As a Floating Support Worker, you’ll support people living across Westminster to sustain their tenancies, navigate challenges and build the confidence and skills needed to live independently. You’ll work alongside people facing homelessness, isolation, poor mental or physical health, domestic abuse, substance use and other forms of multiple disadvantage, providing practical and emotionally intelligent support that meets people where they are.
This is a role built on relationships. You’ll work closely with clients in their homes and communities, creating support plans that feel realistic, empowering and genuinely person-centred. Whether you’re helping someone manage rent arrears, reconnect with services, settle into a new home or take steps towards work, training or improved wellbeing, your support will help people move forward in meaningful and lasting ways.
You’ll be part of Westminster Floating Support, a fast-paced and supportive service funded by Westminster City Council, delivering housing-related support to people in all types of accommodation across the borough. Working as part of a collaborative and psychologically informed team, you’ll build strong partnerships with local services and agencies to make sure clients receive joined-up, holistic support.

About Working Well Trust
Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are expanding our team of IPS Employment Advisors in our IPS service in the London Borough of Newham. You will be based in one of NHS mental health treatment teams in Plaistow and East Ham areas, working 35 hours per week. IPS services at Working Well Trust have been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adhere closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment.
Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. You will work closely with clinical teams, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led.
You will spend up to 65% of your week working in the community of Newham to provide localised support to residents of the Borough.

About the role
We’re looking for experienced social media and communications professionals to join our freelance moderation team.
Our moderators support a range of charity partners, working across always-on activity as well as high-profile campaigns and appeals. You’ll act as the voice of each organisation — engaging with supporters, answering queries, and ensuring conversations are managed safely and effectively.
This role is well suited as a flexible, additional source of income. Most of our moderators are freelancers or consultants working alongside other roles.
Working pattern
Moderation takes place between 9am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday.
Rather than working in one continuous block, you’ll complete your hours in short check-ins across the day to maintain coverage and meet response time targets.
Each account is allocated a set number of ‘active moderation hours’ per day (e.g. 2-3 hours), which are spread across multiple sessions.
For example, 3 hours may be split into 5-6 check-ins throughout the day.

Monitor activity throughout the day

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in growing a major donor programme that directly supports life-changing eye care services in the Holy Land. You will work closely with the Executive Director, UK (EDUK) and senior leadership, including the CEO and Trustees, to contribute to the long-term sustainability of a respected and impactful international charity.
As part of a small, ambitious and collaborative UK team, you will play a major role in shaping and developing the major donor programme, building meaningful relationships with supporters and seeing the tangible impact of your work on patients and communities.
The St John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital Group (SJEHG) is a UK-registered charity delivering expert eye care to the people of the Holy Land, regardless of ethnicity, religion or ability to pay. It operates through two locally-registered charities to provide services in East Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza.

Interim Head of Data and Evidence
£60,250 to £65,500 per year

What the job involves
This is a brilliant opportunity to lead our Data and Evidence Team on an interim basis while the postholder is on parental leave. You’ll help us understand and use the evidence that shapes our work, from clinical and real-world data to screening, Black health equity and wider health improvement priorities.
Working closely with teams across the charity, you’ll turn complex evidence into clear insight that supports our strategy, communications and programme delivery. You’ll also guide research and analysis across the four UK nations, helping us stay focused on the biggest opportunities to improve outcomes for men and their families.
What we want from you
We’re looking for an experienced evidence and data leader who can quickly build confidence, relationships and momentum. You’ll bring a background in health epidemiology, data science or biomedical science, with strong experience of working with healthcare data and real-world evidence.
You’ll be confident analysing and interpreting complex information, and just as confident explaining what it means to different audiences. You’ll also be a supportive, inclusive people leader who brings curiosity, judgement and an equity lens to your work.

How and where we work
Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. You can choose where to work the rest of the time. Travel to the office is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs.
Additional in-person attendance will be required during your first few months for induction and training, to support you to learn the role and get to know colleagues.
