Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing.
The role of BOP spans project development (working with Government and others to design and launch the service), project management (coordinating the delivery phase, managing performance, and liaising with the various stakeholders) and project finance (funding the project until it starts to earn outcomes payments). Role Outline
The role will work on the Pathfinder project which works across Greater Manchester to prevent young people from becoming homeless. The purpose of this role is to increase access to high-quality private rented sector accommodation in order to improve opportunities for participants to secure suitable and sustainable housing.
You will work across Greater Manchester to build and maintain strong relationships with private landlords, improving access to accommodation for frontline delivery teams and the young people they work alongside. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues across GMBOP and related programmes, such as Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership (KBOP), to share expertise, learning and best practice, helping to strengthen housing pathways and maximise impact across the wider partnership.
This role plays an important part in ensuring housing pathways are aligned with our strengths-based approach — supporting young people to move into accommodation that reflects their aspirations, promotes independence, and contributes to long-term stability.
What Will You Be Accountable For?

Policy & Public Affairs Intern

Purpose of role: This role will provide the successful applicant with an opportunity to gain first-hand experience of working in environmental policy and public affairs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Policy & Research
- Research and prepare a policy briefing on a topic aligned with the BES’s policy strategy.
- Drawing from previous BES publications, help develop and refine the BES’s strategic messaging to support consistent and effective external communications.
- Oversee the policy section of the BES website, including writing expert and engaging blogs and news items, and organising the contribution of external collaborators.
- Working with the communications team, help to develop content to communicate key messages, including webinars, podcasts, newsletter content and social media.
Public Affairs
- Develop a database of contacts and stakeholders to help communicate our key messages.
- Represent the BES, alongside other members of the Policy & External Affairs team, at meetings with external partners, workshops, parliamentary receptions and conferences, building relationships and forging effective partnerships.
- Help with policy event management including policy roundtables, expert workshops, policy training and other online and in-person events.
Support
- Provide support to the BES Policy Committee and our national Policy Groups in England, Wales and Scotland. This includes organising meetings, as well as producing relevant papers, agendas and minutes.

Job Purpose:
1. Volunteer Assessment and Support - To assess, train, and support volunteers prior to and throughout the placement of a dog or puppy in training. This includes ensuring that the volunteer’s capabilities and home environment are suitable for the dog, with a thorough home environment check completed prior to placement.
2. Just Like Us is the LGBT+ young people’s charity and works with thousands of schools and young people across the UK through its programmes. About Just Like Us
Just Like Us is the LGBT+ young people’s charity. Founded in 2016, we work with primary schools, secondary schools and sixth form colleges across the UK to improve the lives of LGBT+ young people. To do that, we run several programmes:
● Ambassador Programme: We support our ambassadors to use their voice, develop skills and find community. They also deliver our School Talks programme to schools across the UK.
● School Talks programme: We train and support our LGBT+ 18 to 25 year olds to speak in secondary schools about growing up LGBT+ and allyship.
● Pride Groups: We help secondary schools set up and run lunchtime or after school clubs for LGBT+ pupils and their allies to meet, learn and get support, creating a safe space in every setting.

Job Description

Programme delivery
● Support the Programmes Team to deliver our programmes

Role Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering the day-to-day operations of the Schools Consent Project across England and Wales. Role overview:
This is a new and developing service focused on increasing accessibility to stalking support for underrepresented and marginalised communities across London. The postholder will play a key role in designing, embedding, and delivering this community-based model, working closely with community groups, partners, and volunteers whilst holding a small caseload leading to building trusted pathways into service for communities that may face barriers to accessing traditional support.
The role will oversee two key initiatives:

You will manage key parts of the property product lifecycle - from defining value propositions and preparing properties for launch, through to marketing, viewings, and quality control. Purpose of This Role:
This is a strategic role, funded by the Sir Halley Stewart Trust, to shape future policy and practice in how faith communities support social prescribing for the benefit of local communities. This includes exploring the role of faith as a strategic partner in the government's neighbourhood health agenda. Building on the work of the current postholder, and previous work by NASP and organisations like Theos and the Good Faith Partnership, this role will take the lead at a national level by influencing, shaping and convening partners to unlock and unleash the significant resources of faith groups in contributing towards holistic healthcare delivered within the community.
The purpose of this role is to lead and co-ordinate NASP’s work on social prescribing with partners across the faith sector and enable a better understanding of how to work effectively with faith communities through social prescribing, and the role that faith and belief plays in supporting good health and wellbeing. The role will work to improve accessibility of community support through social prescribing by exploring the barriers and opportunities in faith communities and the health sector. The role will have a particular emphasis on health inequalities and explore opportunities for faith groups’ reach into deprived communities and ethnic minority communities, recognising that faith communities may be most trusted precisely where health inequalities are most acute.
The role sits in the National Leads & Evidence team, led by the Executive Director of Strategy and Partnerships. The postholder will work alongside NASP colleagues who lead on Healthcare integration; Evidence and Insights; International Social Prescribing; and connections with sectors that provide community activities and support such as the natural environment, physical activity, historic environment and arts and culture.
