Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. The Role
As part of our strategy for growth and national impact, SCAA is seeking a motivated individual to manage our newly formed Data function, as Data and Insights Manager. This is a hands-on managerial role, which will contribute to both the immediate data management requirements and lead on the development of the longer-term Data and Insights Strategy for SCAA.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in embedding a culture of data-driven decision making, using insights and analysis to support future growth, with a particular focus on fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement. They will ensure the right frameworks and infrastructure are in place to allow for effective data management and data-driven decision-making across the charity.

This role can be fully remote, with the option to work from Perth Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located or our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport, if preferred. Occasional travel to our Perth base will be required for the successful candidate. SCAA supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements—our current approach typically includes two office days per week for those working on a hybrid basis. The usual hours and days of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am—5pm.

• Significant experience leading data strategy, governance or CRM development in a fundraising, marketing or customer insight environment.

We are looking for an ambitious, experienced and passionate Chief Financial & Operations Officer (CFOO) to join The Lifescape Project, leading the evolution, management and delivery of our financial and operational capacities as the organisation grows.

Our impact as a charity depends on excellent financial management and the efficient provision of supporting operational structures, policies and ways of working. As the organisation grows and diversifies, we need a dedicated Chief Financial and Operations Officer to lead the management and development of these critical functions in close liaison with the CEO. Our team has grown from just one to a team which will number 20 at the time of the successful CFOO candidate joining. This growth to date and planned future growth requires constant evolution of our financial and operational infrastructure and an experienced hand to guide this process, which is the core purpose of the CFOO role we are seeking to appoint.

We are excited to be hiring for this role, which will be transformational for the organisation, allowing us to develop our approach to financial and operational matters and support the continued growth of our team and impact. The role will act as second in command and will deputise for the CEO when absent. We are therefore looking for a highly capable and experienced finance and operations leader with the vision to ensure that we continue to grow in a sustainable, effective and efficient way.

We currently have a full-time manager and officer in our Finance and Operations team (F&O Team), which the CFOO will be joining to oversee, develop and guide all relevant functions. With the small size of the team at this time, the CFOO will be expected to jump into the detail in some areas. In the short term this will include delivering some of the more complex areas of the F&O team’s work, such as the audit process, multi-year financial planning and legal compliance, with support from other team members and external advisers as appropriate. If we continue to succeed in delivering our growth strategy, the role will progress over the medium term with increasing team size/supervisory duties and reducing involvement in immediate implementation. The wïsh centre is a Registered Charity in London Borough of Harrow that helps young people to stop self harming so that they can live a life free from the risk of serious harm. Every year we support over 150 children and young people ages 12-25 years through long term psychotherapy and peer support groups. Purpose of the Role

The Deputy CEO is a new and exciting role that is pivotal in supporting the CEO in leading the charity, ensuring operational excellence, strategic growth, and sustainable impact. African Rainbow Family (ARF) is a UK-based, lived-experience-led grassroots organisation working with and for LGBTIQ+ refugees and people seeking asylum of African heritage and the Global Majority.

About this Internship

The Youth-Led Digital Campaigns Internship role is a twelve-month paid internship beginning in March 2026.

The Jack Petchey Internship development programme is designed for young people who are leaving further or higher education and starting out in the youth/charity sector - or young people who are looking to transfer into, or take their next career step in, the youth/charity sector.

You will play a key role in shaping fundable opportunities with donors, translating organisational, programme delivery and research priorities into compelling, donor‑aligned funding propositions. You will help turn interest into commitment by building trusted relationships, identifying new opportunities, and producing high-quality, persuasive funding proposals and delivering partnership goals.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys relationship-building, has excellent writing skills, understands the motivations of corporate and foundation donors, and is energised by seeing opportunities move forward and convert into income. Prison Fellowship (PF) is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Head of Volunteer & Church Engagement to lead and develop our work with volunteers and churches across England and Wales.

Reporting to the Chief Executive and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, this role offers both strategic influence and hands-on leadership. You will shape the development of PF’s volunteer engagement and church partnerships, ensuring that volunteers are inspired, equipped and mobilised to deliver transformational support for people in prison and their families.

You will lead volunteer recruitment, induction and leadership development, supporting a large and geographically dispersed volunteer base. Working closely with colleagues, you will help ensure volunteers are aligned with PF’s programmes and priorities, while developing new and innovative ways for people to engage in PF’s work.

A key element of the role is church engagement. You will develop and lead PF’s church engagement strategy, building and sustaining strong relationships with churches across denominations. You will represent PF at churches, events and festivals, and work with the Chief Executive to cultivate relationships with senior and denominational church leaders.

About you

The successful candidate will have experience in volunteer management and leadership development, strong communication and public-speaking skills, and a good understanding of the UK Church. You will be a collaborative and resilient leader, able to think strategically while delivering operationally. Experience in a faith-based organisation is essential, and experience in prisons or criminal justice is desirable.

Working arrangements

The role requires regular travel across England and Wales, flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, and operates on a hybrid basis combining national travel, home working and PF’s London office.

TAN is currently supporting the Queensbury Tunnel Society, trying to stop the government blocking up an old railway tunnel so that it can be repurposed for a new greenway. It is also opposing the Lower Thames Crossing 'smart' motorway.

Your Mission

• Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Social Challenges Manager, the role will support day-to-day paid social delivery on Meta, using data, insight and testing to continuously improve results.

Responsibilities

Paid Social for Social Challenges (c.50% of role)

• Build, manage and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta to recruit participants into CALM’s Social Challenges.

• Translate campaign objectives into effective audience targeting, creative testing plans and budget allocation.

• Monitor performance daily, adjusting ads, audiences and spend to maximise lead volume, quality and cost-efficiency.

• Analyse campaign results, using platform data and internal insight to understand what’s driving high-value participants.

• Produce clear, actionable performance reports and recommendations for optimisation.

Campaign & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support digital marketing activity across the organisation, including paid and organic social.

• Partner with the Social Challenges Manager to understand audience motivations, challenge mechanics and supporter journeys.

• Collaborate with CALM’s studio team to brief, test and refine creative that performs and stays on-brand.

• Feed performance insight back into campaign planning, proposition development and supporter experience.

Testing, Learning & Optimisation

• Implement structured testing across creative, copy, audiences and formats to improve performance over time.

• Use learnings from each campaign to inform future challenges and evergreen activity.

• Keep up to date with changes to Meta advertising, tracking, privacy and best practice, flagging risks and opportunities early.

Wider Digital Support

• Support wider digital marketing activity as required, including other paid digital channels and acquisition campaigns.

• Provide day-to-day cover for the Digital Marketing Manager during periods of leave, ensuring paid social campaigns continue to run smoothly and effectively.

• Support delivery of core marketing activity as required, including organic social, campaign optimisation, and reporting.

• Provide practical cover for the Social Media Manager when needed, supporting scheduling, publishing and basic community management to maintain a consistent social presence.

• Work with content colleagues to support drafting and optimising web and social content. 

• Act as a reliable point of contact for digital marketing activity during absences, escalating issues appropriately. 

• Contribute to improving CALM’s use of data, attribution and performance insight across digital fundraising.

Your profile

Essential

• Hands-on experience managing paid social advertising on Meta.

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data, metrics and insights. 

• Experience of testing and optimisation across creative, audiences and formats. 

• Ability to monitor social spend and deliver against clear targets.

• Comfortable working across teams and balancing multiple priorities.

• Strong written communication skills, with an understanding of what makes compelling ad copy. 

Desirable

• Experience in charity, fundraising or purpose-led marketing.

• Familiarity with paid marketing funnels and supporter journeys.

• Experience working with tracking, pixels and basic attribution concepts.

• Experience working on organic social. 

• Copywriting experience across a range of channels.
