About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registry Administrator to join the National Institute of Teaching within our Registry Services team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your Registry knowledge and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.
This role plays a crucial part in our student administration service, ensuring an exceptional and efficient service for all students and wider institutional stakeholders. Key areas of responsibility for the role include the administration of student assessment and award progressions, awarding documentation, as well as assisting with enrolment activity, ensuring a seamless student journey for all trainees.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of providing administrative support, ideally in an education setting, who can follow and track different administrative processes. The role is based at any of our campus locations, so you should be within commutable distance. The role is predominantly hybrid with the need to be on site at least once a fortnight. The role will, on occasion, be required to travel to other sites across the country and travel expenses will be paid.

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive Executive Officer to support the Secretary of the Conference.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the Methodist Church's governance, leadership and decision-making structures.
Working closely with the Secretary of the Conference and colleagues across the Conference Office, you will provide executive, governance and project support, helping to ensure the effective delivery of key priorities and the smooth operation of major governance processes.
The role combines executive support, committee and governance administration, research and briefing, stakeholder engagement and project coordination. It offers the opportunity to work with senior leaders, office holders and colleagues from around the Methodist Connexion and beyond.
The post holder will provide advice and support to the Secretary of the Conference across the entire range of their responsibilities. They will prepare briefing papers, reports, presentations, worship material and other documentation supporting the Secretary.
In this crucial role, the Executive Officer will read committee and meeting papers and flag items requiring the Secretary's attention/awareness, ensuring appropriate briefings are received and that the Secretary is alerted to key issues.
The post holder will also lead on the preparation for regular meetings on behalf of the Secretary of the Conference including the Connexional Leaders’ Forum and the Nominations Committee. We are seeking an experienced and technically strong finance professional to lead our Financial Accounting and transaction processing functions. This is a senior role within the Finance / Resources directorate, reporting to the Director of Resources and playing a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and effectiveness of the College’s financial accounting arrangements.
The postholder will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the financial accounting and transaction processing teams, supporting statutory reporting, technical accounting, treasury management, tax compliance, financial systems development and effective financial control across the group. The role covers the accounting arrangements for the College, its subsidiary and the Malaysian company, with responsibility for maintaining high-quality accounting records and supporting informed decision-making by senior leaders and the Trustee Board.
About the role
You will lead the preparation of annual financial statements for the group and single entity, ensure timely submission of regulatory returns, and provide expert advice on technical accounting matters including FRS 102, Charity SORP, OSCR requirements, VAT and other tax matters. You will also oversee key reconciliations, maintain effective financial controls, manage treasury arrangements and banking relationships, and support the development of financial systems and procedures.
As a senior member of the finance team, you will work closely with the Head of Financial Reporting and Analysis, senior leaders, committee chairs, external auditors, consultants and colleagues across the organisation. You will also lead, motivate and develop a team of

Key responsibilities
About you
You will be a qualified accountant with a recognised professional accountancy qualification, such as ICAEW, ICAS, ICAI, ACCA or CIMA, and significant experience in financial accounting. You will bring strong technical knowledge, ideally gained within an FRS 102 or similar environment, together with the ability to interpret complex financial requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
You will have excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills, with the confidence to advise senior finance and non-finance colleagues, present complex information clearly, and manage competing priorities. Experience of staff management, team development, financial systems, advanced Excel and working with external auditors or advisers will be important. We recognise that university is not the only pathway to success and that young people should be supported to explore a range of routes that reflect their ambitions, strengths and circumstances.
Early intervention is therefore essential to ensure that young migrants understand their rights, receive accurate information and appropriate support, and are able to make informed decisions about their education, training, employment and future.

We have 9 regional networks in England, covering all library services and ranging in size from 9 to 33 services. Within each region they provide hundreds of library branches, thousands of staff, and serve millions of service users. They have a long tradition of working together as peer support networks and to deliver activities such as festivals, marketing, and staff training.

As Energy Adviser you will manage a caseload of disabled households struggling with their energy and water bills, supporting, and empowering them over the phone. Customers in need of either more in-depth support, or support with water bills, will be referred to you by a separate team of advisers.

The Role
In this role you will be:
· Reviewing and confirming details with the customer and conduct an assessment to fully understand their support needs
· Developing goal-based action plans that clearly show how the customers support needs will be addressed.
