Summary of the role:
The Community Fundraising and Volunteers Manager is responsible for managing and delivering an ambitious, values-led community fundraising programme that meets Muslim Aid's income targets while deepening community engagement and volunteer impact.
Working within Muslim Aid's Growth Department and reporting to the Head of Growth, the post-holder will lead a dedicated team, oversee all community fundraising campaigns (including Ramadan, Qurbani and Emergency appeals), and manage a national volunteer network. The role ensures all activity is compliant with regulatory, ethical and Islamic values-based standards and that Muslim Aid's community fundraising is delivered in line with the MAUK Growth Strategy 2026–2030.
About the Role:
- Lead on mid-year and end-of-year income reviews, presenting findings and recovery plans to the Head of Growth.
- Maintain a pipeline of new community fundraising activities and products (e.g. regular giving, community challenges, legacy and corporate-community partnerships) to grow income diversification.
- Maintain a live Fundraising Risk Register that documents impact on acquisition and service delivery. Review quarterly and escalate any high-rated risks within 48 hours.
- Develop and maintain an Annual Events Calendar shared across relevant departments at least 2 months in advance.
- Set and track an annual volunteer growth target agreed with the Head of Growth reporting progress on a monthly basis.
- Utilise online fundraising platforms (e.g. JustGiving, LaunchGood, peer-to-peer fundraising pages) to maximise income from community fundraising campaigns.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience developing and delivering annual fundraising work plans, securing income across multiple community fundraising streams.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding income targets.
- Experience sourcing and capacity-building volunteers.
- Experience running major faith/community campaigns (e.g. Ramadan, Qurbani, Emergency).

About the role
This is a key role to help drive RFUK’s income generation and donor engagement. As Fundraising Coordinator, you will play a key role in the delivery of RFUK’s fundraising strategy to sustain and broaden the organisation’s scale and impact.
Reporting to the Head of External Relations and part of the Fundraising and Communications team, you will lead a range of activities and be responsible for developing and cultivating partnerships with trusts and foundations, ethical corporates, and supporters.

About The Clink Charity
The Clink Charity, founded in 2009, aims to prevent and reduce reoffending through training, reintegration, and support. We deliver hospitality and horticulture training behind the prison walls and in the community by creating an environment where our students are supported to gain the skills, confidence and qualifications they need to rebuild their lives.
Since that time, we have trained approximately 5,000 people in prison and delivered 2,600 City & Guilds qualifications in a variety of hospitality and food courses.

Our Head of Fundraising & Brand is a vital leadership role within The Clink Charity, responsible for securing the income, profile and partnerships needed to sustain and grow our life-changing work.
This is a broad and influential role, providing strategic leadership across fundraising, communications, marketing and brand. Working within our portfolio of prison and community-based projects, the postholder will help ensure that The Clink's impact is communicated in a compelling and consistent way to funders, supporters, partners and the wider public, while developing sustainable income streams to support our long-term ambitions.
Building on The Clink's strong reputation and proven impact, the Head of Fundraising & Brand will lead the development and delivery of a fundraising and communications strategy that extends beyond grants to encompass major donors, corporate partnerships, individual giving, events and other income opportunities. About the role
As Corporate Fundraising Manager, you'll lead the development and growth of NorthCare's corporate income stream, creating meaningful partnerships with businesses and organisations that share their commitment to improving healthcare across Greater Manchester. You'll develop and deliver corporate engagement opportunities, including income-generating and relationship-building events, using these strategically to cultivate, build and grow corporate partnerships and income.

Job Purpose:

What you’ll do
- Lead fundraising across corporate, trusts and community income
- Build long‑term partnerships and a strong Trusts & Foundations pipeline
- Deliver impactful digital comms and compelling stories (internal and external)
- Grow our profile, influence local housing systems, and support advocacy
- Use data and insight to strengthen campaigns and cases for support
What you’ll bring
- Proven fundraising and/or communications experience
- We’re looking for people who are:
- Experienced in fundraising (corporate, trusts, or community for a minimum of 2 years) and/or
- Skilled in marketing and communications
- Excellent writers and storytellers
- Confident relationship‑builders who can engage partners at all levels
- Comfortable using data to inform decisions and provide detailed progress reports
- Organised, focused, and able to manage multiple projects
- Passionate about preventing homelessness and supporting vulnerable people
- Experience in housing or homelessness is a bonus, not a requirement.

We’re excited to be recruiting for a Community Fundraising Manager at a pivotal time of growth. This organisation is dedicated to enabling people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives, and this role will play a key part in supporting that mission through sustainable income generation.
This is a highly strategic and people-focused role, where you’ll lead and inspire a small but ambitious team to deliver a thriving community fundraising programme. A key focus of the role is embedding a truly supporter-first culture—ensuring every interaction is engaging, inclusive and builds long-term loyalty. You’ll also provide strategic oversight of community and challenge events, including developing university and student-led fundraising, and champion co-produced initiatives that involve supporters, volunteers, and the communities the charity serves.
This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative and forward-thinking fundraiser who wants to combine strategy, leadership and hands-on impact in a role with real purpose.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience leading successful community fundraising programmes and delivering income growth
- Strong experience of managing fundraising or challenge events, with a focus on supporter experience
- Demonstrable ability to build and develop partnerships, ideally including community groups, corporates or universities
- Some experience line managing or managing volunteers
