SEL Mind are working in partnership with South London and Maudsley (SLaM) NHS Foundation Trust to deliver the Primary Care & Community Mental Health Service, supporting people in Lewisham with their mental health and wellbeing. The service brings together the expertise of local primary, secondary and voluntary sector mental health care providers with the aim of providing flexible, holistic and integrated services for adults with mental health problems.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join our team in Lewisham. The role will take a leading position in the development and delivery of the Primary Care Mental Health Team, with responsibility for operational management of the service, support of team members, and building strong partnerships with SLaM, key stakeholders and line management.
This is a pivotal role for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving forward innovative and person-centred mental health support within primary and secondary care. The role requires strong communication skills and includes responsibility for dealing with safeguarding situations and risk management. Accurate record-keeping and outcome monitoring are essential.

Our General Manager is a key member of Different Planet Arts small staff team. This role is suitable for someone building a career in operations. We are looking for someone who can maintain and provide the right systems and structures to enable others to lead and create our arts projects, and provide ongoing, efficient admin, managerial and fundraising support.
You will manage and be responsible for our systems and processes for financial administration, fundraising, governance procedures and processes, monitoring and keeping the Different Planet Arts office running day-to-day as an administrative hub. You will work closely with our treasurer (who is responsible for creating quarterly Management Accounts.)

Management Responsibilities

Purpose
The Case Manager will strive to make contact and work on a one-to-one basis with perpetrators whose victims have been identified as high risk at MARAC to pro- actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and link to complementary services. To do this, the Case Manager will work with existing agencies in each pilot site to design a co-ordinated, strategic individual intervention plan to address identified needs and risks and promote understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours. Throughout the intervention the Case Manager will work closely with the IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans and improve outcomes for all parties involved.
The Case Manager will be responsible over the long term for delivering outcomes, to achieve behaviour change with each service user.
Responsibilities
Interagency work
- Work to embed the Case Manager role into multi-agency responses to domestic abuse in the area.
- Effective understanding and implementation of institutional advocacy by pro- socially challenging partner agencies, acknowledging best practice and striving for change to benefit the individual, the service and the sector.
- Support other professionals in responding to service users in a way that is coterminous with the aims and ethos of the Drive Project.
- Working closely with other professionals to ensure that risk management and safeguarding duties are effectively met.
- Develop and maintain effective partnership working with statutory, private and voluntary agencies to address the issue of domestic abuse.
- Represent the service at operational multi-agency meetings, feeding back initiatives and outcomes to the team and contributing to the evaluation of the quality of activities these services offer.
- Provide a single point of proactive and regular contact for a range of professionals involved in the case of the service user.
- Be flexible and willing to work in all types of environments.
Case management
- Comply with child protection and information sharing policies, ensuring that service users and colleagues understand and comply with the service’s safeguarding framework.
- Manage a case load focusing on high risk perpetrators of domestic abuse to provide an assertive, medium to long term service, based on thorough assessment and individual support planning that adopts the principles of both ‘Support (change) or/and Disrupt (continued offending) concept.
- Contribute to regular service reviews which include monitoring data, evaluations, intake and output policy, and practice and workload reviews for the whole service.
- Attend monthly case management meeting with the Service Manager.
- Attend clinical supervision.
- Take appropriate steps to protect where there is an imminent risk to another person.
Recording and administration
- Ensure that case files and records are accurate and complete; and are kept and in compliance with Data Protection Act requirements.
- To enter all the required information into the Drive project electronic case management system to enable tracking of service user change, multi-agency working and risk management.
- Weekly maintenance and accurate and secure audit trail of all relevant communication.
- Comply with the data protection and information sharing protocols that Drive has agreed to.
Direct work with service users
- Maintain a proactive response to service users, continuously providing positive options for behaviour change throughout the service users time in the Drive project.
- Use combination of motivational work, relationship building and a broad range of therapeutic skills to engage service users to address their abusive behaviour.
- Motivate and support service users to address the broad range of needs that may contribute to the risk that they pose to others or act as barrier for them in addressing that risk. e.g. housing, substance use etc.
- To ensure that service users understand that the community and Drive project will ensure that they are accountable for continued use of abuse and abusive behaviour towards others.
- Ensure that there is a consistent delivery of services to the identified perpetrators of domestic abuse, including comprehensive risk assessment, support planning, referrals to other agencies and MARACs.
- Develop strategies that will disrupt the continued risk posed by service users
- Undertake assessment of risk, needs and attitudes to inform the individual service user’s intervention plan.
- Ensure that risk assessment and risk management procedures are followed at all times.
- Respect and value the diversity of the community in which the service works in, providing a service that recognises the diverse needs of service users and their families.
- Work closely with the IDVAs’ supporting the partners, ex-partners and new partners, and family members of service users in management risk and developing intervention plans, as set out in the Drive Manual.

About The Role
SAVE Britain’s Heritage is looking for a proactive and collaborative Heritage Engagement Manager to strengthen our support for communities campaigning to save historic buildings.
You’ll take the lead in developing and managing SAVE’s public-facing resources — including the Buildings at Risk Register, ACT NOW! Toolkit and Building of the Month — ensuring they are accessible, impactful and widely used. A key part of the role is working directly with community campaigners, volunteers and students, providing advice and support to help them run effective campaigns, and sharing success stories across SAVE’s networks.
Working closely with our small team — and alongside our Casework Officer — you’ll help ensure SAVE’s campaigning tools are closely aligned with our strategic aims, from audience development and sector leadership to new partnership opportunities. You’ll also coordinate the annual launch of the Buildings at Risk list, deliver regional engagement activities, and build partnerships with universities and professional networks to foster collaborative initiatives.

Job Purpose:Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Family Centre provision to support families with children and young people aged 0-19 years (up to 25 years with disabilities and additional needs) that are identified as the most need of support or have emerging needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Management of the implementation of the Surrey County Council Families First specification for Family Centres and Family Resilience Support provision.
- To monitor the Manager’s in-tray, triage referrals, ensure contact with families providing management oversight and comply with all elements of Early Help Module (EHM) Practice standards for Child Records – Family Centres and Family Support Programme guidance.
- With the Family and Youth Manager to devise and review the service delivery plan including emerging needs groups and partnership working with HomeStart East Surrey and other agencies.

- Show evidence of the impact of the support that is provided and record this on Early Help Management System (EHM), Outcome Stars and other systems as appropriate.

Assistant Centre Manager
Role to cover: Bookings, Marketing & Administration

Responsible to: Vicar and PCC
Place of Work: St Pauls Church, Hills Road, CB2 1JP
Full time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday- Friday with capacity to work occasional evenings and a maximum of 2 Saturdays out of 4 each month, if needed. Time off in lieu applied.
Flexible working is possible with core hours being 10am-3pm. This will be discussed on a case-by-case basis and discussed with the Centre manager at the beginning of each week.
Holiday: 25 days per year plus bank holidays.
This is very much a hands-on role and will be suited to a candidate with sales, marketing and administration experience. This role is a significant and essential one for St Paul’s Church and Community Centre.
This role has two clear functions. Firstly to take the lead in room hire and bookings for the church. It is vital in this role for the business to be run with professionalism and skill, maximising the income for the church. The post-holder will develop a clear business strategy with support from the Centre Manager and commercial trustees. The business strategy should be mindful of the wider mission of the church and its community interests. An element of the position is event coordination, to help plan and run events, weddings, and to support external hirers with logistics and setup.
The second function of the role is marketing and communications. The post-holder will be responsible for helping to promote not just the commercial side of the business, but St Paul’s Church and Community Centre as a whole. This means developing an approach across social media, the physical building, the website, and other avenues to communicate the wider vision of St Paul’s. This will be done in consultation with the Centre Manager, Vicar, other staff members and with the PCC.
The role is the engine of the church, providing the necessary income to run the building, employ staff and help run the community programmes. You will be proactive and a self-starter, actively looking for business and ensuring all marketing has been produced and published accordingly. You will lead on the production of physical and digital assets and enable the updating of our website.
Experience in property management and with working in the 3rd Sector would be beneficial but not mandatory.

The assistant centre manager is a key role in the life of St Paul’s Church. Working closely with the Centre Manager, other staff and volunteers, the postholder is essential to the smooth running of all our operations. Role Description
Commercial:
• Be the lead on managing the commercial bookings from the initial enquiry all the way to the end of the booking, dealing with any queries or issues arising.
• Ensure that bookings are well-managed and appropriate for the spaces and facilities offered. Be available to work some Saturdays and evenings in order to facilitate out of hours and larger weekend events.
• Respond to bookings enquiries on email, via our website, on the phone and in person with a customer-focused professionalism and skill.
• Work with the Centre Manager and Vicar to ensure the appropriateness of bookings and cross-referencing with the church diary and community programme.
• Make and complete bookings on our Midas (or similar) booking system, detailing as much information as possible to be able to share with other members of the team.

• Administer all booking invoices in line with our agreed commercial terms, including deposits, and ensure clear paperwork/ communication for the book-keeper. Chase bad debts when necessary.

• Bring in new business to the centre by reaching out to past, present and new clients to increase bookings.
Marketing:
• Be responsible for marketing St Paul’s Church and Community Centre, including physical and social media content. Be proactive in designing posters, flyers, banners and other promotional material, working with external designers and printers when needed.
• Advertise and promote the centre spaces for hire, working with the centre manager and commerce committee to maximise income.
• Ensure that both our physical and digital assets are within brand guidelines, professional and that they promote St Paul’s Church and Community Centre in a positive way.
• Oversee the website and ensure that it is up to date; oversee any new website design project. Enable other staff members to edit the website and support our social media.
Other:
• Be a team player who communicates and works well with our volunteers, the staff team, the commerce committee and vicar.
• Support the Centre Manager in the day-to-day operations of running the church and centre, including parish administration, practical tasks and liaison with external contractors, as necessary.
• Be involved in and support special projects, church events and community programmes e.g. ArtsFest.
• From time to time, you may be required to undertake tasks outside the specific tasks listed above.
• Ordering general supplies for centre such as cleaning and kitchen equipment.

A Hybrid Role
This role will work across both frontline delivery and input into the administration of the Duty system that underpins all HHPA’s work. It’s anticipated the worker’s role will be split roughly 50/50 across both elements of the work. Having a staff member working across both will give us a valuable insight into how frontline and Duty can work better together. It is also a good opportunity for the worker to gain experience in all aspects of project delivery, which could be a valuable first step for anyone interested in project management or leadership.
The Duty work
The HHPA Duty Team makes sure the Homeless Health Peer Advocacy service runs safely and smoothly. They handle bookings from partner organisations, match referrals with Peer Advocates, and organise all the practical details – like booking transport, giving travel directions, and confirming who will attend each appointment. They use a specially designed Salesforce database to keep track of appointments, update records, and measure the impact of the service. A key part of their job is running the Duty System, which checks Peer Advocates in and out of jobs so that everyone is safe and supported.
The team is also the main point of contact for partners, frontline staff, and volunteers. They answer questions, make sure referrals have all the right information, and keep everything running to schedule. They look after data security, maintain good relationships with partner agencies, and make sure volunteers and workers have what they need to do their work well. By taking care of the behind-the-scenes work, the Duty Team frees up the frontline team to focus on supporting people to attend healthcare appointments and improve their health.
The pan-London Caseworker work
We need this role to support people experiencing homelessness in Boroughs where support needs are extremely high, but where we don't have the capacity or flexibility through our other funding to meet their needs. Most of our Caseworkers are funded by individual Boroughs and can only work in that area. This role will be able to work in any of the Boroughs where we deliver HHPA so will give us the flexibility to go to where the need is greatest rather than being fixed in a single local authority area. As a more senior role in our HHPA service, the Caseworker will use their skills and experience to focus on people in the most complex and difficult situations, including those grappling multiple connected issues around physical and mental health, addiction, trauma, disabilities, and more.

Key Tasks
Quality Assurance
· Management of various stakeholder compliance schedules, which have been set up to facilitate timely reporting of required assurance data (including quarterly safeguarding report and bi-annual safeguarding audit).
· Responsible for collating data and writing reports required to for monthly, quarterly and annual quality reporting. This involves liaising with key personnel across several departments to ensure the data is received in good time in order to produce and publish reports to set schedules.
· Responsible for ensuring that various Hospice departments produce and share their required reports for appropriate sharing with stakeholders ahead of attendance at meetings as required.
· Support the Hospice Executive Management Team to respond to information requests in a timely manner and within regulatory bodies timescales.

· Managing Policy Reviews to a set schedule, ensuring that each Hospice Department reviews existing policies or produces new policies as required.
· Attendance at appropriate meetings such as internal Clinical Governance/Patient Safety Meetings and Contract, Quality and Performance Group Meetings with M&C ICB
· Maintenance of the Hospice Risk Register.
· Assist the incident reporting processes, supporting the investigation of incidents as required.
· Ensuring appropriate incident reporting to external stakeholders in a robust and timely manner.
· Liaise with external colleagues as required to feed into locality data collection, such as Hospice Collaborative and Hospice UK requirements.
· Managing patient and carer feedback processes, including working with the Hospice Patient and Carer Representative.
· Managing the Hospice Clinical Governance/Patient Safety Meeting. Setting up a meeting schedule, setting an agenda for the meeting. Ensuring minutes of the meeting are produced. Preparing a Quality Assurance Report for the meeting for discussion at the meeting.
· Supplying reports as requested for the Hospice Board of Trustee meetings.
· Managing the production of the Hospice annual Quality Account, ensuring that it is produced on time for presentation to stakeholders and then having the final version ready for publication at the end of June.
· Assisting the Controlled Drug Accountable Officer with appropriate reporting.
· Assisting the Registered Manager with appropriate notifications to the Care Quality Commission.
· Managing the collation, processing and maintenance of up-to-date patient data appropriate to facilitate external and internal reporting
Ensuring that the Hospice is familiar with the latest requirements from CQC in terms of evidencing Quality Statements and inspection processes. Assessing how the Hospice meets the Quality Statements and having the assessment of evidence of compliance available. Also ensuring that any gaps in evidence have action plans.

Key Skills & Experience
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel skills and able to manipulate complex data sets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse and interpret significant amounts of financial data
- Ideally, have experience in client finance, including reporting to clients, managing systems and processes, working in partnership with clients to deliver results
- Experience with property management systems such as MRI Horizon, Yardi Voyager, or similar systems, in addition to Excel and PowerBI (or similar) for financial reporting is desirable
