Charity People is delighted to be partnering with The Salvation Army to lead the search for an interim Assistant Head of Digital Marketing and Fundraising who will join the team on a maternity cover contract during a crucial time of continued digital expansion.

Core responsibilities within your role will be to:
- Develop and implement digital advertising, email marketing and lead generation strategies to raise awareness, generate leads and grow income through digital channels, with responsibility for supporter journeys and improving conversion

Respite and Care Executives play a significant role in enabling our beneficiaries to continue to be independent for as long as possible and when/if they require formal care, they can support them during this time too. They work closely with the Advocacy Team and the Friendships and Connections team to ensure that all their needs are met.
We are looking for a candidate to cover Maternity Leave for 14 months. They will work alongside the current post holder and the other team members for 2 months to learn the role and take over existing cases. They will form part of the existing Respite, Care and Advocacy Team and work closely with other members of the team as well as other colleagues in the Operations Directorate (mainly Welfare).
An articulate communicator with IT skills suited to working in a paperless environment, you must be able to demonstrate an ability to relate to people of all ages as well as professionals such as external case working organisations, RAF stations, care providers, those who have lasting power of attorney (LPA). You must have an understanding of the social care system and the Mental Capacity Act.
The role is based in our London HQ, with a minimum of three days working in the office per week. The successful candidate for this role will need to be Standard DBS checked and prove they have the right to work in the UK.

- Support in planning, creating, editing and scheduling content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, graphics, blogs).
- Capture and share content from live events, including NextGen community events, festivals, and project visits (occasional evenings and weekends required)
- Oversee our social media channels on your working days, monitoring all channels (TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn) and liaising with the Digital Content Lead to ensure that messages and comments are responded to promptly and appropriately.

What the job involves
We’re looking for a Customer Research Analyst to join our Customer Insight Team in a newly created role.
As a Customer Research Analyst, you’ll help us understand our supporters, donors and stakeholders even better. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you’ll deliver research that brings our customers’ needs to life, supports informed decisions and drives meaningful engagement.
In this role, you’ll design and deliver both quantitative and qualitative research, providing clear and actionable insights that help shape strategy. Alongside the Customer Research Manager, you’ll help champion the use of insight in everything we do, identifying opportunities for market intelligence and consumer research along the way.
You’ll take part in pre- and post-campaign evaluations, design and run customer surveys, interpret data and share findings that inspire action. You’ll also collaborate with external research agencies, when needed, and help develop and promote our Insights Library so knowledge is shared and accessible to everyone.
What we want from you
We’re looking for a Customer Research Analyst who’s curious, analytical and eager to make a real impact through insight. You’ll have a keen interest in both quantitative and qualitative research, from shaping research design and methodology to turning data into meaningful stories that drive action. You’ll already have some experience working in a market or customer research environment.

· Evidence you’ve designed and run a whole-organisation compliance/assurance approach (calendars, owners, evidence, escalation) with on-time returns.
· Experience coordinating KPI dashboards and risk registers that drive action, not paperwork.

Deputy Regional Secretary – Asia Pacific
Location: Based in one of the ITF’s regional offices (Delhi, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo or Hong Kong) with regular international travel across the region.
About the Role
As the Deputy Regional Secretary, you will play a central role in shaping and executing the ITF’s mission across the Asia Pacific. You will work directly with the Regional Secretary to provide political, strategic, and operational leadership, ensuring our work is effective, impactful, and aligned with our global priorities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Supporting the development and implementation of the regional strategy and work programmes that empower transport workers and their unions.
- Political Analysis: Monitoring political and labour developments to inform the ITF’s strategic responses and campaigning priorities in the region.
- Building Power: Building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliated and prospective unions to grow our membership and strengthen the movement.
