Your role
The fundraising and communications group at CMS has ambitious goals and targets and you’ll play a key role in helping successfully deliver on these. You’ll harness the huge potential of social media and other digital platforms to help CMS get the attention of our target audiences, build brand awareness, raise money and recruit people to our mission programmes. As well as having a strong working knowledge of social media platforms, you will need to be able to create and edit video as well as other forms of compelling content.
What you’ll need to succeed
It is essential that the post holder has proven social media, organic and paid content production experience, including video creation, and knowledge of social media posting and interaction via Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and X in an organisational context.
In addition, proven website editing using a content management system such as WordPress and email marketing via a client such as DotDigital.
It is also a requirement that this post holder is committed to the aims and values of CMS.

Key responsibilities
Special Events
• Co-ordinate logistics for CTS fundraising and organisational events including managing event paperwork and processes, such as invitations and RSVPs
• Manage events as directed e.g. lead on the delivery of the annual stadium takeover day, golf day and/or other events as required
• Responsible for administrative support for CTS fundraising events including maintaining attendee and gift records on our Raisers Edge database
• Responsible for proactively sourcing auction items and the fulfilment of said auction items and raffle prizes to be used at CTS and third-party fundraising events, including developing partnerships with potential auction donors (both individual and corporates)

About you and the role
This role will initially support the set up and roll-out of the national school food resource hub, in collaboration with internal and external partners. With the hub still in its design phase, you will be joining at a crucial time, to ensure it is ready to launch in the Spring. Our ultimate goal is that every school in the country has access to, and is using the resource hub to support their crucial role in shaping kids’ eating habits for life.
Working closely with the Membership Programme Manager and Content and Resource Officer, your role will be to manage the day to day administration of the resource hub, ensuring it is continually updated with new content, resources & recipes and live event details.
You will support the creation and maintenance of the e-learning modules, and with a national forum for school chefs embedded on the site, you will also be responsible for monitoring and moderating user generated content.
Your role will also include maintaining and updating the platform's CRM, ensuring member information is accurate and up to date, supporting the administration process for new members, and responding to member queries relating to the site or their access.

About the role
The Executive Director of Fundraising & Digital is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, accountable for ensuring the Refugee Council’s financial growth, supporter engagement, and digital transformation. About the Project
The National Lottery funded Meddwl Ymlaen Mind Our Future project is led by The Venture on behalf of the North East Wales partnership. The aim is to empower young people aged 11 to 24 to shape mental health services across Wrexham and Flintshire. Young people will co develop and influence policy, processes and services that affect their mental wellbeing.
Overview of the Role
The Senior Youth Engagement Officer will lead the youth engagement and co production elements of the project. A key part of the role is to lead and facilitate the Young Leaders Advisory Board (YLAB), made up of 11 to 24 year olds who guide the direction of the project. The post holder will support their leadership development, confidence and decision making.
The role also includes developing a strategy to recruit and engage more young people, delivering a calendar of youth led events, and ensuring young voices shape all aspects of the project. The officer will represent Mind Our Future in meetings with stakeholders and support young people recruited into paid roles within the project.
Main Duties
• Lead and facilitate the YLAB, plan and chair meetings, and support members to take an active leadership role.

The role
This role is part of the Student Activities department working collectively with colleagues delivering the Guild’s student groups, societies, activities and volunteering work as part the Engagement Directorate, whilst leading on on the development of engagement opportunities for growth within the organisation and in collaboration with university stakeholders.
