Job description

A key member of the Philanthropy and Partnerships team, the Corporate Partnerships Officer reports to the Corporate Partnerships Manager. The role is front-facing and requires the skills needed to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

The Corporate Partnerships Officer will be responsible for account managing a portfolio of new and existing corporate accounts to deliver a sustainable income growth year on year. In addition, they will work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer to support the day-to-day management of high value strategic partnerships and the delivery of business development activities. They will also contribute to the wider strategic aims of the P&P team to significantly grow both philanthropic and corporate partnership income and impact.

In this role your skills and passion will see you:

  •  Inspire, motivate and maximise the giving potential of the existing portfolio of corporate partners
  •  Provide a holistic supporter journey relative to the level of the partnership
  • Support the Head of Corporate Partnerships and Corporate Partnerships Manager with the day-to-day management of high value strategic partnerships
  • Deliver income targets, in line with each corporate partner’s aspirations and goals
  • Develop and lead on seasonal project-based income generating activity
  • Work effectively with operational and clinical staff to develop and implement opportunities to foster and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate partners 
  •  Support and develop new engagement events and communications with corporate partners
  •  Support the wider team with large communication, stewardship, or impact reporting activities.
