UNICEF UK is seeking a Delivery Manager to work with Product Managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the effective delivery of our online products. You'll bring clarity to priorities, manage dependencies and improve delivery processes to help achieve successful digital outcomes.
You will own and continuously improve the delivery flow for UNICEF UK's online products, establishing effective approaches to backlog and workflow management. Acting as the central coordination point across Web, Digital, Marketing, Product and external partners, you will manage dependencies, risks and blockers, coordinate UAT readiness and sign-off processes, and provide clear visibility of delivery progress, priorities, capacity and trade-offs. You will also lead improvements to agile ways of working, helping teams optimise delivery processes and ceremonies to improve efficiency and collaboration.
We are looking for someone with significant experience delivering complex projects or programmes in a digital, technology or product-led environment, working closely with Product Managers and multidisciplinary teams. You will bring strong stakeholder management, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience of agile delivery methodologies, continuous improvement and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes is essential. About this role
We are looking for an ambitious, thoughtful, and relationship-focused Account Manager to become Unifrog’s Specialist Provision expert within the Account Management team.
You will own a national portfolio of specialist provision partners, including:
Special schools
SEND schools and colleges
Pupil Referral Units (PRUs)
Alternative Provision (AP) settings
SEMH settings
Hospital schools
Other specialist education provisions
What you’ll do
You will take ownership of specialist provision partnerships following onboarding, leading renewals, long-term engagement, and helping partners maximise the value of Unifrog.
Help specialist provision partners succeed
Deliver ongoing training and support to school leaders and staff, helping partners to develop their use of Unifrog over time.
Help partners embed Unifrog effectively with students across different needs and learning profiles.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner schools and trusts.
Increase engagement, usage, and measurable impact across the portfolio.
Own renewals and retention across the specialist provision portfolio.
Demonstrate value and impact to support strong long-term partnership outcomes.
Identify barriers to engagement and proactively develop solutions.
Work collaboratively with Area Managers to ensure smooth handovers into long-term partnership management.
Build Unifrog’s specialist provision strategy
Gather insights from specialist provision partners and identify opportunities to improve how Unifrog supports these settings throughout the partner journey, using your findings to shape onboarding approaches, training, messaging, and best practice guidance.
Identify how specialist provisions can benefit from wider Unifrog developments, including primary resources and future tools.
Act as the voice of specialist provision within Unifrog, championing the needs of these partners and working with Product, Marketing, Content, and other teams to ensure they are reflected in future developments.
Become a trusted internal expert on the specialist provision landscape.

What you'll do:
- Ensure all live and test application environments are maintained in compliance with Look Ahead's IT policies and guidelines to meet business needs by working with colleagues and the Business Systems Manager to manage system security and coordinate system changes, patch installations, database copies and upgrades, as applicable.
- Provide application configuration, support, and administration for Nourish (Care plans) and Camascope (eMARS), and cover for other key business systems including MHR's iTrent (Recruitment, HR & Payroll), Cx (Housing Management & Customer Support Plans), OnTrack (Domestic Abuse) and any other applications and products being deployed through the Digital Transformation programme.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team. The role will report to the Head of Marketing and Fundraising and will be responsible for developing and implementing the fundraising strategy, driving forward all aspects of fundraising, including building corporate charity of the year partnerships, individual giving, major donors,
trusts and foundations, legacies and community fundraising.
The successful candidate will be a core member of the Central Team, working closely with the Marketing Team to develop and deliver income for the charity.
This role will have budgetary responsibility to achieving a revenue target in financial year 26/27 of £1.5 million, whilst building a sustainable income stream for the long-term with Yr on Yr growth. Key priorities include increasing the Individual Giving and Regular Giving donor database, donor and fundraiser stewardship, organising fundraising events, and securing grants and sponsorships.

· Operations: Keep the day-to-day running smoothly – from diary management and HR basics to coordinating contractors.

What you’ll be doing
The Engagement Manager will lead River Action’s overall engagement strategy, providing strategic oversight of both stakeholder engagement and community engagement activity across the organisation.
Building and managing relationships with senior leaders across government, regulators, NGOs, businesses, financiers, academia and civil society, the postholder will identify opportunities to increase River Action’s influence, support policy and advocacy objectives, and help position the organisation as a leading voice on river protection and environmental reform.

London City Mission is looking for a Systems Development Manager to lead the next phase of development, optimisation and improvement across our core business systems.

About the role
Following a significant period of organisational transformation, including the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central and other key platforms, London City Mission is entering a new phase focused on optimisation and continuous improvement.
As Systems Development Manager, you will lead a portfolio of systems initiatives that help the organisation get the best from its technology investments. You'll work across departments, helping stakeholders identify opportunities, clarify requirements and deliver improvements that support ministry and operational effectiveness.
This is a broad and varied role combining project management, business analysis, stakeholder engagement and systems development. While there will be opportunities for hands-on contribution, the primary focus is on planning, coordination and successful delivery across multiple initiatives.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric or Business Central would be advantageous, as would experience within a charity or values-driven organisation.
