Community Fundraising Manager
Salary: Outer London Business Support Scale, Grade 5\6 (Spine Points 21.1 – 28), £32,064 - £36,579 per annum inclusive of London Weighting.
Location: Copthall House, 9 The Pavement, Grove Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 1DA
Working Pattern: Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office; travel across all OHC&AT sites and to external meetings required, including at weekends, for which time off in lieu will be given. As part of the Dal I Godi service, you will provide specialist, trauma-informed support and advocacy to victims of domestic abuse who have been assessed as being at high risk of serious harm. Working alongside each individual from the point of crisis, you will assess risk, develop personalised safety plans and help them understand and access the options available to protect themselves and their children.
You will manage a varied caseload and work closely with partner agencies, including the police, housing providers, social services, health professionals and the criminal and civil justice systems. You will also represent and advocate for victims through processes such as MARAC, ensuring their voice, choices and safety remain central throughout.
We are looking for someone with at least two years’ experience of providing high-level domestic abuse support, strong risk assessment and crisis-management skills, and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach. You should hold a recognised IDVA qualification or be willing to work towards one. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
In return, you will become part of an experienced and supportive specialist team committed to delivering high-quality services to people affected by domestic abuse across Wales.

Job Title: Children and Family Worker
Location: Based on site in West London (This location is hidden due to the sensitive nature of the service) Unfortunately this service does not have step free access.

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (One Saturday once every 3 months instead of a Friday) on a rolling rota including 07:30 - 15:30, 09:00 - 17:00 and 11:30 - 19:30. About the role
As a Children and Family worker, you will be based within our Women's Refuge service, supporting women and children up to the age of 15 who have escaped domestic abuse. You will deliver trauma-informed, child and family centred support to promote safety and wellbeing, working collaboratively with mothers to strengthen the parent-child relationship during a time of crisis. You will support with both emotional and practical day-to-day support. This is typically done through key work sessions, risk assessments, and empowerment focused activities.
You will play a vital role in supporting families, being the sole specialist within the service, which gives you autonomy to shape the role based on your expertise and experience. You will lead on child-focused support, as well as working part of the wider team to provide the support to mothers. You will deliver a range of support for children and young people, as well as family and parenting support.

You will have a trauma-informed understanding of domestic abuse and the impact it has on families, and will be able to engage in sensitive conversations, recognising signs on trauma, and being proactive to support families to overcome this. You will be a team player, able to collaborate and provide support to colleagues as needed.

Hours of Work
40 hours plus On Call duties.

The On Call provision is in place at all times, including weekends, nights and Bank Holidays, and is covered on a rota basis with three or four individuals.
We are able to take a reasonable number of other committments into consideration when planning the On Call rota, with each person doing an equal share of Bank Holidays, weekends and everyday cover.
