Job description

In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, crafting compelling grant applications, and securing the resources we need to expand our impact. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation to shape fundable projects and ensure our proposals reflect both our strategic priorities and the needs of the communities we serve.

At Age UK Oxfordshire, grants from charitable trusts and foundations are a vital source of income—enabling us to deliver life-changing services for older people and unpaid carers across the county. As we implement an ambitious new strategy to double our voluntary income by 2030, we’re investing in the growth of our trust fundraising to help bring that vision to life.

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Trusts and Foundations Manager to lead this work.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in our future—helping to unlock vital funding, strengthen our grant-making relationships, and support older people and unpaid carers across Oxfordshire for years to come.
