related harms.
Working on a one-to-one basis, as well as delivering groupwork sessions, you will build trusted relationships with young people and their families, helping them to recognise risks, increase their safety and make positive changes in their lives.
You will work closely with partner agencies to coordinate support, contribute to safeguarding and risk management processes, and provide advice and guidance to professionals working with vulnerable young women.

About the role
icap is looking for an experienced and committed Clinical Services Manager to join our Clinical Management Team and support the Director of Clinical Services in the delivery, development and governance of icap’s therapeutic services.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician with strong clinical management and people-management skills who is passionate about delivering high-quality, accessible therapy and supporting therapists to provide safe, effective and culturally sensitive services.
As Clinical Services Manager, you will have an important role in overseeing the day-to-day delivery of our clinical services, supporting our network of therapists and supervisors, and ensuring that clients receive a high-quality service from referral through to allocation and ongoing therapy.

Key responsibilities
As Clinical Services Manager, you will:
Provide clinical leadership and management across designated services, supporting therapists and supervisors and ensuring that clinical practice meets icap’s policies, procedures and governance requirements.
Oversee the client journey, including referrals, pre-initial consultations, triage, assessments and allocations, working closely with the Clinical Administrator and assessing therapists.
Provide senior clinical advice and consultation, including guidance around clinical risk, safeguarding and complex presentations, and provide clinical cover where required.
Support and develop our clinical teams, including induction, regular reviews, recruitment, team meetings, CPD and ensuring high standards of clinical documentation and outcome measurement.
Build strong relationships with partner agencies, funders and stakeholders, representing icap at relevant meetings and contributing to consultation, service development and improved access to therapy.
Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services and wider management team on clinical governance, service development, audits, policies, reporting and the continued development of icap’s therapeutic services.
About you
We are looking for a qualified and experienced therapist who combines strong clinical expertise with excellent organisational and management skills.
You will have:
Full professional membership, registration and accreditation with UKCP, BPS, BPC, BACP or equivalent.
At least five years’ post-qualification experience.
Experience of working therapeutically with people who have experienced childhood trauma.
Experience of clinical management or management within an organisational setting.
Experience of working across different cultural contexts and a strong commitment to culturally sensitive practice.
Experience of collecting and measuring clinical outcomes, including CORE.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and people-management skills.
The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary and collaborative team.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding and clinical governance requirements.
An understanding of Irish history, culture, identity and the experiences of Irish communities.
Experience or training in additional therapeutic approaches such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, IFT, EMDR or Integrative Counselling would be desirable.

The Role
As a Debt Caseworker, you will work directly with clients experiencing debt and financial hardship. You will provide high-quality advice and casework, helping clients understand their options and take positive steps towards resolving their financial difficulties.
You will support clients with compassion and professionalism, breaking down complex information into practical, achievable solutions. This includes assessing financial circumstances, preparing realistic budgets, identifying priority debts, negotiating with creditors, and empowering clients to make informed decisions about their finances.

Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to work with women in custody, including on remand, preparing
them for, and connecting them with vital community support services on, release.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Provide high-quality, trauma-responsive advocacy support both in prison and the community,
to women on remand in HMP Bronzefield, HMP Downview, and HMP Send.
2. Development and maintenance of professional relations in prison and the community.
3. Ensure clear, timely and effective communication and record keeping.
4. Proactively seek to develop your personal and professional practice and contribute to wider
organisational development.
5. Contribute to building a feminist leadership culture and positive working environment for
Women in Prison.

Location: The role is based from one of Yorkshire Air Ambulance's three sites; our HQ in Elland, Halifax or one of our two airbases at Nostell, Wakefield or Skipton Bridge, with travel across the Yorkshire region. For more than 25 years, Yorkshire Air Ambulance has delivered life-saving pre-hospital critical care across the region. Operating three helicopters and a fleet of Critical Care Team vehicles, its crews provide rapid response medical treatment to people facing some of the most serious emergencies and traumatic injuries. Funded entirely by public donations, the charity responds to more than 1,700 incidents each year across both urban and rural communities.
With a new Chief Executive Officer and a refreshed strategic direction, Yorkshire Air Ambulance is entering an important period of development and growth. The organisation is strengthening how it connects fundraising, marketing, communications and supporter engagement to ensure long-term sustainability and to build a stronger, more visible presence across Yorkshire.
This appointment will play a central role in that ambition. The Executive Director of Income & Engagement will join the Executive Team and take responsibility for leading an integrated function that brings together income generation, brand, marketing and communications. The role will ensure that every campaign, message and supporter interaction contributes to both financial sustainability and public understanding of the charity’s impact.
Working closely with the CEO, Trustees and wider Executive Team, the postholder will shape how Yorkshire Air Ambulance is positioned publicly, how it engages supporters and how it grows income across multiple streams. This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of the organisation’s future direction.
The ideal candidate will bring senior experience across fundraising, marketing or communications, with a strong track record of delivering income growth and leading multi-disciplinary teams. They will be confident operating at Executive and Board level, skilled in building relationships with senior stakeholders and experienced in using insight and data to guide strategic decisions. Above all, they will combine commercial strength with a clear sense of purpose and a commitment to the charity’s life-saving mission.
