The UK Branch aims to strengthen arts and civil society ecosystems and emphasises transnational collaboration between Portugal (where the Foundation is headquartered) and the UK. Our grantmaking programme has three focus areas: arts opportunities, NGO capacity-building and climate-health. We fund and support partner organisations working in these areas and directly deliver projects in-line with our programme goals. The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Fundraising and Grants Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role that will help strengthen and diversify Runnymede’s income generation and support the organisation’s long-term financial sustainability.
Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the development and delivery of Runnymede’s fundraising strategy, identifying and securing funding opportunities across trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, consultancy, individual giving and high-net-worth individuals. We are looking for a senior partnerships officer who will ensure our vital work to address the

This is enabling us to build more programmes to improve students’ mental and physical wellbeing, promote genuine equity for all, build students’ skills and confidence, develop their international connections and intercultural skills, and make a real contribution to our local community.
The role is a full time and fixed term contract until July 2028 to cover a secondment vacancy. This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on a 40/60 basis (40% working from the office). We will consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible, and job share basis wherever possible.
We are looking for an Academic Representation and Communities Coordinator to support and develop our academic representation system and empower students to make positive change at UCL.
The postholder will work with more than 2,200 Academic Representatives across UCL, helping them develop leadership skills, connect with one another, and effectively represent the academic interests of students. They will deliver training and development opportunities, build relationships with faculties and departments, and help create vibrant academic communities at departmental level thought representation initiatives.

The purpose of the role is to assist our clients with immigration legal advice and representation. The focus of this legal work is on non-legal aid funded matters, supporting people to preserve immigration status and for some become British Citizens. While the majority of the immigration advice and representation at RMJ is free for clients, this service we charge an affordable fee to help those who cannot find affordable and professional representation.

If IAA level 1, the candidate will be expected to initially work under supervision completing level 2 work and qualifying at level 2 within 6 months (training is provided and study leave is accommodated). Upon obtaining a higher level of accreditation, the candidateʼs salary will increase in line with RMJ pay scales.
Practising Solicitor with 1-year immigration experience.
IAAS level 2 caseworkers (non-solicitor) will be considered but if appointed must be prepared to work under supervision and qualify at IAA level 1 within 6 months (Training is provided and study leave is accommodated). Upon obtaining a higher level of IAA accreditation, the candidateʼs salary will increase in line with RMJ pay scales.
