Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Twickenham Shop, 4BW TW1

You will be responsible for driving sales, managing stock and donations, creating engaging displays, overseeing shop finances, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures. About you

This role requires experience of managing a retail environment, including responsibility for sales performance, customer service, cash handling and health and safety compliance. You will have experience leading and motivating staff, with the ability to build strong relationships and create a positive and inclusive team culture. Strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise competing demands and confidence in making operational decisions are essential. Experience of working with volunteers, charity retail, EPOS reporting and identifying opportunities to maximise income would be advantageous. Above all, you will be proactive, adaptable and passionate about delivering excellent service while supporting the vital work of Shooting Star Children's Hospices.
