At Providence Row, our vision is that everyone has a safe home and a community in which to belong. We’re looking for a Data Manager to lead on the delivery of data management, analysis and reporting. Ensure robust governance and compliance of data and lead on data insight to be able to demonstrate impact and create opportunity.
The ideal candidate
To be considered for this role, you should be able to:
- Oversee the management, integrity and development of the operations Salesforce In-Form.
- Lead on the design and delivery of reporting tools and dashboards to monitor performance.
- Work with IT and external suppliers to maintain security and reliability of systems.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data entry, storage, and processing across all teams.
- Produce regular monitoring reports for service commissioners, ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
- Prepare diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) reports to track and improve outcomes for clients.
- Serve as the charity’s Data Protection Officer ensuring compliance with all data protection regulations (UK GDPR, PECR, etc.) and sector standards.
- Implement robust data quality assurance processes and reporting mechanisms.
- Maintain and regularly review data-related policies, procedures, and training.

At Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS) we champion animal welfare around the world. We send vets where they are needed most, provide expert veterinary training in hard-to-reach places, and ship urgent aid supplies worldwide, every day of the year.
We deploy teams of vets and vet nurses, send equipment and supplies to help struggling organisations on the front line of animal welfare, and train vets at our international training centres in India, Thailand, Malawi and the Galápagos Islands. We also work on strategic one health projects such as rabies elimination campaigns with Governments and NGOs all over the world. Our Mission Rabies project runs mass canine vaccination and community education in the world’s worst hotspots for the disease. Since the project began, over seven million dogs have been vaccinated against rabies and over 13 million children have been educated in rabies prevention, protecting the lives of people and animals.
Last year, WVS helped an animal every 14 seconds. We trained over 4,800 vets, deployed teams of vets all over the world, and sent over 1,700 parcels of veterinary supplies to 261 charities in 71 countries.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR).
- Support in the review of the effectiveness of our current CRM and the potential search for an alternative platform if required.
- Work with the Marketing team to design data-driven supporter journeys and targeting strategies.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance predictive analytics.

This exciting CRM Officer role will support the data team with data imports, data selections and processing of income.
The Foundation has just started using a new CRM after undergoing a CRM migration from Raiser’s Edge, a very exciting time to be joining the Foundation! This role, alongside with other members of the CRM team, will liaise with the CRM Project Teams to support and ensure the successful outcome of the project and get us up to BAU.
What does the role involve?
- Manage data processes, imports and exports of all fundraising data including direct debits, new donors, email signups etc. in accordance with agreed protocols and in agreement with CRM Manager.
- Ensure that the use of the Fundraising database and the capture of all data from supporters or prospects conforms to data protection guidelines including GDPR relating to supporter preferences and consent.
- Support training for colleagues using the new CRM (Beacon) and help ensure all members are trained and kept up to date on new features and enhancements as they require to do their job effectively.
- Support the reconciliation of the bank statement with Beacon and ensure the Finance team know where to find information to enable accurate coding for management accounts.
What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?
- Demonstrable relevant experience working in Fundraising, or a Charity database team role using Raiser’s Edge or any database similar, with experience of CRMs in general.
- Evidenced experience of managing high volumes of personal data using a large and complex supporter/CRM database.
- Evidenced ability to think analytically and deliver the most effective and accurate solutions for data capture, manipulation and reporting.

The Diocese of Rochester is seeking a Data Insights & Evaluation Adviser to lead the development of a coherent, organisation-wide approach to data, evaluation, and learning across the Called Together programme. This role goes beyond routine data collection or dashboard creation – it’s about sense-making, judgement, and enabling learning to support parishes, deaneries, and diocesan teams in achieving sustainable impact.

About the Role
· You will provide leadership in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), ensuring data and evidence are used effectively to inform decisions and enhance mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
· Leading on data, insights, and evaluation across the Diocese to inform strategy and action
· Integrating quantitative and qualitative evidence from parishes, programmes, and external sources
· Translating complex data into clear, accessible insights and narratives
· Designing and embedding a comprehensive MEL framework with appropriate indicators and learning loops

About You

· Educated to degree level in a relevant field, or with equivalent professional experience
· Experienced in data, insights, or evaluation activity in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

The Society of Antiquaries of Scotland are looking to hire two new members of staff to help create and deliver the final two regional research frameworks as part of the Scottish Archaeological Research Framework (ScARF) project.
These roles will help the Society deliver its programme activity to support its mission and vision. One role will assist in the delivery of the North East of Scotland Archaeological Research Framework. The second role will assist in the delivery of the Forth Valley Archaeological Research Framework project. Both roles will provide support and carry out additional research required, as well as helping with the co-ordination of events. Reporting to the Research Manager, the roles will contribute to other research-related activities relating to the Scottish Archaeological Research Framework and will help deliver wider Society aims relating to external strategies as required.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Research Manager in project delivery
- Maintain high academic standards across Society research-related activity
- Carry out a desk-based assessment and assist with literature review of research for the region, including Historic Environment Record (HER) assessment and data improvements, radiocarbon dates, museum collections, and Treasure Trove
- Update records and data within the HERs for the region based on gaps identified during the base data gathering process
- Create datasheets, interactive maps and graphics
- Assist with writing the Regional Research Framework
- Support the organisation of Project Advisory Group meetings, stakeholder engagement, workshops, and other project events
- Facilitate workshops, events, and communication
- Conduct at all times to maintain the high esteem in which the Society is held, and follow the Society employment policies and health and safety procedures
Role: Research Officer – full-time, fixed term for three years
Contract: 36 months (three years)
Salary: £29,200 per annum, with an additional 10% pension contribution
Hours: 37 hours (five days) per week with flexible daytime working hours on Monday–Friday, and an occasional requirement to assist at evening or weekend events with time off in lieu (TOIL) given for overtime provided.
Location: Hybrid working – all staff are expected to work from our office at the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh at least two days per week (pro rata) and employees starting in a new role will be required to work from the office more regularly in the first instance. However, as there are several flights of stairs up to the Society offices, we are happy to explore different ways of working.
