Founded in 1860, Providence Row is a specialist homelessness charity working in East London and the City, deliberately operating at the most acute end of the homelessness spectrum.
The charity reaches around 1,200 individuals (annually) with the most deep-rooted needs; people whose interlinking mental and physical health, and trauma and substance use challenges mean they often struggle to access mainstream support. Providence Row provides a wide range of Crisis and Progression services including showers, meals, advice & support, health and wellbeing services, drug and alcohol harm reduction, psychotherapy, a hospital discharge service, and learning, training and work-readiness programmes, amongst others. In 2025/26, we supported 1,270 people through 36,313 tailored interventions.

Job Profile
This role will lead CAFOD’s policy and advocacy work aimed at building a fairer global financial system. The post holder will have a solid understanding of contemporary global economic issues, including the global debt crisis, development finance and the workings of international multilateral organisations. Working closely with CAFOD’s overseas partners and within UK and global networks, this role will hold policy expertise on behalf of the organisation. This will involve developing policy positions and representing the organisation externally. Under the direct supervision of the Casework Supervisor and the overall guidance of the Project Manager, and Chief of Mission (CoM), the incumbent will provide specialist technical support to IOM UK’s Immigration Advice Team, will undertake specialist legal counselling, IAA regulated casework and representation. The incumbent will also support the Casework Supervisor and Project Manager in liaising with relevant stakeholders on matters related to policy, project development, implementation, and reporting, as well as participate in external forums and meetings.
The caseworker will provide support to Local Authorities and third sector organisations, providing information and technical inputs, second tier support, as well as direct one-to-one casework support to vulnerable individuals to complete applications. This will also involve working with interpreters where necessary. In addition to the around 40 young people we see every day out our centre, New Horizon provides the only youth-specific street outreach service to young people facing homelessness in London. We use our extensive housing expertise to place young people who are currently or at risk of rough sleeping into accommodation that is appropriate and safe, whilst encouraging them to access the day centre to benefit from the wide range of services we offer. Carrying out housing assessments with young people and referring them into appropriate accommodation.
Managing a transitional case load of young people and helping them move forward and access appropriate services.

Providing expert coaching and guidance to young people and monitoring and evaluating their progress.

As a Support Worker at Ace of Clubs drop-in day centre supporting people who are homeless and facing adversity, you will play a key role in supporting individuals who may be navigating chaotic lifestyles, trauma, and multiple disadvantages. You will provide practical and emotional support, help people access essential services, and work to empower them to move towards independence.
Your role will involve working directly with service users, managing case records, liaising with partner agencies, and contributing to the smooth running of our busy centre. Ultimately, you will support people to overcome barriers, develop essential skills, and build confidence in navigating life challenges and providing advocacy where needed. In particular, you will be on duty as Support Worker during our busy, daily lunchtime service - responding to the needs of a variety of guests – on a busy day we can reach 150 – 200 guests visiting our service.
In addition, Ace of Clubs works with a wide range of volunteers and partners on a daily basis including food partners, health partners, corporate, individual and client volunteers. Your role will also be required to support the team in the smooth functioning of these areas, for example liaising with partners on site, showing around volunteers or feeding back any issues during lunch service.
You will also support with the operations and building’s co-ordination, including carrying out weekly health and safety checks as required, i.e. fire alarm checks, legionella checks etc., meeting onsite contractors, counting and logging cash takings, responding and filtering the central email account and making food and supplies orders. You will be provided with comprehensive training in these areas.

We're building the future of our digital systems — and we need a curious, capable IT and Digital Systems Officer to help us do it.
Join our dynamic team as an IT and Digital Systems Officer. We are seeking an individual who is looking for a new role and enjoys a varied work environment. In this position, you will work as part of our IT-savvy External Relations team, providing support to UWC International across our IT and digital landscape, including Google Workspace. While experience with Google Workspace is preferred, we are open to candidates with an inquisitive mind who, with training, can learn new systems quickly.
This is an exciting time to join us, as we are undertaking a digital infrastructure project that includes developing a new application platform and CRM. Although you will not be managing these projects, there will be opportunities to get involved, allowing you to further develop your skills.
Currently, this is a fixed-term position related to the completion of the digital infrastructure project. However, there is potential for the role to become permanent and to grow once the new systems are fully implemented.

Operations Manager

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take operational and administrative responsibility for a small, ambitious charity. You will run governance, compliance, contract management, finance liaison, data protection, safeguarding, HR, grant administration, and media and digital maintenance. You will work directly with the Chair.
This is a KEY gatekeeper role for someone who can steady the executive arm in response to the Board's strategic direction, concentrating on rigorous enforcement and maintenance.

All work is web-based via Google Workspace for Charities and does not require high-specification hardware. The charity provides all system user licenses and funds required antivirus software for work devices, but does not provide or fund personal hardware or domestic utility bills.
