In this role you will have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the UK, with occasional on-site presence in London Farringdon approximately once per quarter.

About the Role 

As Fundraising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving income growth across key streams, including regional corporate partnerships and individual fundraisers. You will have the opportunity to build and nurture successful relationships with supporters, offering the highest levels of stewardship while managing multiple priorities. 

Additionally, you will contribute to income reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring that pipelines of prospects and partners are accurately maintained and strategically developed.

In this Role You Will: 

• Drive growth in our key income streams of regional corporate partnerships and supporter led fundraising individuals. 

• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while providing the highest level of stewardship to all supporters. 

• Contribute to departmental income reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. 

• Ensure the pipeline of prospects and partners is kept up to date across all income streams. 

• Develop and implement safeguarding procedures relevant to the role, ensuring children, community members, staff, and volunteers are protected from harm.

About the role

You will be joining a friendly and face paced fundraising team to identify, support and retain regional supporters. You will be responsible for

* Driving engagement across your region (and beyond) to proactively identify, support, and retain supporters.

* Working with the wider Regional Fundraising Team and collaborate on relationships that might be across the UK

*You'll be generating a strong network of community and corporate supporters to secure sustainable income for the charity. You'll also be building a pipeline of prospects of community and corporate to ensure future support.

About you

To be successful in this role you must have

*Demonstrable knowledge of what it takes to proactively identify, develop, and cultivate supporters to maximise income and deliver against KPIs, objectives and the Community Team business plan.

Working arrangements

• This is a  Fixed Term Contract until Nov 2026 covering family leave.

About the role

This is a new role which will help to deliver a pilot strategy to grow long-term sustainable income by enhancing Breast Cancer Now’s on-the-ground presence locally.

Joining the relationship fundraising team and working closely with the high value partnerships team, this role is responsible for cultivating new long-term relationships and, in turn, driving fundraising income.

Uniquely, the post holder will help to implement a large-scale trial to further grow Tickled Pink, an award-winning partnership between Asda, Breast Cancer Now and CoppaFeel! which has raised over £100m. The goal is to grow both engagement and future income by directly supporting colleagues across Asda stores in their local area.

In addition, this role will establish and grow a portfolio of supporters in the northwest by cultivating relationships with new and warm supporters including individuals, clubs, societies and local companies. It will also line manage two community fundraisers based in Scotland. 

What’s special about this role is that you’ll be working alongside a supportive, innovative and fun team which has delivered continued growth in fundraising over the last five years.

The is the first time the charity has had a community fundraiser locally based in the northwest. It is one of five new roles being introduced as part of the pilot, and the goal is that they all become permanent. 

About you 

You’re a pro at cultivating long term relationships with a variety of new supporters to generate income, and have great community fundraising experience working with individuals, local companies and clubs and societies.

You’re proactive and can work in a flexible and agile way; perhaps you’ve helped to deliver successful pilots in the past. You’re solution focused and experienced in developing and delivering ideas to grow income and engagement in the short and long term.

With great communication skills, you’re a team player and love working independently as well as part of a large team with various stakeholders.

Primary location of role and hybrid working

Your job will be to produce in person conferences, with a difference, for Pupil Premium Leads in 

Events where practitioners don’t just share what’s worked but also what hasn’t. Openly and transparently.

The aim is to curate powerful and practical warts and all stories, which attendees can ask questions about and dig deep into each other's work.

• Customer Relationship Management: designing, building and automating CRMs including sales pipeline design and management eg Hubspot and Airtable

• Copywriting (and digital marketing and email workflow design): designing and writing posts and emails that convert - whether than be speaker invitations, promotional posts or conference onboarding emails.

We’re looking for a kind and compassionate person to join our Family Support team supporting families 
in Sussex. You’ll support families whose child has cancer or a life-challenging condition, offering 
emotional and practical support when it’s most needed – helping families feel less alone.

You’ll split your time between Worthing Hospital, keeping in touch with and visiting families across 
Sussex, working closely with hospital teams, schools, and community services. Whether it’s sitting with a 
parent on the ward, visiting a family at home, or checking in with a sibling who’s struggling, you’ll make 
sure families know they’re never facing this journey alone.

We offer a flexible, hybrid role over four days, with regular peer support, clinical supervision, and 
opportunities to develop your skills. You’ll be part of a small, friendly, and passionate team who look out

Supporting Families

knowledge of our families and maintaining accurate records

Working in the Community
• Visit families across Sussex who need support at home

Your role

Supervise the delivery of Eikon’s volunteer mentoring services to children and young people in allocated schools across Surrey. Supervise a team of Volunteer Mentors ensuring parity of our offer in Schools to Children and Young People. Ensuring the highest standards of case work, effective practice and safeguarding are maintained.  Providing regular review and assessment of caseloads, with guidance on how to progress provided to the team of Volunteer Mentors.

Responsibilities

· Plan, resource and oversee the delivery of the volunteer mentoring programme, to ensure that the service is offered to young people at the right time and that young people are at the heart of the programme.

· Develop and maintain key relationships within schools in Surrey to deliver the volunteer mentoring programme.

· To identify trends and gaps in provision, then work with Service Delivery Manager on ways to improve our Volunteer Mentoring service

· Supervise a team of volunteer mentors in line with Eikon's policies

· Induct, train and develop volunteer mentors, ensuring a high-quality service with safe and effective practice is delivered in accordance with all other best practice guidelines

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative ESOL consultant to join our team and lead on the curriculum development and delivery of our ESOL for Work courses. This role sits across our Education & Training and Research & Impact teams and offers a unique opportunity to shape future ESOL provision for people in low-paid work.

ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) is a core strand of our community education offer. Each year, we support over 200 learners to improve their English, build confidence, and engage more fully in community life. Many of our learners face significant barriers to mainstream education, particularly those juggling low-paid, insecure employment. In 2023, in partnership with The Bell Foundation, we launched a three-year research and delivery programme focused on improving access to ESOL for people in work. The project aims to better understand the structural and practical barriers faced by working learners, and to codesign inclusive, flexible models of delivery that can influence and shape future ESOL provision across the UK.

Now in its second year, the programme is expanding. We are developing new partnerships with employers in sectors such as hospitality, construction, and health and social care, and growing our flexible ESOL-for-work pilot offers. Through these pilots, you will also play an essential role in helping us to generate new insights and learning about what works and why.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about adult education, committed to equity and access, and excited to explore new ways of delivering ESOL. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Restoring Rivers & Catchments Team, developing and delivering a portfolio of physical enhancement projects on the ground. The Project Officer role is suitable for an experienced and knowledgeable individual to build on their existing skills, overseeing all stages of river and catchment enhancement projects; from conception to development, design and physical implementation. You can have practical impact and influence on the natural environment creating sustainable and healthy rivers for the future.

The role of a Project Officer

Whilst this role will predominantly be in the East of the region, you will need to be prepared to work all over the South East should the need arise. River enhancement projects will typically include weir removals, fish passage easements (such as rock ramps, nature-like bypasses or technical fish passes) and river re-naturalisation projects (such as habitat enhancements, reconnecting floodplains & palaeochannels, re-meandering, and backwater creation). Catchment management projects are likely to include wetland creation, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and Natural Flood Management (NFM) measures. We would be interested to know about any experience you have in the above fields when you apply.

Using your freshwater expertise and proven ability, you will proactively lead on smaller and medium scale projects while working closely with other staff, external partners and stakeholders. You will work with the rest of the team, drawing on the experience of more seasoned staff to help your personal career progression and likewise overseeing Assistant Project Officer and imparting your knowledge onto them. Most importantly of all, you will support the whole team, your line manager and the wider organisation.
