We are recruiting a Queer Space Coordinator to lead the development and delivery of Greenwich’s Queer Space. Queer Space is for LGBTQIA+ individuals (18+) who live or have a GP in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and are looking to connect with others and get support for their mental health through engaging with peers.

As this service is peer-led, we are looking for a proactive and compassionate individual, with lived experience of LGBTQIA+ communities and mental health challenges, to coordinate the programme. This will include developing the service in line with service users' needs, facilitating the fortnightly sessions, and leading on project management and administration. Alongside this, we would like the Coordinator to recruit and supervise peer support volunteers to support with group facilitation.

You will have experience in group development, facilitation, and volunteer management, and an excellent understanding of service user engagement, particularly with the LGBTQIA+ community. You will be highly organised and proficient with case management tasks and project management administration.

Groups will be held at the Forum at Greenwich community centre and will take place twice a month, once in the evening and once in the afternoon. 

The role is for two 7.5 hour days per month, until 31 March 2027. 

Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced Level Disclosure and Barring Service check.

Are you looking for a role where you can use your fundraising experience to support an end to homelessness through challenge event fundraising?

we are looking for an Events Fundraising Coordinator to join the Mungo’s Community and Events team. This new post will play a vital role in managing, developing and growing our events fundraising area income stream. 

The Events Fundraising Coordinator will be responsible for managing and developing the event fundraising portfolio for St Mungo’s on a national scale, including large scale, virtual, bespoke challenge, third party and individual events. You will also lead on innovation and new projects with the aim of increasing our profile and income, to support our aim to end rough sleeping, and continue providing support to people experiencing homelessness. Key responsibilities will include:

• Design and develop events fundraising programme, supporting the current portfolio and leading on new activities.
• Recruit, steward and grow our event fundraisers and improve retention with engaging comms and increased donor initiatives.
• Lead the development and implementation of a range of fundraising activities, whilst nurturing current supporter relationships and developing new fundraising opportunities.
• Working closely with the marketing and digital fundraising team to promote and raise the profile for our events.
• Oversee end to end project management, and challenge event delivery, solving problems along the way.
• Growing a strong understanding of our donor base and using this knowledge to create, build and nurture new fundraising activities.

Where you’ll be working

In this role you will work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in London. Travel across London and regions in the South of England is also required.

This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for hybrid working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations. 

Due to the nature of the role, some evening and weekends will also be required to oversee relevant events. Out of hours work will be offered back in the form of time off in lieu.

While our Central Office is currently based in Tower Hill, London we plan to relocate in the summer of 2026 to a new space in Farringdon, London.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in events, community or individual giving fundraising, with a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and positive donor journeys. Experience in volunteering, marketing or project management would also be beneficial.

You will bring:

• The ability to manage a diverse portfolio of events, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Confidence in managing and growing income, working with a target driven approach.
• Experience of using a strategic, supporter focused approach to build engaging and values led fundraising journeys.

Pro Bono Community is seeking a Training and Volunteer Coordinator to help us achieve greater access to justice.

Pro Bono Community is a registered charity that has developed specialised training programmes for students, trainees and lawyers covering the practical skills involved in delivering free legal advice and areas of social welfare law. In conjunction with the training, the charity arranges and manages volunteering placements at Law Centres and other advice agencies. The charity’s activities include a number of grant-funded projects which the coordinator will be heavily involved in.

About the role

Pro Bono Community is looking for a Training and Volunteer Coordinator to help us run programmes aimed at improving the amount and quality of access to justice by training law students and others and then placing them to work as volunteers at advice agencies.

The Training and Volunteer Coordinator will report to and work alongside the Director to undertake work supporting the charity’s activities with a focus on recruiting and training students and lawyers and then coordinating volunteering placements for them at Law Centres and advice agencies. The role also includes administrative work relating to a pioneering digital advice clinic the charity runs in conjunction with a Citizens Advice agency in London.

This is a full-time role with a salary of £31-35,000 depending on experience and the charity is seeking to appoint someone with knowledge of training and the legal/advice sectors and/or experience in a similar role. Occasional weekend work may be required. The role will involve working from home with some travel involved to London and elsewhere in support of the charity’s activities. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Programme Manager to lead delivery of Believe in Climate Action (BELIEVE), an ambitious national initiative at the intersection of climate action, youth leadership and community engagement (3 days per week). This role will also support the delivery of the UN Award winning ParliaMentors project, providing mentoring, training and leadership development opportunities to students across the country, and maintaining strong relationships with University partners (2 days per week).

You would be joining a team that has been running impactful projects for 19 years, which centres the voices, needs and potential of young people to bring about change.

BELIEVE in Climate Action (BELIEVE) is an ambitious and innovative national programme led by the Faith & Belief Forum in partnership with the Cambridge Interfaith Programme. Together, we are building a bold new model for climate action, one that connects grassroots communities, young leaders, researchers and policymakers through collaboration, co-learning and shared purpose.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead a pioneering, cross-sector initiative that is reshaping how climate action happens in England. BELIEVE operates at the intersection of community engagement, youth leadership and policy influence, requiring strategic oversight, strong partnership management and the ability to navigate complexity across local, regional and national contexts.

Key Responsibilities

Programme leadership & delivery

· Lead the strategic and operational delivery of BELIEVE across its three interlinked workstreams

Person Specification

Essential Experience

· Significant experience managing complex, multi-partner programmes (ideally national or multi-regional)

· Demonstrable expertise in stakeholder engagement at a senior level, including building and maintaining strong partnerships across sectors

· Strong track record of delivering complex programmes on time and within budget

· Confidence and proven experience in line management (this role will line manage 1 Project Coordinator, and oversee an internship programme of up to 8 paid interns per year)

· Strong financial management skills, and experience managing large budgets (this role will be responsible for financial management of the BELIEVE project, and reporting to funders)

· Strong experience and understanding of Safeguarding, in charities and/ or school settings

Job Title: Community Coordinator - South Wales

Reporting To: Regional Manager 

Salary Range: £25,000 Per Annum

Location: Field Based, South Wales

Working days/hours per week: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm   

Requirements: We require candidates to have legal use of a vehicle and possess a full UK drivers licence (with no more than 6 points) held for at least 1 year and be over the age of 21 for own insurance purposes.

The organisation rescues high quality edible surplus food, from across the food industry and gets it to over 8,000 organisations across the UK who are working to strengthen communities and improve lives. 

The charity manages seven depots across London, Suffolk, Merseyside and Hampshire and works with 16 network partners who operate a further 26 regional depots across the UK. 

Over the next year our ambition is to rescue enough food nationally to provide nearly 200 million meals, turning an environmental problem into social good with measurable impact for people, planet, and the economy.

Purpose of the Job 

To focus on the growth and sustainability of the FareShare Go programme; through maximising relationships and adding value to create the best experience for the charity and store community in your designated area.

We are looking for a pragmatic, collaborative AI professional to join us as our AI Programme Manager at The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR). The clinical adoption of AI is becoming a central issue in medicine, and our specialities of radiology and oncology are at the forefront of this development. The RCR has a vital role to play in navigating the safe and effective implementation of this technology. This post is central to shaping the RCR’s position on AI, drawing on the expertise and insight of our members and fellows to ensure we remain leaders in this area. 

We are looking for an experienced programme manager to continue to drive the AI agenda, overseeing multiple programmes and collaborating effectively with multi-disciplinary stakeholder groups across the RCR and beyond. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and equally comfortable with strategic oversight and the finer detail of this complex, technical area. You do not need to be an AI specialist, but a strong interest in the subject and a working knowledge of NHS systems will be an advantage.

This role sits within our External Affairs team, reflecting the RCR’s commitment to engaging with and representing members and fellows on AI. You will build strong relationships with our data, policy, public affairs and media specialists, working together to strengthen the RCR’s member engagement and influencing work in this area. You will also collaborate with colleagues across the RCR who support the practical implementation of AI — for example, through developing guidance or planning our Global AI Conference. 

The successful candidate will be results-oriented, high-performing and a skilled communicator, with the ability to lead a team of ambitious and innovative professionals.

What you’ll do 

• Work with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver the College’s AI strategy, securing our position as a leading organisation in the healthcare AI space.
• Be the first point of contact for AI, both internally and externally. 
• Represent the College externally in meetings, groups and other forums, including as sole representative where required. 
• Manage AI workstreams in line with the College’s financial, contractual and HR delegation framework, from developing workstream plans to establishing and chairing advisory committees. 
• Identify and develop new AI projects as opportunities arise, building stakeholder buy-in and converting them into funded projects with tangible outcomes for the College. 
• Lead, motivate and support the AI team, fostering a productive and engaged working environment.

About the Role 

This is a leadership opportunity to shape how the Foundation designs, delivers and strengthens its programmes across England and Wales. 

As Head of Programme Design and Organisational Development, you will lead the Foundation’s approach to programme design, organisational development and volunteering, ensuring everything we do is high quality, evidence-informed and grounded in lived experience. 

You will set the standards, frameworks and tools that underpin programme design across the organisation, working closely with Programme Leads to design new programmes and strengthen existing ones. You will also lead our organisational development offer, ensuring charities and partners are supported to become stronger, more resilient and better connected. 

Alongside this, you will shape how volunteering contributes to our work, embedding it across programmes and ensuring it supports both community capacity and connection. 

You will work across teams and directorates to ensure programme design, organisational development and volunteering are fully aligned and working together to deliver meaningful community-led change.

We’re looking for an experienced and credible leader with a strong background in programme or service design, ideally in complex or multi-partner environments. 

You will bring a deep understanding of how organisational development builds capacity and resilience, alongside experience of using evidence and insight to improve programmes and outcomes. 

You will be confident developing frameworks, standards and approaches that ensure quality and consistency, while also enabling innovation and learning.

Job Purpose

Coordinate delivery of the BELIEVE programme, managing interns and supporting school-based climate action projects. Ensure effective communication across partners, assist with monitoring and evaluation, and maintain strong operational systems. We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator, to support the delivery of Believe in Climate Action (BELIEVE), an ambitious national initiative at the intersection of climate action, youth leadership and community engagement.

Believe in Climate Action (BELIEVE) is an ambitious and innovative national programme led by the Faith & Belief Forum in partnership with the Cambridge Interfaith Programme. Together, we are building a bold new model for climate action, one that connects grassroots communities, young leaders, researchers and policymakers through collaboration, co-learning and shared purpose.

Key responsibilities

· Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the BELIEVE programme across multiple regions

· Line manage and support youth interns, including onboarding, supervision and ongoing development

· Coordinate school-based climate action projects, ensuring strong communication between schools, interns and partner organisations

· Maintain effective systems for planning, tracking and reporting programme activity

· Support the delivery of workshops, events and knowledge-exchange activities

· Assist with monitoring, evaluation and learning processes, including data collection and reporting

· Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication

Person Specification

Essential

· Experience in a coordination or programme support role, ideally within a multi-partner project

· Experience working with young people, education settings or community-based programmes

· Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with diverse stakeholders

The Programme Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the Trust's programme partnerships, training delivery, and organisational systems. Reporting to the Head of Programmes and working closely with other senior staff, the post holder will provide coordination, research, communications and administrative support across programmes, training and operations.

We are looking for a motivated team player with a 'can do' positive attitude to join our small team.
