As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll work alongside senior leaders across Alzheimer's Society, turning complex financial information into clear insights that support more informed decision-making.

You'll be part of our Finance & Assurance directorate, where our vision is to be the Society's single point of truth. Working within the Financial Partnering, Planning & Analysis function, you'll connect Finance with the wider organisation, translating strategic plans into sound financial frameworks that enable our mission rather than holding it back.
This is also a people leadership role. You'll develop and manage a team of Finance Business Partners, creating an agile, high-performing culture where accountability and support go hand in hand. About you:
You're an experienced accountant with a track record of financial partnering at senior levels. You understand that excellent business partnering combines accurate numbers with storytelling, influencing, and helping others see the bigger picture. You're comfortable working across boundaries, challenging assumptions constructively, and coaching colleagues to strengthen their own financial knowledge.
You'll have:
- CCAB qualification through education or demonstrable knowledge.
- Significant experience strengthening financial capability across large or complex organisations, including developing training and coaching programmes.
- A proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, with strong focus on development and performance management.
- Expert knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and tools.
- Substantial experience working with finance systems, particularly ERP systems (we use Unit4).
- Experience driving quality improvement through data-driven metrics and reporting.
- A track record of challenging assumptions and holding others accountable for their financial responsibilities.

Purpose of the post
The Finance Officer plays a crucial role within HDR UK as one of the key points of contact and financial support for the Institute. The role is responsible for managing the financial transactional processes and providing crucial cross-organisational support and troubleshooting via the Finance inbox. The Finance Officer supports with the management of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, from supplier set up through to payment run processing. The role also plays a key part in the running of our finance system, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and our expense system, Continia Expense Management. The Finance Officer is the key point of contact between HDR UK and our external Payroll providers, supporting with timely and accurate preparation and review of the monthly payroll process. Charity People have partnered with Coeliac UK, to help recruit their next Chief Finance and Operations Officer.
Advising and supporting people for nearly 60 years, Coeliac UK are seen as the global experts in the patient experience of coeliac disease. Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Work alongside the CEO and Senior Management Team (SMT) to develop and implement the Charity's strategy and business plans including setting and managing budgets, targets and outputs and reviewing progress against these.

Reporting into the Assistant Director of Finance, your role as the Finance Business Manager will be to provide leaders and managers with financial data and analysis, alongside providing support in order to equip Budget holders to make effective business decisions. For a large, complex international organisation which operates in more than 80 currencies with over 80 banking partners in 100+ countries, we're recruiting an Interim Cash, Risk and Treasury Manager. Reporting to the Corporate Treasurer, this role will implement all aspects of corporate treasury policy, processes, controls, analysis and investment strategies including cash management, financing and investment activities, risk management, and loss prevention. The interim Treasury Manager will build relationships with banks and will identify ways to improve in-country banking and repatriation of cash, including liquidity, cash forecasting, and debt management.
Main Duties:

The successful candidate will design and deliver a roadmap to integrate CLPE's digital platforms with those of the National Literacy Trust, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption. This is a project management role, with a requirement to not simply propose and advise on steps, but to get under the skin, and unpick aspects, step by step

The Role
BASIC is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to lead our finance function during a period of sustained growth. The Financial Controller will work across Programme teams ensuring strong financial management and reporting to funding partners, maintain strong financial controls, ensure compliance with charity finance regulations, and provide accurate financial reporting to our Directors and Board of Trustees.
The Financial Controller will oversee the small finance team, including line management of a Finance Assistant and management of an external bookkeeper consultant. This team will be responsible for the majority of financial accounting, processing payroll, and accurate bookkeeping, for which the Financial Controller will be ultimately accountable.
The role includes managing restricted and unrestricted funds in accordance with funder requirements and programme needs, preparing statutory accounts for external audit, and overseeing payroll processing. This role reports directly to the Executive Director to prepare annual budgets and financial strategy, and works closely with the Board's Financial Development Committee to present its implementation.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting skills, experience in charity finance, and a proven track record of effective financial management of a growing organisation. You should be comfortable both managing a small team and working hands-on when needed, building collaborative relationships across the organisation. You will need to be a multitasker with the ability to work at pace, and be willing to develop the finance function and best practices to enable the organisation to grow further.
