What you’ll be doing:
Operational HR Delivery
- Providing professional advice on HR policies, performance, grievance and disciplinary matters
- Keeping our HR systems and employee records accurate and up to date
- Designing and delivering key HR processes, including objective setting, pay letters and contract changes
- Managing the monthly payroll process accurately and confidently
- Supporting diversity & inclusion, wellbeing, learning and development initiatives
Partnering & Employee Relations
- Coaching and supporting managers across the business
- Supporting employee relations cases professionally and sensitively

Projects & Reporting

What you’ll need:
- A confident HR practitioner with Level 3 CIPD (or equivalent experience)

We’re currently looking for a Senior Workplace Officer, offered on a fixed term basis of 12 months to help us deliver our mission. This a full-time position working 35 hours per week with flexible days that suit individual needs while delivering on business needs. This role will be mostly based in our London office with weekly flexibility where practical.

The Role
What will I be doing?
You’ll be responsible for a range of activities, including:
- Act as ‘the conductor’ of our rented office and meeting room spaces working with both internal and external stakeholders to provide consistently positive, welcoming, and inclusive experience.
- Directly line managing the receptionist and the AV technician, as well as oversee temporary or permanently based contractors to meet the building resourcing needs.
- Budget management inclusive of actuate recharging, invoicing external companies, and spending monitoring.
- Oversee the delivery of the front of house service and standards of the IOP staff office through supplier relationship management, maintaining stock levels, and effective logistics tracking.
- Ensure compliance and health and safety regulations, safeguarding requirements, security, alcohol licence requirements and any other relevant IOP policies.
Projects you may work on include:
- Being part of the organisation committees for all IOP events working closely with the departments involved.
- Review of our building revenue and how we can maximise this without conflicting with IOP operations.
- Space management and storage both onsite and externally.
Who will I work with?
You’ll work closely with a range of colleagues and stakeholders, including:
- Membership, Conferences, Science & Business Insights, Compliance, and CEO office IOP teams.
- Members and external partners who rent meeting room space or use our member facilities.
- Our tenants and serviced office companies.
Ideally, we hope you’ll apply if you bring:
Essential:
- Significant experience with organising events including using room booking systems, catering provisions and AV operational knowledge.
- Experience of line management and supplier management.
- Experience with budget management including invoices processing and raising.
- Experience of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring expectation are met and communication is regular and clear.
- An IOSH Managing Safely certification or similar is essential.
- Be first aid and emergency marshal qualified is essential.
Nice to have:
- Working for charities to understand budget restrictions and be creative with solutions.
- Working within the rented meeting room space industry and with knowledge of marketing or price pitching.
- Hold an alcohol licence (please note they must be willing to hold one).

As Charity Officer, you will directly support our venues based at Redlibbets Golf Club, Cobtree Manor Golf Club, and Warley Park Golf Club.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Delivery:
- Plan, organise, and execute a range of community outreach and charity events, including (but not limited to) Fun, Food, and Golf, Community Cafes and School outreach.
- Collaborate with local schools, charities, and community groups to build strong relationships and drive participation in these programs.

About the role
We’re looking for a motivated and creative Senior Marketing Officer to join Kinship’s Marketing Team to help us reach more kinship carers with our support offer. Senior Community and Events Fundraising Officer

About the team:
This role is in the Community, Events and Education team who sit within the Mass Engagement department. The team manage and deliver a diverse portfolio of fundraising and engagement activity ranging from challenge events, our partnership with Glastonbury festival to a busy community fundraising programme, our volunteer Speaker Network and an education engagement programme.
The team delivers far more than income by deepening the engagement of new and existing supporters and raising awareness of WaterAid’s work.
About the Role
The Senior Community and Events Fundraising Officer is responsible for managing fundraising partnerships with small and medium-sized enterprises, including developing new business opportunities and creating stewardship journeys for employee fundraising. The role also manages WaterAid’s corporate events such as WaterAid’s Dragon Boat Race, working with choir groups to fundraise as part of the Sing for Water event, and stewards the 4Water volunteer network.
In addition, the role supports the delivery of WaterAid’s virtual fundraising products, including Walk for Water, Just Water and Swim Marathon. This includes delivering excellent supporter journeys and developing fundraising resources to effectively steward and engage these audiences.
To be successful, you’ll need:
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive fundraiser with experience in community, events and corporate fundraising. You will have:
- Significant experience working within a community and events fundraising team, with responsibility for corporate or SME fundraising and employee engagement, event management and delivery of charity owned events, and fundraising product development.
- Experience of managing budgets, analysing data, and reporting on performance.
- Experience of working on virtual fundraising products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire supporters and communicate the impact of their support.

This is an exciting moment for Play for Progress (PFP) as we celebrate our 10th anniversary and reflect on a decade of creative, therapeutic and community-building work with young people navigating the asylum system. Our approach to hybrid working
We recognise the importance of coming together regularly, in-person, as a team, so we can share learnings and spend social time with each other. We also recognise that people need flexibility, and that homeworking enables focused work and can fit well in people’s lives.
We ask all staff to take part in pre-arranged team meetings which take place every six weeks in our office space. We also might ask you to meet in-person with members of your team from time to time, or to be available for face-to- face meetings with clients and partners where this enhances the work.
We assume that this would usually not amount to more than one day per fortnight for people who work full time. We are happy to discuss how this sits in your life. This can be agreed by your line manager.

About You and the Role
Joining a specialised team at a time of growth, the Expeditions Officer will deploy first-hand exploratory field research experience in providing practical support for practitioners, helping reinforce the Society’s role as an international leader and convening power representing diverse forms of geographical exploration.
This operational role is central to evolving the Society's technical resources, strategic programmes, and flagship events, ensuring our support for both our grant recipients and the wider community of practitioners remains rigorous and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
Expedition advisory support
Participate in the provision of advice and support to Society grant recipients and other expedition teams and individuals across their project lifecycles.
Training, events and content
Work with colleagues and external trainers to develop and organise needs-based training opportunities, primarily for Society grant recipients and other supported individuals and teams, across a range of subjects.
Support the development of multimedia resources to support Society members and the wider community of field practitioners in undertaking safe, ethical, impactful expeditions.
Governance and reporting
Contribute data and updates for the bi-annual reporting to the Expeditions & Fieldwork Committee and quarterly workplan reporting to management and trustees.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience leading successful exploratory field projects, preferably through overseas, collaborative, impact-driven ventures in remote and challenging contexts.
The successful candidate will apply both academic knowledge and a practical understanding of safe, ethical and impactful field research, significantly expanding the Society’s capacity to support diverse forms of geographical exploration.
Salary and Benefits
This is a permanent, full-time post subject to successful completion of a probationary period of three months. The salary range for this post is £35,897–£39,180 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. The post is based in Kensington, London.

- 35-hour working week with core working hours between 10.00am and 4.00pm.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail and strong experience of managing supporter events, engaging stakeholders and strategic planning.
What you would be doing:
The Campaign and Supporter Events Manager is responsible for designing and delivering an events strategy in support of Imperial’s campaign and overarching fundraising goals and priorities. The postholder will manage and work closely with the Campaign and Supporter Events Officer to deliver a comprehensive and varied portfolio of events which engage and inspire Imperial’s existing and prospective donors, supporters, and key stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
· Proven experience of organising complex and high-quality events with substantial budgets in the Higher Education or not for profit sector
· Experience of leading major projects from planning through delivery to assessment
· Experience of developing a strategic events programme that supports fundraising and campaign strategy
· Demonstratable experience of applying effective problem-solving techniques and innovation in special event planning and delivery
· Excellent and thorough knowledge of all elements involved in high quality event organisation, including hybrid events
· Ability and willingness to work outside normal office hours, including attendance at evening events.

The Philanthropy Officer is an essential role within Amref UK's Supporter Engagement Team.
