You will lead the Skills and Wellbeing Programme at Oasis City Farm – Southampton, delivering high-quality sessions, therapeutic activities and workshops for adults and young people. We are looking for a Fundraising Officer (Trusts) who can help us sustain and grow this vital income by building positive, long-term relationships with funders, delivering high quality applications and reports as needed.
The money raised through this role will support Boaz’s work with people who are facing or experiencing homelessness because of their insecure, changing or uncertain immigration status. Our work includes providing safe accommodation and person-centred support, while working towards our mission of ending destitution among people seeking sanctuary.
Day to day, you will research prospective funders, prepare persuasive applications and cases for support, and produce accurate, engaging reports showing what funders’ support has achieved. You will manage a pipeline of applications and reporting deadlines, keep our fundraising database up to date, and work closely with colleagues across Boaz to best communicate the stories, outcomes, and impact from our work. You will communicate directly with existing and potential funders by email, telephone and, where appropriate, in meetings.
We are looking for someone who enjoys building interpersonal relationships with both funders and supporters and team-mates, is skilled at communicating through writing, can turn detailed information into a clear and compelling case for support, and is organised enough to manage several deadlines at once. Brief Role Description:
This role will lead communications at Carers Leeds with the aim of identifying and engaging carers; raising awareness of caring and influencing others in the city to act to benefit carers; and fundraising. The postholder will work closely with the CEO, the Senior and Operational Management Teams to design and deliver the organisation’s communications strategy and plans.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Alongside direct delivery, you will take ownership of your project budget, contribute to funder reporting, supervise junior staff and/or volunteers, and develop a designated area of specialism agreed with the senior leadership team. You will be part of a close, supportive team and will play an active role in shaping how NEYDL grows its presence in Sunderland.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with experience of working with disadvantaged young people or young families in a direct support role, ideally in a statutory or voluntary sector context. You will be confident working independently and managing a complex caseload, and you will understand the challenges facing young dads and the systems they navigate.

Do you have proven experience of providing EA support at Director level in a demanding environment? Then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
As Executive Assistant you will provide strategic administrative support to Tearfund's Operations Director to enable them to operate effectively and meet the global objectives of Tearfund. This role also supports the Head of Internal Audit and the Head of Legal & Risk with timely and proactive administration of confidential and sensitive information. You will need to be able to work across different cultures, functions and time zones, being flexible and creative.
