An exciting opportunity has come up to join the Community Fundraising team at Cystic Fibrosis Trust. You will be joining a dynamic community fundraising team at an exciting period of growth in our fundraising programme. You will work along side the Community Development and Fundraising Manager and the Digital and Social Community Fundraiser and be responsible for providing a high level of administrative and triage support for Community Fundraising activity, with specific responsibility for accurate data inputting and exceptional initial stewardship of community fundraising supporters.
Our current fundraising activities vary to include a wide range of supporter led events (Team CF [1]), ranging from football tournaments to bake sales, silent discos, balls and more. You will also support in the delivery of our fundraising campaigns with a key focus on Wear Yellow Day [2] and Festive fundraising [3].
The Community Fundraising team all work from home and regularly keep in touch with weekly online team meetings, individual catchups as required, as well as in person meetings throughout the year. This role would suit someone who is passionate about relational fundraising, is extremely organised and can work both on their own and in a team.
Typical responsibilities in the role are:
- To triage and respond to incoming enquiries, material requests and bookings via phone & email, efficiently and accurately.
- To ensure the management of accurate supporter records/bookings for key community events using third party external sites such as Enthuse to support this
- Engage with fundraising supporters and potential supporters to deliver exceptional stewardship and understanding people’s needs and challenges
- To assist in the correspondence with and development of fundraisers and donors, to ensure they have the support and fundraising materials they need to reach their fundraising goals and have an exceptional supporter experience
- Create and amend supporter records on the database in an accurate manner and within agreed standards ensuring data is always managed securely and effectively.
- Update Community Pipeline with activity and income details and us this platform to provide data on fundraising activity.
This is a home-based role with some travel throughout the UK. You will be able to take Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) for this and claim travel and subsistence allowances.

The Grants Programme Assistant will support both the Executive Director and the Assistant Manager across the remit of the SCLF’s work to help it deliver its objectives. Salary: Grade C £ 16,888per annum - £19,511per annum (£28,148 - £32,519 pro rata) depending upon experience plus 8% employer pension contribution (pro rata)
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to provide an excellent PA service to our Senior Leadership Team and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).
You will have previous experience as a personal assistant working within a busy team. You will be skilled in using all Office applications as well as in prioritising and supporting multiple people simultaneously.
You will work independently but also be part of the CEO Office team and will be key to contributing to our wider purpose of saving butterflies and moths.

A fantastic livery company focused on being a philanthropic force for good are looking for a Assistant Housing Manager on a 15 month FTC.
Location:Office at Bank, with occasional off-site visits
Salary: £39,000 plus generous benefits package
Contract: 15-month FTC (maternity cover)
Hours: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
As Assistant Housing Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of operational efficiency across the Company's six residential sites and services for 206 residents, including leasehold. Your role will be to provide excellent customer service to residents and work to ensure that each site is safe, secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.
You will also support the development and implementation of new systems and processes and provide guidance on Housing policies and procedures. You will work closely with the finance team to manage rental income and invoice payment and will deputise in the absence of the Housing Manager.
The successful candidate will have some experience in property management (ideally) and will possess excellent customer service and administration skills, and proficiency in IT.
