As Digital Fundraising Executive, you will manage specific digital campaigns to drive supporter acquisition, engagement, retention, and income. You will play an important role in ensuring we provide the best possible experiences for supporters online, and that the online content and journeys are as good as they can be.
Managing specific digital fundraising projects, working with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure requirements are met, projects are delivered on time and on budget, and targets are achieved.
- Project Management: Oversee digital fundraising projects, ensuring they meet requirements, stay within budget, and hit targets.
- Digital Integration: Enhance offline campaigns with digital content and messaging in collaboration with fundraising teams.
- Email Campaigns: Manage the full cycle of email campaigns, from planning to analysis and feedback.
- Supporter Onboarding: Create welcoming experiences for new sign-ups to foster loyalty.
- Strategic Development: Work with the Digital Manager to grow international fundraising through various digital channels.

As the Digital Fundraising Executive, you will be responsible for managing projects to maximise income, plus supporter recruitment, engagement, and retention, through digital channels. Their work will include email, search, display and paid social campaigns across one or more countries where Sightsavers fundraises. Working with colleagues across fundraising and beyond to ensure digital support for the relevant campaigns is effective and optimised.
Required Skills
Essential:
• Proven experience in managing digital fundraising projects with timely delivery, adherence to briefs and budgets, and effective results reporting.
• Knowledge and experience in key digital marketing or fundraising disciplines, including CMS, email platforms, social media, search and display advertising, and GA4.
• Excellent writing skills with a background in fundraising copywriting.
• Competence in data analysis, reporting setup, and tracking progress against KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Project management skills involving coordination with multiple teams and external agencies to achieve organisational goals.
Desirable:
• Experience in international fundraising.
• Understanding of various individual-giving fundraising disciplines, such as mailings, inserts, and TV advertising.
• Experience in orchestrating virtual mass participation events.
• Strong editing and proofreading abilities.

Standing Voice is looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager based in or near London to join our UK team. This is an exciting and challenging role in a creative and focused working environment, within an organisation with multiple programmes and funding streams across 3 countries. This position suits an ambitious and experienced fundraiser, equipped with excellent written and oral communication skills and a depth of donor management experience.
The successful candidate will report to the Executive Director and be tasked with advancing & implementing Standing Voice’s Fundraising Strategy including writing grants proposals; diversifying & scaling-up the organisation’s income streams; and managing donor relations and reporting. About the role:

Arts Emergency, a mentoring charity and support network aiming to address the inequalities in the creative and cultural sectors, is looking for an experienced and motivated fundraiser to provide leadership and management for fundraising activities.
Since 2013, Arts Emergency has been providing 16-25 year olds in London, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and beyond with a trained mentor working in their field of interest. Mentors help Young Talent set goals, explore their passions and make decisions about higher education, training and careers. After they complete a year of mentoring, Young Talent can continue to access opportunities, advice, resources and paid work from the Arts Emergency Network until they turn 26. The Philanthropy Team as a whole has a combined target income for the current year (2023-24) of £1.83 million (growing to £2.35m as our target for next year), of which approximately £850k is from corporate donors and their foundations, £100k is from individuals, and the remaining from trusts and foundations. We have been successful year on year in increasing our fundraising base by building secure multi-year partnerships.
We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to work within our passionate Philanthropy Team to help grow our fundraised income and develop and maintain an effective, high-quality funding pipeline. Focussing predominantly on eliciting funding from trusts and foundations, and working closely with the Head of Philanthropy, CEO and Corporate Partnerships Manager, the Fundraising Manager will ensure the effective management of existing funder relations and take responsibility for ensuring Action Tutoring meets its reporting obligations. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for the line-management and development of three Fundraising Coordinators, through which you and your team will prepare and submit grant applications and funding reports, alongside overseeing the development and growth of our individual giving activities and initiatives, including through expansion of our fundraising events and campaigns.

Duties and responsibilities

· Act as a system manager for fundraising platforms, databases and tools including Just Giving and the Giving Block, with support from Fundraising Coordinators.
· Oversee the development of the fundraising area of the website and fundraising pack to attract new funders and fundraisers to the charity, with support from the Fundraising Coordinators.
· Manage the Fundraising Coordinators, ensuring they are growing and developing, and that work load is shared fairly.
· Represent Action Tutoring at relevant meetings and events.
· Alongside your team, prepare applications for corporate funding opportunities identified by the Corporate Partnerships Team.

This role requires an ambitious, passionate and determined individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Alongside your team you will be responsible for writing and submitting grant applications and reports, so an excellent understanding of the English language and a keen eye for detail are crucial for success within this position. Introduction
The Prison Reform Trust (PRT) was founded in 1981 to inform public debate and improve prison conditions and the treatment of prisoners, amidst concerns about a projected prison population of 48,000 by 1984. Fast forward to today, the prison population in England and Wales is almost 87,000 and is projected to rise to 106,300 by March 2027. We overuse prison for non-violent and persistent crime, and we choose to send people to prison for a long time, and it continues to grow.
Our mission is clear. We are working to create a just, humane and effective prison system by influencing decision-makers opinion formers and the public to 1) reduce the use of prison; 2) Improve conditions for prisoners and, 3) promote equality and human rights in the criminal justice system.
Income in 2023 was £2.06 million, with most of our income portfolio reliant on trusts and foundations. We have just been through a strategic development period and as a part of that we have uncovered significant untapped potential for philanthropic and relational based income growth. We are now seeking a newly designed, ‘Head of Fundraising and Philanthropy’ to lead the whole fundraising programme, but with a specific focus on developing the philanthropy and corporate programme to take Prison Reform Trust to the next level.
