In the 1980s, high unemployment and steep inflation was contributing to a shocking rise in youth homelessness across London. Thousands of young people were sleeping rough every night, with many areas notoriously dubbed “cardboard cities” due to the visible rise in street homelessness. Appalled by the scenes playing out across the capital, a group of people came together to tackle the challenge head on. Led by Cardinal Basil Hume and Mark McGreevy OBE, in 1989 Depaul UK was born.
What began as a single housing project in North London soon expanded across London, Greater Manchester and the North East of England. Today, Depaul UK provides accommodation, prevention and support services to thousands of marginalised young people across the UK each year.

Right now, we are looking for a Resettlement Worker to play a pivotal role in our Complex Needs Service in Windsor.
Sounds great, what will I be doing?
The main purpose of this role is to support rough sleepers on the RBWM housing pathway. The resettlement team help service users to maintain their tenancies and remove the risk of homelessness. This role supports people with experiences of rough sleeping, substance use and homelessness to access the RBWM housing pathway, using comprehensive assessments and co‑produced Personal Housing Plans to identify needs, risks and opportunities. You'll provide weekly key‑working sessions, help clients maintain Stage 2 temporary accommodation, and motivate them to build independence, engage in recovery, and improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Working collaboratively with education, employment, health and specialist agencies, you'll ensure support is holistic and focused on preventing homelessness wherever possible. You'll manage a varied caseload in line with service standards and Hestia values, empowering service users to take ownership of their goals and make meaningful progress toward stable housing and a better quality of life.
You will be responsible for developing, supporting and maintaining independent living skills and general wellbeing for up to ten service users within the Support Service

You should have a strong understanding of the issues faced by individuals at risk of homelessness and the skills to support them in maintaining their tenancies. You will have experience working with people with a range of mental health conditions, including dual diagnosis, and demonstrate the ability to communicate with empathy, dignity, and respect. A solid understanding of safeguarding and how to respond appropriately is essential.
Experience working with individuals who have experienced homelessness, rough sleeping, or temporary accommodation is required, particularly those with complex needs such as substance use, mental health issues, and offending histories. The candidate should be familiar with recovery principles and approaches, and committed to empowering service users to make informed choices and work toward independence.
You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, including supporting the induction of peer staff and volunteers. An awareness of lone working and health and safety practices is important, alongside motivation to uphold professional standards and use management and peer support to maintain resilience. Good IT, literacy, and numeracy skills are essential, including proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and email communication.

Key Responsibilities

The role
You will support all aspects of Hospice UK’s commercial partnership activity, helping to build, steward and develop long‑term relationships with corporate partners, who want to collaborate with hospices. Personalised communications will help move businesses from one‑off activity to longer‑term strategic partnerships.
A key part of the role involves conferences and events. You’ll help secure exhibitors and sponsors for our annual National Conference (1,000+ attendees) and our one‑day conferences, supporting activity from launch through to delivery, including marketing materials, pipeline management, proactive sales and administration.

Terms

Job Title: Home Energy Advisor (Green Doctor)
Salary: £25,229 – £27,885 per annum (pro rata for part time)
Hours: Full-Time (37 hours per week) and Part-Time roles available
Location: Workington based – Redress Project – Will be expected to travel extensively to locations across West Cumbria and Carlisle.

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Energy Advisor (Green Doctor) to join our team in Cumbria. In this rewarding frontline role, you’ll provide practical, in-home support to residents most at risk of fuel poverty, including low-income households, older people, disabled residents and families with young children.
You will help make homes warmer, healthier and cheaper to run, offering tailored advice, installing simple energy-saving measures, and advocating on behalf of householders with energy providers.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Home Energy Advisor, you will:
- Deliver one-to-one home energy support visits to vulnerable residents
- Install small energy-saving measures such as LED light bulbs, draught excluders and reflective radiator panels
- Provide basic budgeting and money management advice
- Advocate with energy companies to help residents secure better tariffs and resolve issues
- Develop strong referral pathways with local authorities, housing providers, health services and community organisations
- Deliver informal energy awareness sessions to partners and community groups
- Maintain accurate records and complete all administrative tasks to a high standard
- Manage your own diary of appointments and meetings
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of materials and equipment
- Promote the project within the local community
- Work towards agreed targets with minimal supervision
About you:
We’re seeking someone who is:

Finance Director

The role
The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring Action Together remains financially robust, sustainable, and compliant as a charity and employer. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will partner closely with the CEO and Board to shape a resilient business model, strengthen financial governance, and provide strategic direction that supports our mission and values.
You will lead and develop a high performing finance function, oversee annual budgeting and long‑term financial planning, and ensure high‑quality financial insight is available to the CEO, SLT and Board. The Finance Director has responsibility for the production of monthly accounts package, annual audit and statutory accounts, risk management, payroll assurance, investment strategy, and organisational compliance with Companies House, the Charity Commission, and all financial governance requirements.
You will play an integral role in supporting strong governance, working closely with the Treasurer and Board to provide clear, timely, and insightful financial performance updates, forecasts, and risk assessments.

Leeds Survivor Led Crisis Service (LSLCS) exists to provide compassionate, person-centred, trauma-informed crisis support to people across Leeds and West Yorkshire. Founded in 1999 by individuals with lived experience of mental health crisis, the organisation has grown to deliver a range of services for adults, children and young people while remaining rooted in survivor leadership and empowerment. LSLCS has a long history of innovation and excellence; receiving multiple national awards.
The CEO holds overarching responsibility for the current service provisions, with the support of operational directors and service managers. LSLCS challenges and shapes current practices; aligned with the needs of those accessing crisis services, with a strong emphasis on gaining and reviewing service user and team feedback to inform decision-making. The CEO must be able to review feedback openly, regularly and with genuine curiosity in shaping the future of the organisation.
The CEO provides strategic leadership to ensure that LSLCS continues to deliver high-quality, values-led crisis services.
