Headway Cardiff and South East Wales help 500–600 people a year rebuild their lives after acquired brain injury (ABI). As demand grows, they're looking for a Finance Manager / Director to take charge of the back office — finance, payroll and systems — so their small senior team can spend more time where it matters most.
This isn't a desk-bound manager's or director's post. It's a hands-on role at the centre of a small, agile charity. About the Role
