The role

We are looking for an ER Consultant to provide practical advice and support on employee relations matters. The role manages a varied caseload, helps resolve concerns early and ensures policies and processes are applied fairly and consistently.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the role also contributes to wider People Operations work, including policy development and continuous improvement. As Scope continues its digital journey, there is opportunity to help shape how ER support is delivered across the organisation.

You will:

• Manage ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and workplace conflict.
• Provide clear, timely advice to managers and colleagues.
• Support managers through ER processes, including meetings and written outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for early resolution and informal approaches.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk cases appropriately.
• Contribute to policy review, HR projects and improvement work.
• Help build manager confidence through guidance and practical tools.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records.

This is a key role to help drive RFUK’s income generation and donor engagement strategies. As Senior Fundraising Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and delivery of RFUK’s fundraising strategy to sustain and broaden the organisation’s scale and impact. This role will play an important role in the successful planning and delivery of UUKi’s events, supporting activity in logistics, content, sponsorship, marketing and administration. About You and the Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Digital Content Producer to create high-quality audio and visual content for use across the Society’s communications channels to help us grow and engage our audiences and showcase the work we do.

Working across the breadth of the Society’s activities, you will create, and/or aid colleagues and third parties in the production of, compelling visual content including video, graphics and animation.

This is a permanent, full-time post subject to successful completion of a probationary period of three months. Additional evening and occasional weekend work will be required, by prior arrangement, to support events, typically around two extra evenings per month and some weekend conferences, with TOIL or overtime provided. The London Landmarks Half Marathon is looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Event Assistant to be on the frontline of participant support, helping ensure every runner has the best possible experience. It’s an exciting time to join the team as we look ahead to our 10th anniversary event in 2027.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for participant queries across email and phone, providing clear, friendly and timely support, and making sure every interaction is handled with care and accuracy.

Alongside this, you’ll support website updates, maintain accurate information across systems, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll also contribute to community engagement and event delivery, including supporting the coordination of performers and musicians, assisting with our volunteer programme, and helping deliver a smooth and engaging race weekend.

The Role

In September 2024, National Numeracy launched a new ‘Schools & Families Programme’ to support primary schools to increase pupils’ confidence with numbers, positive feelings about maths, and awareness of the value of maths outside the classroom. The programme also works to improve parents’, carers’ and school staff’s own confidence with numbers and supporting children with their maths. The programme has been hugely successful and is growing rapidly, supporting over 400 schools each year.

National Numeracy are now looking to expand this work into secondary schools across the UK.

The Schools & Families Officer will support the Schools & Families Programme Manager in managing fast-paced activity across the UK, including helping to deliver online training directly to school staff, recruiting schools, and visiting selected schools to ensure the success of the programme. The Schools & Families Officer will also support with the design and delivery of the new programme in secondary schools.

We are looking for someone who can support with this dynamic activity, is flexible, able to manage their time effectively, and willing to adapt to the changing needs of the charity. National Numeracy has an office in Falmer, near Brighton, in East Sussex, but the expectation for this role is that you will be primarily based at home, travelling occasionally as needed across the UK.

• Experience managing or coordinating volunteers, ideally in a charity, education or community setting

Literacy is not a given. For millions of children and young people growing up in disadvantaged communities across the UK, a lack of literacy skills shuts doors before they've had the chance to open them. The National Literacy Trust exists to change that and your fundraising will be at the heart of making it happen.

We're looking for a Fundraising Manager, Trusts & Statutory to join our Development team and grow our income from charitable trusts and foundations. You'll manage a portfolio of high-value funders, craft compelling proposals, and forge the kind of long-term relationships that sustain our work in 22 of the UK's most under-resourced communities.

What you'll be doing

• Building and managing a pipeline of five and six-figure trust and foundation grants
• Writing persuasive, evidence-rich funding applications and stewardship reports
• Developing deep, lasting relationships with funders at all levels, from programme officers to trustees
• Working in close collaboration with programme leads and the senior management team to align bids with our strategy
• Supporting and supervising a Trusts and Statutory Executive as a dotted-line report
• Contributing to income forecasting and budgeting for trustees
• Representing the charity at sector events and with external stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Significant experience securing and stewarding five and six-figure grants from charitable trusts and foundations
• Excellent written skills; you write proposals that inspire, not just inform
• Strong relationship management across a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Experience managing a funding pipeline with a CRM, and confident working to income targets

We are looking for a technically capable and detail-driven Digital Platforms Officer to manage our website and digital platforms day to day. If you are confident working in Drupal, comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and take pride in keeping systems accurate, structured and reliable, this role will suit you.

Where you’ll fit in

You will join an ambitious Marketing and Communications team focused on raising the Royal Hospital's profile, supporting fundraising, and engaging new audiences. Reporting to the Digital Product Manager, you will play a central role in maintaining the Royal Hospital's digital presence - working closely with colleagues across the organisation to manage platforms in a way that reflects its standards and distinctive character.

What you’ll be doing

You will manage the Royal Hospital Chelsea website and its associated digital platforms, ensuring they remain accurate, accessible, and well maintained.

You will:

• Manage and maintain website content, structure and assets in Drupal
• Act as the first point of contact for website updates and internal requests
• Support digital platforms including ecommerce and ticketing systems
• Support the implementation and ongoing administration of a Digital Asset Management System, ensuring assets are well organised, tagged and used consistently across the organisation
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Tag Manager, supporting campaign tracking, reporting and SEO performance. Experience with Google Ads would be an advantage.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to deliver updates and improvements
• Ensure digital platforms remain compliant with accessibility standards, GDPR and organisational governance requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has hands-on experience managing websites in Drupal or a comparable CMS
• Is technically confident, proactively identifies issues and opportunities, and knows when to resolve them independently and when to escalate
• Is organised and methodical, able to manage multiple priorities
• Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Takes ownership of day-to-day platform operation, maintaining high standards consistently over time
• Is comfortable working within a structured, heritage-led organisation

It would be desirable if you also have:

• HTML and CSS knowledge
• Experience with ecommerce, ticketing or other transactional platforms
• Prior experience working with a Digital Asset Management System
• Familiarity with Google Ads Manager
• Familiarity with Linux-based or self-hosted web environments, or experience working alongside developers in open-source or managed hosting contexts
• Experience in a charity, public sector or heritage environment

The role

To provide a comprehensive, professional and confidential Personal Assistant (PA) role to the Head of Activist Learning and Development, through the provision of efficient and effective secretarial, administrative and project administration duties, while working flexibly and collaboratively to support the wider team.

You will manage the administration of the learning programme in planning, member booking systems, reporting and aiding and advising colleagues within the team and across the organisation. In addition, you will line manage our admin colleagues within the team.

This is a varied and demanding role that will put you at the forefront of ensuring that the RCN's members have the influence in the workplace - and the world - that they need.
