You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, including administrative coordination, data management, and frontline communication with participants and referral partners. About the role:
You will provide support to the Head of Governance and General Counsel by carrying out corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance tasks, ensuring Motability Foundation (MF) meets legal requirements and the expectations of the Charity Commission and other regulators.You will work closely with Executive Support and General Counsel as part of the Governance team to ensure Motability meets its legal and regulatory obligations; this will involve regular interaction with Motability Foundation CEO and Executive team members, Governors and staff.
What you will be doing:
- Support the preparation for and smooth running of Governors meetings including preparing Agendas, checking papers, drafting and issuing Minutes.
- Monitor the Terms of Reference for MF Governance Committees ensuring they are reviewed regularly and remain relevant, and that Agendas meet the requirements set out within.
- Support the Head of Governance in working with the Chair, CEO and Committee Chairs in carrying out periodic governance reviews and then help to implement findings.
- Administer the onboarding and induction of new Governors and ensure the retirement of any departing Governors is managed properly.
- Monitor the Charity Commission in England, Office of Scottish Charities Regulator (OSCR) in Scotland, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and other regulatory and legislative developments and identify any relevant changes required to be made to MF procedures, compliance and governance arrangements.

About the role
As our Senior Data Executive, you'll lead a small team to manage and improve data processes that support marketing and fundraising efforts. About you
With proven previous experience running complex and large database selections in a busy direct marketing environment, you'll have experience ensuring complex and high-volume data quality and accuracy. You’ll have strong experience with Blackbaud CRM or similar systems, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and a proven track record in importing and exporting data with external agencies. Your attention to detail and strong numeracy skills will enable you to deliver high-quality data management.

The Role

Your role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused administrator to lead on the administration of the CLPE Learning Programme, which includes courses that take place both in person at the Centre and online as well as INSET training and consultancy delivered at other locations around the country. You will also be part of the Centre’s administration team to support the day-to-day running of the Centre and help us ensure that everyone who works in and visits our Centre is well looked after and has a fantastic experience. This will include providing reception cover, greeting visitors, answering phones, supporting tenants and event bookings, and providing general admin support to the team based at the Centre.
You will be based at our beautiful Grade 2 listed building in Southwark. Your usual working hours will be 2pm to 6pm to provide Centre admin cover during this time, but this role will also require occasional evening or weekend working to fulfil event commitments, and flexibility to provide cover for staff leave. Due to the nature of your duties, and fixed hours, this role is not suitable for flexible or home working.
Our Centre houses an amazing collection of 25,000 children’s books as well as being a training and event centre for teachers, publishers and everyone else who works with children’s literature and cares about children’s literacy.
This is an extremely interesting and varied job. As well as working closely with our teaching team, responding to enquiries and bookings, and arranging logistics for courses and events taking place at the Centre, you might also be supporting our librarian with a book launch, welcoming our trustees to a meeting, or looking after a famous children’s author.

Role Overview:

As Business Development Manager for our Community Services will focus and lead on:
