About us
Foxglove is a non-profit that exists to make the use of technology fair for all. When Big Tech companies abuse their power, their workers or the planet – and when governments use technology to oppress, exclude or discriminate – we litigate and campaign to fix it.
Big Tech companies have become so large – gobbling up a huge slice of the global marketplace and an unprecedented treasure hoard of user data – that they’re now more powerful than many states. The harmful effects of this concentration of power are everywhere – threats to our democracy, to our privacy, decimated workers’ rights and platforms rife with disinformation and hate. Big Tech and AI data centres are rapidly expanding, resulting in huge strain on energy and water supplies. Worldwide governments are ploughing ahead with the use of algorithms and mass data systems to cut costs and increase efficiency often resulting in digital tools that entrench unfairness and leave the most vulnerable in society in crisis. All these problems are only getting worse with generative AI.
Foxglove works to bring the rule of law to the tech and AI giants who have upended our public square, workplaces, and social lives. We have a strong track record. We’ve launched landmark cases seeking structural changes to big tech’s harmful business models, supported 180+ Facebook content moderators fired for trying to form a union to sue Facebook and their outsourcing company, Sama – winning world-first judgements. We're urging competition regulators worldwide to stop Google’s theft of independent news. We’ve filed the UK’s first legal challenge to a data centre permission decision, forced disclosure of secret contracts between tech giants and the NHS, stopped a racist Home Office visa streaming algorithm, helped make grading fair for UK A-level students and challenged the Department of Work and Pension’s use of an algorithm unfairly flagging disabled people for benefit fraud investigations.
We are a small but growing team of lawyers, communications experts, and campaigners. Our work is global, and we work in partnership with lawyers, civil society, unions, and people impacted by Big Tech.
The role
Foxglove is seeking a Digital Campaigner to deliver our digital campaigning, our digital communications, our social media and our website. This role would sit within our advocacy and communications team, which works towards stronger accountability for Big Tech, and an end to states’ misuse of algorithms and AI.
We want people in power to put an end to tech abuses that negatively impact our lives. But we’re up against an army of Big Tech lobbyists, working to shield their industry – and its vast profits – from any form of restraint. That’s why we need to ensure that the public, and our representatives in government and politics, are armed with the facts and knowledge they need to stand up to Big Tech billionaires.
We’re looking for someone with significant experience in digital campaigning. The Digital Campaigner will not only identify these areas but act to implement the strategy they help devise – taking a hands-on and energetic approach.
As part of a small and flexible team, you will also be expected to contribute to our wider areas of work as needed, across communications, advocacy and supporter campaigns.
Job Description
Digital campaigns
- Develop and lead digital campaign strategies that support Foxglove’s litigation and advocacy work, translating our cases and work into compelling public-facing campaigns.
- Design and deliver end-to-end digital campaign activations – including email campaigns, petitions, actions, donation drives and supporter journeys – using Foxglove’s CRM and campaign tools.
- Identify campaign moments and news hooks and move quickly to mobilise supporters and generate public pressure at critical points in Foxglove’s cases.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data and analytics to learn and improve tactics over time.
- Work closely with Foxglove’s legal and advocacy teams to ensure digital campaigns are timely, accurate, and strategically aligned.
- Contribute to the development of Foxglove’s overall digital strategy, bringing expertise in best practice in digital campaigning.
Supporter engagement
- Grow and steward Foxglove’s supporter base, reaching new audiences and fostering relationships with existing supporters.
- Support Foxglove in the development and delivery of our supporter growth strategy.
- Develop and deliver supporter communications – including coordinating a supporter communications grid, drafting and delivering regular email updates, newsletters, and action alerts – that inform and drive engagement.
- Segment and manage supporter lists to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time, maximising open rates, click-throughs, and conversion.
- Create pathways for supporters to deepen their involvement with Foxglove’s work, from signing a petition to becoming a supporter or donor.
- Work with colleagues to identify stories and voices from within Foxglove’s community that can strengthen campaigns and broaden public reach.
Social media
- Manage and grow Foxglove’s presence across relevant social media platforms (including LinkedIn, BlueSky, and others as appropriate), maintaining a consistent and distinctive voice.
- Plan and publish engaging content that explains Foxglove’s work, amplifies campaign moments, and drives traffic to key actions and resources.
- Develop and manage a social media content calendar, working across the team to ensure posts are timely, accurate, and tied to broader campaign goals.
- Track and analyse social media performance, using insights to iterate and improve content strategy.
Website management
- Take day-to-day responsibility for Foxglove’s website, ensuring it is kept up to date, well-organised, and optimised for search and user experience.
- Publish and edit content across the site, including case pages, blog posts, press releases, and campaign landing pages, working with colleagues to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Identify and lead improvements to site structure, navigation, and functionality.
- Use privacy respecting analytics tools to monitor site performance, identify trends, and make evidence-based recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure campaign and action pages are functioning correctly and converting effectively and manage any technical issues in a timely way.
- Maintain and improve the website’s accessibility, ensuring it meets recognised standards and is usable for as wide an audience as possible.

Medact is looking for an experienced campaigner and organiser to lead our work advocating for a justice-centred approach to securitisation and peace work.
Background
Medact organises with the health community to win a world in which everyone can truly achieve and exercise their human right to health. We cover some of the most pressing national and global threats to health and wellbeing including institutional racism; climate change; human rights abuses; violent conflict; and rising inequality. We’re a member-led organisation, and our members are made up of a range of people who work in health including nurses, doctors, midwives, and clinical researchers.
We take an organising-centred approach to our work. We build community power by working in solidarity with health workers and the communities experiencing harm from the unjust systems we challenge. We run national campaigns, use research to expose injustice, and we support local organising groups across the country who lead most of our work.
About the role
The Transforming Peace & Security Campaigner will lead Medact’s campaigning for healthcare spaces which truly centre health and health justice, not surveillance, profiling and policing, in addition to providing ongoing strategic support to members organising against war and nuclear threat.
This role will lead on our strategic priority area of Ending State Violence. The campaigner will implement campaign strategy focused on targeted organising to build coalitions and solidarity with marginalised communities, continuing our campaign against the Prevent duty in health, and supporting our Medact Abolitionist Approaches to Health Group. They’ll also work with our established Nuclear Weapons group to promote disarmament and encourage investment in nonviolent responses to conflict. The role involves maintaining and deepening existing partnerships with external organisations, grassroots groups and institutions.
About you
This isn’t an entry-level role but you don’t need to have had a job in an NGO before or be a professional campaigner to be right for it. You might have worked with your local community to campaign on a social justice or health issue that you care about. Or you might be a healthcare worker who has seen the impact of securitisation on your patients and wants to challenge the encroachment of policing and profiling. You’ll have a strong understanding of power and how to work with others to create pressure for change. You need to be a great communicator, able to build trusting relationships with Medact members, academics, partner organisations, and community groups alike. You’ll have an understanding of how digital communications compliment campaigning and an eye for a good media story and the know-how to get it out into the world.
The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
As Head of Development, you will be an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record of securing funding from grant-giving trusts and foundations. Experience of developing support from other fundraising sources, such as individual donors, corporates or public sector funders, would be an advantage.
You will be skilled at understanding organisational needs, developing compelling funding propositions and writing persuasive, high-quality applications and reports. You will be an excellent communicator with outstanding writing skills, highly organised, proactive and full of initiative. You will enjoy building strong relationships with funders, donors and colleagues, and be excited by the opportunity to deliver fundraising activity in a collaborative, mission-driven organisation.
Working closely with the CEO, Deputy CEO, Senior Leadership Team, Trustees, and colleagues across Art UK, you will play a vital role in securing the funding that enables us to deliver our mission and bring art to everyone through the power of digital. You will lead, support and develop the Development team, while using your expertise to build strong relationships with funders and partners, communicate the impact of our work, and develop compelling opportunities for support.
Your commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion, and belonging aligns with our organisational values, and you are passionate about contributing to a positive workplace culture.

About the role:
Real change rarely happens in a straight line. At our Ashley Road project, you’ll work alongside people who have experienced homelessness, trauma and multiple disadvantage, offering the consistency, practical support and belief that can help them begin moving forward.
As a Project Worker, you’ll hold a caseload and build purposeful, trusting relationships with clients. You’ll complete assessments, develop person-centred support and safety plans, and help people identify goals that feel meaningful and achievable to them. This could include supporting someone to improve their health, address substance use, manage their accommodation, strengthen their daily living skills or reconnect with services and opportunities in their community.
You’ll be there when situations become challenging, responding calmly to risk, safeguarding concerns and periods of crisis while continuing to recognise each person’s strengths and potential. Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you’ll advocate for clients, coordinate joined-up support and help remove the barriers that have previously prevented them from accessing the help they need.
This is a hands-on and varied role where no two days will look the same. Alongside direct support, you’ll contribute to the safe and effective running of the accommodation, maintain clear and accurate records and help create an environment where clients are treated with dignity, respect and hope. You’ll also receive ongoing training, reflective practice and development opportunities to strengthen your skills and build your future career within SHP.
The working rota for this post is Monday - Friday, with no weekend shifts. The rota will consist of a mixture of earlies (8am - 3.30pm) & lates (3pm - 10.30pm).
About you:
- You know how to meet people where they are, building trust with people who may be facing homelessness, mental health challenges, substance use, trauma or other complex needs.
- You bring patience, creativity and warmth to your work, especially when someone has been let down by services before or needs time to feel safe accepting support.
- You’re confident holding a caseload, but you never lose sight of the person behind the support plan — their strengths, choices, goals and hopes for the future.
- You understand that progress rarely happens through one service alone, and you’re ready to work closely with health, social care, housing and criminal justice partners to help people get the right support.
- You believe recovery looks different for everyone, and you’re motivated by helping people build confidence, independence and a more stable life at their own pace.
About us:
We’re London’s leading homelessness charity – and we get things done.
In a city where hundreds are forced into homelessness every day, our work has never been more needed or more challenging. And we’re not shying away. We’re rolling up our sleeves to make change and helping over 10,000 Londoners every year. We prevent homelessness, provide safe places to live and give people the opportunity to rebuild their lives and transform their futures. And we never give up.
We’re here for Londoners wherever they are on their journey. We start with trust, building relationships that help people feel safe, supported, and ready to move forward. Every day, we put people first in everything we do, challenging injustice and barriers that keep people from the safety, stability and opportunity they deserve. We stand alongside people as they rebuild and shape a future that feels their own.
Joining Single Homeless Project means joining a team that’s bold, compassionate and determined to do better for the people we support and for each other. You’ll work alongside colleagues with lived experience, in a space that’s trans-inclusive, disability-friendly, and actively striving to be anti-oppressive and equitable.
We’re not perfect, but we’re real. We listen. We learn. And we push forward, together. Because this isn’t just a job. It’s a chance to lead with empathy, spark change, and help build a London where no one is left behind.
