Purpose of the role
Race Against Dementia is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Senior Partnerships Officer to support the delivery of our ambitious fundraising strategy. You will play a key role in managing and developing partnerships that generate income and increase global awareness of our work.

Part-funded by a generous donation from Backstage Trust, this is a new and pivotal role designed to transform Theatre Centre's fundraising capacity by strengthening systems, increasing income diversity, and building long-term financial resilience. The postholder will play a key role in helping the organisation capitalise on its artistic impact and case for support, while building momentum towards its 75th anniversary in 2028.
This role will keep us focused on our development strategy and will have support from across the whole company: the Board, Executive and the core TC team. We have been steadily building our foundations and have some good funding relationships in place, committed individual givers, a strong, evidenced case for support, some incredible stats and feedback and above all an inspiring and exciting programme of work to offer for young people, artists and teachers across the country.
Our Development Manager will help us to bring in resources so that we can continue share our high-quality, specialist work as far as we can. Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, whose mission is to see a time when no deaf person feels alone, is seeking a Principal Gifts Manager responsible for identifying, cultivating and stewarding high-value donors to the charity giving £100,000 plus.
Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. As well as acting as an ear to their partners and alerting them to sounds, the charity’s clever and expertly trained dogs help deaf people to live life with confidence and independence, whilst providing love, companionship and emotional support.
Following a strategic review, the charity is now looking to build a new Income Generation Directorate to enable it to transform many more lives across the UK. This role will be critical to help Hearing Dogs reach their goals to significantly grow and diversify income.
Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, the post-holder will work closely with senior leaders, trustees and senior stakeholders to solicit high-value gifts, typically of six and seven figures, and to build and deepen long-term relationships between donors and the charity. Working closely with operational teams, senior leaders, contractors, regulators and external partners, you will act as Refuge's in-house compliance expert, providing technical advice and ensuring the organisation remains informed and compliant with changing legislation, regulations and industry standards.
About the role
As Building Compliance Adviser, you will lead on building safety and property compliance across Refuge's portfolio. You will monitor statutory and regulatory requirements, maintain compliance data and certifications, update policies, deliver training and provide expert advice to colleagues across the organisation.
You will also support the management of property agreements, oversee compliance reporting and returns, liaise with insurers and regulators, and help ensure robust governance arrangements are in place.
The role combines technical expertise, stakeholder engagement and practical problem-solving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a meaningful difference.

About Working Well Trust
Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are recruiting an IPS Operations Manager to support the delivery and development of our IPS services across London. The postholder will manage two IPS service sites from the following areas: Tower Hamlets, Newham, Barking and Dagenham, and Enfield. The final allocation of sites will be discussed with the successful candidate and agreed based on service needs, experience and working arrangements.
What you’ll be doing
If you were working with us, you would provide operational leadership across two of our IPS services. These sites will be agreed with you based on service needs, your experience and working arrangements.
You would support Team Leads and frontline teams to deliver high-quality IPS services that are client-led, evidence-based and aligned with contractual outcomes. You would help ensure services run smoothly day to day, while also supporting service development, quality improvement and strong performance.
