Role Overview
Reporting to the Trusts Manager, the postholder will be responsible for maximizing income from Charitable Trusts and Foundations, building and nurturing elationships and inspiring long-term support and sustainable income in line with the organisational strategy.
About You
This is a great role for someone with previous experience of Trust Fundraising. You’ll have first class communication skills to enable you to quickly build solid, strong relationships both face to face and over the telephone. Excellent writing skills are essential as well as good organisational skills and CRM experience. In these challenging times you’ll need to channel your creative skills to develop exciting stewardship plans.
In this role you will need:
· Previous experience of Trust Fundraising with a strong track record of success and meeting targets
· Excellent writing skills, with the ability to take complex material and translate into visually appealing proposals.
· Experience of organising or helping to organise stewardship events.
· Experience of working with CRM databases.
· Target driven with experience of budgeting and financial management

Our Location
We are based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, so we are easily accessible by road and rail. In this role, there is plenty of scope for working from home, although there will be times when you will need to be at face-to-face meetings. There is a requirement for you to attend a minimum of 12 in person days a year, including two Directorate meetings and the charity’s mandatory ‘All Staff Together’ days which take place four times a year at our offices in Hatfield or a location in London. In addition there will be a requirement to attend team and donor meetings in person as required.

African Rainbow Family (ARF) is a UK-based, lived-experience-led grassroots organisation working with and for LGBTIQ+ refugees and people seeking asylum of African heritage and the Global Majority.

You hold a critical and integral role for the growth and development of the DEC’s website and digital marketing, taking an audience and insight led approach to innovation and supporter engagement. Role Purpose
This maternity cover role is for a strategic and hands-on Digital Communications & Marketing Lead to take ownership of our digital presence, storytelling and supporter communications, with a strong focus on driving growth in engagement and income through digital channels.
You will lead the planning and delivery of digital communications and marketing activity, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across all platforms. You will design and deliver integrated digital campaigns that grow awareness, engagement, participation and fundraising income.
This is a hands on role and you will be the organisation’s main digital specialist during this period, working closely with the CEO and wider team.

Digital Communications & Marketing Strategy
• Lead the development and delivery of digital communications and marketing activity that supports organisational goals, fundraising targets and brand growth.

Responsibilities

Build, manage and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta to recruit participants into CALM’s Social Challenges.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will lead on all aspects of Camp Jojo’s communications – from managing social media and digital content to supporting internal communications with our Trustees, volunteers and partners. You will help tell the stories that matter, promote our impact to supporters and funders, and ensure our messaging is clear, consistent and engaging.
Working closely with our Communications Committee and Board, you will coordinate campaigns, produce newsletters and reports, manage our website content, and help develop effective marketing strategies. You will also provide essential administrative support, maintain key documents and procedures, and ensure communications activity runs smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who is a confident communicator, able to juggle multiple tasks, manage their own time effectively and work flexibly around the seasonal demands of the charity.
