Role Summary

As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our daily operations and

administration, and in the long-term sustainability of the organisation. You'll work closely with the CEO, COO

and senior team to coordinate systems, support financial reconciliation, lead HR across the employee lifecycle,

manage a team of 40+ volunteers, and oversee logistics across projects and teams as well as leading on the

management of our online safe space.

This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone with prior charity sector experience who is highly

organised, proactive, and eager to work within a values-driven organisation building a safer and more just world.

As we are a fast-growing organisation, your responsibilities may evolve to meet the needs of the organisation.

The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with partner organisations, supporting firms throughout their participation in the Suicide Prevention Action Lab (SPAL) programme, and ensuring they remain motivated, accountable, and on track to deliver their commitments.

We’re bringing together six representatives from financial services firms to explore ways to improve support for customers experiencing suicidality. The Partnerships Officer will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the SPAL, working closely with participating firms to assist them in developing, testing, and implementing practical changes to help prevent suicidality. 

The Partnerships Officer will manage relationships with multiple firms simultaneously, each at a different stage in their journey to testing and embedding new and improved approaches to identifying and supporting customers experiencing or at risk of suicidality. Success in the role requires excellent organisation, persistence, and relationship management skills, alongside the ability to understand the challenges and competing demands faced by participating firms and to support them in maintaining momentum and delivering results.

• Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for participating firms, building strong and productive relationships throughout their involvement in the SPAL. Coordinating and supporting consultancy and coaching meetings with participating firms.
• Developing and maintaining a strong working knowledge of emerging Action Lab research insights. Applying research insights in discussions with firms, supporting them in translating evidence into new or improved tools, processes and communications.

Purpose of the Role

The Executive Assistant & Governance Officer is a critical role ensuring the seamless operation of the Pathway Fund's leadership and governance structures. This role provides dedicated, high-level support directly to the CEO, the Board of Directors, and logistical support for the Social Investment Committee (SIC). Crucially, this position acts as the CEO's operational anchor, tracking team deliverables and managing external-facing events and communications assets to ensure the organisation operates efficiently, professionally, and at pace.

This role is focused on providing strategic communications leadership to the Global Disability Innovation Hub (GDI Hub), with an emphasis on web and digital media. The ambition of this role is to support GDI Hub into its next 10-years (having just celebrated our 10-year anniversary), with ownership of our expansive web and digital portfolios.

The post holder will work with the Director of Global Engagement and the GDI Hub comms team to elevate the organisation’s portfolio of public facing touch points. The role will combine core responsibilities of website ownership and content development, alongside providing experienced and strategic leadership for the communications function. 

GDI Hub has evolved from a start-up to an established medium sized organisation in the last 10 years. This senior position will in time take on line management responsibilities for two members of the communications team. Management experience is essential, as is a track record for leading a fast-paced communications and content team, with responsibility for project and programme outputs. Roles and responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the job are:

· Provide administrative support to the Programme Manager, Trustees and Youth Board

INTRODUCTION TO THE ROLE

iniva is seeking an experienced, thoughtful and collaborative Website & Communications Manager to join our team at a pivotal moment for the organisation. The role sits at the heart of Living Legacies: Collaboration, Community and Radicality, a four-year National Lottery Heritage Fund project that activates iniva’s archive and connects it with communities through exhibitions, events, podcasts, oral histories and digital resources. Working at iniva is dynamic, creative and purpose driven. As a small organisation, we value people who can work confidently on their own initiative while collaborating closely with colleagues, freelancers and partners. This part-time role (3 days per week) is offered as a fixed-term contract over four years, with responsibilities evolving across the project lifecycle — from strategy and planning in the early stages to website redevelopment, major public programmes and legacy outputs in later phases. The Website & Communications Manager will work closely with the Project Manager and wider team to support clear communication, shared understanding and joined-up audience engagement. The role plays a key part in shaping how audiences encounter Living Legacies and iniva more broadly, ensuring communications are inclusive, accessible and grounded in the organisation’s values. We’re looking for someone who cares about creating more equitable cultural spaces and enjoys sharing stories that connect artists, archives, and communities.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

This role would suit a practical and organised communications professional with strong writing and digital skills. You will be a confident and clear communicator, able to produce engaging, accessible content for a range of audiences across web, email and social media. You will have experience working with websites, including contributing to or supporting a WordPress (or similar CMS) website redevelopment, and be comfortable collaborating with website developers to deliver user-friendly, accessible digital experiences. You will bring the ability to plan and coordinate work across multiple projects, managing timelines, contributors and priorities effectively. Experience supporting or overseeing freelancers such as PR consultants, graphic designers, photographers, videographers etc or external partners is helpful, alongside a collaborative approach and good organisational skills. Role Purpose

The Website & Communications Manager will lead iniva’s communications for a four-year fixed-term
project (3 days per week), with responsibilities evolving across the project — from setting up systems
and plans in Year 1 to delivering public activity, website redevelopment and legacy outputs in later
phases.

Focusing on Living Legacies, the postholder will lead communications activity to grow and diversify
audiences while maintaining strong engagement with existing audiences. They will manage a small
communications team, including the Communications Coordinator, and coordinate different
freelancers over the life of the project, such as a PR Consultant, Website Developer and Podcast
Producer to deliver clear, consistent and values-led communication across the organisation.
Working closely with a freelance Website Developer and internal teams, the postholder will oversee
the redevelopment of iniva’s website, ensuring it is accessible, user-friendly and supports the
project’s digital content and long-term needs. They will also work collaboratively with the Senior
Fundraising Manager, Project Manager and Project Curator to ensure joined-up, timely storytelling that
reflects the aims of the project and supports audience engagement.

Project Specific Duties

The duties below reflect the role across its four-year term. Activity in Years 1–2 will focus on
communications planning, audience development, team coordination and early digital work. Website
redevelopment (Years 2–3) and press activity for exhibitions (Years 3–4) will increase in later phases.
Not all responsibilities will be active at the same time.

Communications Strategy, Planning and Audience Development

• To review, refine and deliver the Living Legacies Communications Plan in collaboration with the wider project team, ensuring alignment with audience development goals, legacy planning and funder expectations.
• To lead audience development activity for Living Legacies, balancing growth and diversification with the retention of iniva’s existing audiences.
• To ensure consistent application of iniva and Living Legacies brand, tone of voice and values across all communications outputs.
• To establish and maintain communications systems, workflows and standards to support effective delivery across the team and with external contributors.
• To manage marketing, communications and documentation budgets ensuring activity is delivered within agreed resources for the organisation.

Website Redevelopment & Digital Experience

• To provide oversight of the redevelopment of iniva’s website (2027-2028), working closely with the Website Developer and internal stakeholders to ensure the site meets accessibility standards, audience engagement objectives and digital preservation needs.
• To manage the Website Developer and relevant budget lines to deliver a user-friendly, accessible website that supports archival access, digital outputs and the wider public programme.
• To ensure the website reflects the interpretive aims of Living Legacies and supports long-term access to project outputs, including oral histories, exhibitions and archival content.
• To gather and commission content from project partners and programme leads to ensure inclusive, participant-led storytelling is reflected across digital platforms.

Content, Campaigns & Creative Management

•  To oversee the creation, scheduling and publication of engaging digital content for Living Legacies, working with the Communications Coordinator across social media, email newsletters and website updates to raise awareness of the project, grow and engage existing and new audiences, and share stories, opportunities and project milestones.
• To commission and manage promotional materials, including digital and print assets, working with graphic designers, photographers, videographers and other freelance creatives to create compelling content that reflects the project's values and reaches diverse audiences.
•  To provide clear briefs, quality control and sign-off for commissioned content, ensuring outputs are on brand, accessible, high quality and delivered on schedule, and support meaningful engagement with participants, partners and audiences.
• To coordinate the promotion of project events and exhibitions, including digital and print listings, invitations, ticketing and on-site communications logistics, helping to maximise attendance, participation and the visibility of Living Legacies across communities and partner networks.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

• To oversee monitoring and evaluation of communications activity for Living Legacies, drawing on digital engagement data across web, email and social media platforms to understand audience reach, engagement and impact.
• To lead on communications-related reporting for senior management, the Board and funders, working with the Communications Coordinator to collate insights, data and evidence that demonstrate impact, learning and audience development.
• To use evaluation findings to inform ongoing communications strategy, audience development activity and project learning.

Collaboration & Internal Coordination

• To work collaboratively with the Project Manager, Project Curator, Senior Fundraising Manager and wider iniva team to ensure consistent messaging, joined-up communications and coordinated project delivery across all strands.
• To support shared understanding of communications priorities across exhibitions, podcasts, oral histories and community engagement activity, ensuring coherence of messaging and audience experience.

Press & Public Relations

•  To provide oversight and be the main point of contact for press and media activity for LivingLegacies, setting priorities, approving messaging and coordinating delivery with the Freelance PR Consultant, annually for three major project exhibitions and public programme (2027-2030).
• Liaise with external PR consultants to support programme promotion, ensuring assets and information are shared accurately and on time.
• To support the development and approval of press materials, including press releases and image assets, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with project messaging and organisational values.
• To oversee media listings, press scheduling and coverage tracking, using insights to inform future communications planning in consultation with the PR Consultant.
• To ensure compliance with funder branding and visibility requirements, including National Lottery Heritage Fund acknowledgement guidelines.

Building Safety Resident Liaison Officer

We are currently recruiting for the exciting role of Building Safety Resident Liaison Officer, a key role supporting resident engagement, communication, and coordination across building safety, remediation, and wider compliance activity.

In addition to supporting the successful delivery of remediation and safety improvement works, you will help deliver ISHA’s Resident Engagement Strategy for HRBs by maintaining regular communication with residents, supporting consultation activity, gathering feedback, and helping residents understand how building and fire safety arrangements affect them.

Working closely with the Head of Building Safety, Building Safety Manager, Housing, Development, and contractor partners, you will also support the coordination of resident support information, including assistance with PEEPs or equivalent resident support processes in line with ISHA policy, and help ensure ISHA meets its duties under the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Act 2021, and associated regulations while maintaining a strong resident focus.

Role Overview

We are looking to appoint three Programme Officers, who will be responsible for supporting programme delivery and programme operations at the Reach Foundation.

Role 1: Programme Officer (Leadership)

This includes our x100 programmes across the West, East, Yorkshire and Greater Manchester, our leadership programme with A Million Realities, and newly established place based leadership programmes for heads and executive leaders.

Role 2: Programme Officer (Cradle-to-Career)

This includes our Cradle-to-Career catalyst, foundations and leadership programmes (which are each distinct phases of our Cradle-to-Career core offer), our Accelerator programme, and a number of bespoke Cradle-to-Career catalyst programmes run directly for partner organisations. 

Role 3: Programme Officer (Educational Breakthroughs)

Helping to launch our newest strand of work, developing and growing ‘educational breakthroughs’ that enable all children to enjoy lives of choice and opportunity. This will include delivery of existing elements of our ‘breakthrough portfolio’ (Languages for All, developing mapping/ data tools to support local breakthroughs, re-imagining key stage 3 for Lift Schools) and supporting new clients as we begin partnerships with them. 

Each role has a distinct portfolio of programmes you will support, but the duties, skills and capabilities required for each role are aligned. We expect the three Programme Officers to work together closely to ensure consistency of delivery across our work, to share learning and to develop a community of practice. 

You will work closely with the Directors responsible for each programme, alongside our Events and Operations Officers, who work across all programmes,  to ensure our programmes are planned and delivered to a high standard. 

The role of the Programme Officer has three core areas of responsibility:

1. Programme Planning and Project Management

• Project manage multiple, simultaneous programmes across the portfolio with rigour. Work with other programme managers to embed consistent programme management across our organisation. 

• Work with the Events and Operations Officers to complete the annual calendar-setting process, setting event dates and key programme milestones. Ensure all events are appropriately staffed. 

• Utilise Asana to monitor project milestones, proactively identify off-track delivery risks, and lead status updates during programme meetings to ensure timely intervention.

• Champion the use of HubSpot (CRM) and set up progress dashboards alongside evaluation colleagues.

2. Programme Delivery

• Improve (or establish) processes that ensure that every participant on our programmes has a great experience from the moment they find out about us, to when they exit working with us. 

• Manage the main programme inbox, serving as the responsive, warm, and professional first point of contact for routine enquiries from participants and external partners

• Coordinate regular, high-quality programmatic communications (e.g. programme blasts or event invites) to keep participants informed and engaged throughout the year. You may author these, or work with others to ensure they are circulated in a timely manner.

• Ensure all programmatic data collection is in line with GDPR guidelines.

• Support in programme administration tasks, such as preparing papers for steering group meetings, taking minutes and circulating actions. 

• Actively participate in cross-organisational reviews, sharing delivery insights in order to improve the quality of our work. 

• Programme-Specific Deliverables: 

Participant Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end application and onboarding journey for new programme cohorts, including coordinating assessment or sign up windows, distributing welcome materials, and managing intake data. 

Coaching Offer Management: Act as the end-to-end operational lead for the leadership coaching offer, managing coach-matching logistics, scheduling, and tracking completion rates.

Contract and Agreement Tracking: Administer the distribution and tracking of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring signed copies are received prior to delivery. 

3. Stakeholder and Relationship Management

• Coordinate the operational onboarding of new bespoke partners, guiding both internal and external senior stakeholders through this initial phase

• Invest deeply in building strong, warm, and respectful relationships with senior external stakeholders across identified bespoke partnerships, acting as a point of contact for any queries and ensuring excellent customer service

• Develop strong relationships internally, particularly with Regional Directors or Breakthrough Project Leads , providing them with regular progress updates, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations ahead of key delivery milestones.

• Actively collaborate with fellow Programme Officers to share operational learnings, standardise delivery templates, and build a supportive internal community of practice.

About you

Working within the communications and marketing team, you'll be confident in managing our social media accounts (we have many), ensuring we're using platforms to get our messages out to both wide and targeted audiences with engaging and timely content.

You'll be happy using tools for social listening, interacting with our audiences and building our reach. You'll be familiar with key metrics for social engagement and will be reporting back to colleagues and other stakeholders - and using this data to constantly improve our communications.

You'll be skilled in writing longer form content for our members' magazine, Caring, proof reading articles, posting content on our websites, creating graphics and making sure our content is engaging, audience focused and dynamic. Oh, and you probably know your way around an emoji set and are not scared of a well timed pun. Plus you'll have a great eye for detail and be confident in your ability to prioritise (and sometimes reprioritise) your workload as needed.

We're a small but effective communications team and pride ourselves on getting stuck in and supporting each other when we need to deliver big on fast moving projects, so you'll need be able to juggle lots of demands while recognising the importance of always hitting deadlines.

The Living Wage Foundation is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Media and Communications Manager to join our team for a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive communications professional with a strong background in media relations, public messaging, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be experienced and confident in working to tight deadlines, responding to last-minute changes, and prioritising competing demands in a high-profile environment. They will be motivated to amplify the Living Wage Foundation’s mission of tackling low pay and insecure work.

The postholder will lead all media, messaging, and external affairs work, developing and implementing a proactive media strategy that supports our mission and key campaigns, such as Living Wage Week and the annual Rates announcement. As a skilled media professional, you will oversee all communications outputs, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment, while delivering media training and refining key messaging to maximise reach and impact. 

In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our political engagement efforts, building cross-party support and working with political leaders, mayoral teams, and other key stakeholders to promote our initiatives. You’ll manage two direct reports (Events Manager and Media Manager) who each hold line management responsibilities, and you will play a critical role within our Senior Management Team, collaborating closely with the Head of Communications to shape the overall direction of our communications work. This role will work closely with Citizens UK colleagues, including the Citizens UK communications team on cross-organisational priorities.  You will report to the Head of Communications.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing and allocating part of the communications team budget, expanding team capacity, and driving the team’s effectiveness. In collaboration with other senior managers, you will help foster a culture that values creativity, innovation, and strategic impact.

Main Responsibilities

Contribute to CUK mission and its strategic objectives:

• Provide strategic oversight of the organisation’s media strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader organisational, communications, and campaign goals, and establish clear processes for evaluating its success.

• Work alongside other Senior Managers across Citizens UK on cross-organisational activity including through the Senior Management Group

• Support the Living Wage Foundation’s Political Engagement Strategy by building and sustaining cross-party support for the organisation’s mission and objectives.

Situational awareness and research:

• Lead regular updates on key audiences, tracking positions on issues of interest and ensuring the team is fully informed.

• Guide the team in proactive media monitoring, enabling timely responses to significant developments.

• Collaborate with the Senior Research Manager to conduct and commission impactful research, driving media campaigns that effectively reach and engage target audiences.

Strategy development:

• Work alongside other Senior Managers in the Communications Team to shape and guide the overall communications strategy.

Lead on all media and messaging outputs, including developing high-quality materials, coordinating media events, and delivering media training.

Reputational & risk management:

• Develop and manage the organisation’s risk register, offering strategic oversight and serving as a primary contact for crisis communications.

• Manage and respond to reactive media enquiries promptly, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s values and objectives.

• Draft key messages and FAQs for media interviews and public responses, and advise senior leadership on sensitive media or reputational issues.

• Represent the Living Wage Foundation effectively in senior stakeholder interactions and participate in out-of-hours press duties when needed.

Materials development and dissemination:

• Oversee the Media Team in producing engaging press releases, blogs, opinion pieces, and media briefings to elevate the Living Wage Foundation’s profile and the voices of workers and employers within the Living Wage movement.

• Ensure media outputs and communications reflect the organisation’s values and uphold a consistent voice.

• Create and refine key messaging for public communications, including FAQs and response guides.

Social media and website

• Ensure consistency in messaging and alignment across all media and digital platforms in collaboration with the wider communications team.

External relationships (including media and press)

• Lead employer case study development, identifying and preparing Living Wage employers to speak to media and champion a real Living Wage.

• Drive stakeholder engagement efforts, cultivating valuable relationships with Living Wage employers, campaign partners, and media contacts.

• Build and maintain relationships with journalists across print, digital, and broadcast media to secure quality coverage.

• Collaborate with the Public Engagement Team to draft emails, speeches, speaker notes, briefings, and press notices for political engagements.

• Strengthen and maintain broad cross-party support for the Living Wage agenda.

Campaign & events management

• Provide a link between Events team and Senior Leadership Team to ensure efficient decision-making around key events.

• Lead on media and messaging elements of agreed comms-led campaigns.

Internal comms & knowledge management

• Oversee the development and maintenance of a comprehensive press database, mapping key media contacts and publications in line with the Living Wage Foundation’s objectives.

Internal relationships

• Work closely with the Senior Digital and Communications Manager to guide and oversee team initiatives.

• Provide line management and development support to the Media Manager and Events Manager.

Learning, expertise & DEI

• Lead media training sessions for LWF staff and Living Wage employers, enhancing their confidence and effectiveness in media engagements.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the LWF and Citizens UK, including communications and DEI teams, to develop and implement ethical storytelling practices, ensuring lived experience is represented responsibly, inclusively, and in line with organisational guidance.

Role Purpose

The Senior Individual Giving Officer is a crucial position within EIA’s Fundraising team, which contributes to the delivery of the individual giving strategy through acquiring and stewarding new supporters, leading our face to face fundraising and mass participation event programmes and legacy marketing and stewardship.

You will need to have demonstrable experience of delivering campaigns across individual giving products and channels, excellent written communication and analytical skills, and experience of creating engaging and inspiring online and offline direct marketing communications. 

Key areas of responsibility

New Supporter Acquisition: Face to Face fundraising

The Senior Individual Giving Officer will lead our new acquisition channel, face to face fundraising, to recruit new regular givers:

• Responsible for the end-to-end management of acquisition campaigns, from briefing internal and external stakeholders and suppliers, to developing creative and monitoring results and evaluating performance
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget and meet the campaign KPIs
• Work with the Individual Giving Manager and Digital Implementation Officer to share content to feed into the bespoke supporter journeys for new supporters to increase engagement

Mass Participation Events

The Senior Individual Giving Officer will lead our growing mass participation events programme. Building on the success of testing during 2026, learning will be applied to further expand the event programme during 2027 and beyond:

• Develop and manage the annual event calendar to ensure there is a broad range of events that are targeted towards EIA supporters
• Responsible for all elements of supporter recruitment and stewardship from developing marketing materials, working with the Social Media and Digital Engagement Manager and the Digital team to recruit new supporters, setting up fundraising pages and stewarding supporters to meet their fundraising targets, through to evaluating performance and applying learnings to future events.

Supporter retention, development, and engagement

The Senior Individual Giving Officer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and inspiring supporter development activity and supporter journeys for individuals:

• Lead on creating the content and briefing suppliers for the supporter newsletter mailings which are sent out three times a year. 
• Plan, implement and evaluate digital and offline supporter-driven supporter journeys from all individual giving audiences, including appeals, face to face, mass digital, regular giving and the weekly lottery
• Work closely with the Individual Giving Manager, Supporter Services Officer and teams across the organisation (including the Communications and Campaign teams) to develop inspiring and targeted content and communications that increase engagement and lifetime value of supporters
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring and evaluating the success of supporter journeys
• Along with the Supporter Services Officer, be a key point of contact for supporters, ensuring that all supporters have a positive experience

Legacy Marketing and Stewardship

• Develop and deliver legacy marketing campaigns to acquire new legacy pledgers from our existing supporter base
• Take a key role in the engagement with the Remember a Charity consortium, and lead on the promotion of legacies during Remember a Charity Week
• Work with the Individual Giving Manager and the Communications team to ensure legacy messages are included in all relevant communications including appeals, supporter newsletters and Investigator magazine
• Responsible for all elements of legacy stewardship, from establishing engagement segmentation, to developing and delivering a legacy stewardship programme including bespoke communications, as well as on and offline events and webinars to maximise engagement and commitment from legacy pledgers
• Explore opportunities to recruit legacy pledgers from new audiences

Strategy development, budgeting and campaign reporting

• Work with the Head of Fundraising and Individual Giving Manager to develop fundraising strategy and annual plans
• Monitor income and expenditure of campaigns within your areas to ensure they meet budget and contribute to the mid-year reforecast process
• Produce regular campaign reports that monitor performance against KPIs and feed back to the Head of · of Fundraising and wider organisation to share successes with the EIA team
