Hestia's Age Activity Centre (AAC) is a lively, open‑access day centre supporting Wandsworth residents aged 60 and over to stay active, independent and socially connected. The service offers a wide range of activities including IT classes, wellbeing sessions, social events and occasional day trips, all designed to reduce isolation, promote community, and help older people maintain their health and independence for as long as possible. Alongside this, the AAC plays a key role in fostering friendships, building confidence and creating a welcoming space where older people can thrive.
This role supports both the AAC and the Hestia Recovery Café, contributing to the smooth running of daily learning and development activities. It involves leading and overseeing adult learning classes, supporting volunteer and pool worker recruitment, and managing essential resources and administrative tasks. The postholder will help ensure high‑quality, engaging sessions while maintaining an organised, inclusive environment that empowers older people and enhances their overall wellbeing.

The role:
This is an exciting role within the Communications Team at Glass Door Homeless Charity. The Marketing Officer will lead on the creation and delivery of multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, help generate vital income and maximise impact across our Communication and Fundraising activities.
This is a highly collaborative role with the Fundraising team, acting as a strong marketing support function for fundraising appeals, events and community fundraising.
This role will also provide marketing support to the wider organisation to encourage engagement across a wide-range of audiences; from supporting with key messaging in Volunteer newsletters, to ensuring clear messaging for front-line service collateral to helping draft a speech for a flagship event.

Caseworker
We currently have an opportunity for a Caseworker to join the multi-crime team in Wales on a part-time basis working 22.5 hours per week.
This is a hybrid role with regular travel around Dyfed Powys required.

Proven experience delivering successful digital communications campaigns and audience growth strategies.
Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to translate complex environmental policy, political structures, or impact data into inspiring, accessible content.
Hands-on experience managing websites (WordPress preferred) and utilising social media, email marketing platforms, and varied digital tools to drive engagement.

The Role
Your time will be split across three core focus areas:
Digital Marketing & Communications: Execute our marketing strategy and audience growth priorities across all digital channels. Craft engaging monthly newsletters and use digital communications to build strong relationships with our supporters . Support the structured growth and marketing of HFTF’s consultancy and paid services to attract, secure and nurture relationships with our partners. Update and manage our WordPress website and core digital channels. Develop, optimise, and design compelling email journeys for our key services using our digital toolkit, including Ticket Tailor and EcoSend. Supervise our Communications freelancer (1 day per week) providing supportive oversight for social media content.
Individual Giving & Campaigns: Develop communications showcasing our real-world impact through collaborative storytelling to increase our visibility and strengthen audience engagement. Help grow our base of regular individual supporters to increase our unrestricted income. With the Fundraising Manager's support, you will lead digital individual giving campaigns, including the Big Give, to grow our regular supporter base and boost unrestricted income.
Climate Connect Platform Growth: Expand our digital organising platform into a sustainable paid service for partners, creating a long-term income stream. Design campaigns to increase platform uptake, engage with organisations and communities to actively use Climate Connect, ensuring a smooth user journey. Help gather impact case studies for future grant funding, and liaise with external developers to coordinate platform updates and improvements.

We’re seeking two Communications and Engagement Officers – one embedded within our Development team and one within our Volunteering team. Each role will lead on their department’s marketing and communications activity, while working collaboratively with their counterparts in other departments to ensure a joined-up and consistent approach.
The role will involve supporting digital and in-person events, creating promotional content and producing high-quality and engaging posts for advertising events and post-event content. It will also involve acting as a proactive and trusted media lead for Spark Somerset, creatively shaping department-relevant coverage by building strong media relationships, managing news opportunities and conducting interviews where required.

This role is a one-year fixed-term position.
Overall purpose
The middle school English teacher is responsible for delivering an English curriculum in an engaging, stimulating and effective manner, using varied instructional strategies.
Summary of duties
Teach four sections of Grade 8 English
Serve as a Grade 8 advisor: build positive relationships with advisees and their families, deliver advisory curriculum, coach advisees with social, emotional, and academic topics, liaise with team teachers
Plan, teach, and assess in close alignment with grade level teaching partner
Collaborate with grade-level team teachers to support student well-being and academic progress, as well as the advisory curriculum and various team initiatives
Coordinate curriculum with other members of the English department, and liaise with other departments where appropriate

Essential qualifications/experience:
