Guts UK is the only charity that covers the digestive system from top to tail, including the gut, the liver and the pancreas. The charity focuses particularly on the conditions that have no other specific charity or voice - conditions that are underserved, such as pancreatitis, diverticular disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), childhood gut and liver disease, and digestive cancers. With their mission being to improve the lives of the millions of people affected by digestive conditions, they are looking for their first Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager to help them reach that goal.
The Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager is responsible for developing and implementing plans to maximise income from corporate partners and high net worth individuals with the propensity to donate significant sums. There is huge scope to develop both income streams at Guts UK, as this is the first dedicated position covering these income streams.
With some fantastic corporate partnerships in place already, there is great potential to build on the existing foundations and leverage those corporate partnerships to secure more ranging from transactional right up to transformational.
The philanthropy function has green shoots to nurture and develop. This is an exciting role for a candidate who wants to grow and shape this income stream, and demonstrate their personal impact on generating income, and providing donors with an incredible supporter experience.
Who are Guts UK looking for?
This role would suit an experienced, corporate and/or philanthropy fundraiser with well-developed relationship management skills. Someone who is excited by the opportunity of shaping, developing and elevating these important supporters for the charity.
Guts UK are open to applications from those looking to develop their expertise and will be fully supported, should they not have equal experience in corporate partnerships and philanthropy. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate experience across areas such as corporate prospecting, pitching and account management.
Guts UK is a small charity with big ambition so a background that includes working within a smaller charity would be helpful for the candidate to have but isn't essential.

Job description
Stella Maris is the official maritime charity of the Catholic Church. We are looking for a Regional Port Chaplain for Immingham and the South Humber Ports to support seafarers, fishers and their families.
In this unique and rewarding role, you'll be the welcoming face of Stella Maris in your region, visiting ships, listening to crew members, and offering practical, pastoral and spiritual support to anyone in need, regardless of faith or background.
About the role
No two days are the same. You might spend the morning visiting ships and listening to crew members' stories, help someone contact their family back home, support a seafarer in crisis, or offer a quiet moment of prayer on deck.
You'll also recruit and support a team of volunteers, work closely with other maritime charities and local partners, and build strong relationships with parishes, dioceses, and port authorities. You'll be part of a nationwide network of Stella Maris chaplains, supported through regular meetings, retreats and professional development opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Visit ships regularly to meet seafarers and fishers, responding to their pastoral, practical and spiritual needs.
- Provide practical help such as transport, communication access, and emergency or crisis support.
- Offer spiritual care to Catholic seafarers and facilitate the religious needs of those from other faiths.
- Recruit, train and support Stella Maris volunteers.
- Work collaboratively with other maritime charities.
- Maintain strong relationships with local parishes, the Diocese of Nottingham, and port stakeholders such as the Harbour Master, shipping agents and welfare committees.
- Support local fundraising and awareness initiatives alongside the charity's national team.
About you
You'll be someone who takes joy in helping others. You don't need maritime experiences, what matters most is your empathy and ability to offer pastoral support in practical ways.
You may come from a background in chaplaincy, parish ministry, community work or social care. You'll share our commitment to upholding the dignity of every seafarer and fisher.
We improve the lives of seafarers and fishers through our network of local chaplains and seafarer centres, expert information, advocacy, and support.

Civis Foundation (UK) has partnered with AEA Consulting for the recruitment of the Programme Officer.
Civis Foundation invests in arts and letters, cultural preservation, and community development initiatives. At Hestia, we are guided by our core values and are dedicated to fostering an equitable, diverse, and inclusive organisation. Our mission is to empower individuals to rebuild their lives and achieve independence. Right now, we are looking for a Housing Management Officer to play a pivotal role in our Housing Services in Ealing and Harrow, London.
Sounds great, what will I be doing?
The Housing Management Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality, end‑to‑end tenancy and property management across a diverse portfolio of 50–100 supported accommodation units. Working at the intersection of housing law, welfare systems, and resident wellbeing, the postholder ensures smooth tenancy sustainment, legal compliance, and strong financial performance. This includes leading on onboarding and exit processes, embedding a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIPE) approach, maintaining GDPR‑compliant records, and monitoring tenancy issues through internal reporting tools. The role also requires close collaboration with Registered Providers, Local Authorities, the DWP, and Housing Benefit teams to ensure seamless service delivery and regulatory compliance.
A key focus of the role is proactive income management, from rent and service charge collection to arrears prevention and recovery. The officer provides expert guidance on housing benefit, managing claims, appeals, and overpayments while overseeing invoicing and financial reconciliation with external agencies. Alongside this, they coordinate timely repairs and maintenance, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved efficiently while keeping residents and support teams fully informed. This is a dynamic, hands‑on position for someone who thrives on responsibility, partnership working, and making a meaningful impact on tenancy stability and resident experience.
What do I need to bring with me?
You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. We also value lived experience of the areas we support, so if you feel comfortable, please do mention this on your application.
To apply for this role, you'll need solid experience in rent collection and arrears recovery, along with a good working knowledge of the pre‑action protocol. You should be confident handling welfare benefit claims and navigating DWP and Housing Benefit systems. Experience supporting vulnerable people is essential; whether that's individuals dealing with mental health challenges, homelessness, or domestic abuse, we're looking for someone who has worked closely with local authorities, support workers, and other partner agencies, and who understands the day‑to‑day realities of tenancy and housing management.
You'll need strong IT skills, accuracy in maintaining electronic records, and the ability to communicate clearly in writing and in person. Being comfortable analysing financial information is important, as is the ability to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues. This role suits someone who is empathetic, organised, self‑motivated, and able to work independently while taking responsibility for their decisions. You'll also need to be able to travel between accommodation sites and meet residents face‑to‑face as part of your day‑to‑day work. The role is hybrid with travel required 3 days a week across Ealing and Harrow and two days working remotely. Occasional travel to our Head Office in Aldgate will also be required.
