What you’ll be doing
- Lead and support a team of support workers to deliver high quality support sessions, supporting individuals with multiple disadvantage who are facing homelessness.
- Manage and administer an effective high-performance culture through regular 1:1s, objective setting and appraisals, providing additional support where necessary to overcome challenges and barriers.
- Support your team to seek out opportunities for knowledge development and skill improvement, reviewing its relevance against organisational policies and budgets.

As Joint Head of Legal Services, you will:

Person Specification
Essential
•Minimum 6 years + post qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate, and
•Minimum 4 years + substantial experience in legal aid casework, supervision and/or compliance, and
•Minimum 2 years + experience of supervising others and/or management experience and
•Substantial experience in public law, housing law, and/or community care law within legal aid practice, and
•Strong commitment to social justice, harm reduction, and trauma-informed practice.
Desirable
Experience working in a charity or non‑profit organisation.
Experience supporting, contributing to, or developing test case work, policy‑linked casework, or other legal work aimed at achieving wider systemic or community impact, including through indirect, collaborative, or emerging roles.

Job Title: Individual Giving Officer x2

Purpose of the Job
We are seeking to hire 2 Individual Giving Officers. As the Individual Giving Officer, you will support the Individual Giving Managers developing our individual giving programmes, including acquisition through face to face, digital and direct mail channels and innovate within the space. The post-holder will take on specific campaigns and manage these from inception to completion including data selection, creative, print and post-campaign analysis. The role also offers a fantastic opportunity for the post-holder to help drive innovation in Individual Giving at Felix.
Duties & Responsibilities
The key focus of the role will be:
- Supporting the Individual Giving Managers with acquisition and retention activities.
- Taking a proactive role in supporter stewardship
- Insight and Evaluation
Campaign Management – Supporter Acquisition and Retention
- Help deliver a calendar of activities across digital and traditional channels in line with agreed budget targets
- Campaign manage supporter updates from inception to completion including data selection, creative, print and post-campaign analysis
Supporter Stewardship
- Be proactive in refining and improving supporter stewardship processes and assist with updating related policies as required

Developing in Legacy giving programme

Insight & Evaluation

Collaboration
- Work with Senior Individual Giving and Legacy Manager on new income-generation opportunities

- Understanding of the Institute of Fundraising’s Code of Practice, data protection and other relevant legislation, guidance and good practice
Essential Criteria
- Proven track record of campaign management across Individual Giving, across both acquisition and retention methods.
- Previous experience of creating supporter journeys that have reduced attrition rates and increased supporter engagement.
- Experience of using supporter databases for audience segmentation and insight.
- Experience of supporter (or customer) care and managing queries and complaints.
- Good numeracy and Excel skills.
- Understanding of the regulatory environment for fundraising, including data protection, codes of fundraising practice and Gift Aid. Not essential but please state if you have experience with Gambling Protection laws and regulations (including LCCP).
- Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, and to work independently within a small team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for fighting food waste and food inequality.

Summary of the role:
The Community Fundraising Assistant (Ramadan Campaign) plays a crucial role during Ramadan. The role provides critical support in fundraising collections and events. The role will involve working occasional unsociable hours (weekends and evenings) and national travel, sometimes at short notice, during the Ramadan period to maximise our income generating opportunities.
About the Role:

The Student Volunteering & Social Impact Coordinator leads the coordination of London Play Design’s Student Volunteering Programme, working closely with delivery/ Technical teams, partnerships staff and senior management.
This role focuses on connecting people, projects and learning, rather than carrying sole responsibility for delivery. The post-holder coordinates systems, supports students and ensures quality, while working as part of a wider team.
The role is designed to be manageable, collaborative and sustainable, with clear shared ownership of outputs.
The role operates across two interconnected strands:
Student learning, insight and impact
Supporting students to understand the social impact of London Play Design’s work, contribute to evaluation and learning, and help strengthen partnerships through the development of case studies and programme insights.
Practical delivery and capacity-building
Connecting students with hands-on opportunities that build their practical experience while supporting the delivery of corporate volunteer days, construction activity and community projects.
What You Will Do
1. Coordinate the Student Volunteering Programme
You will oversee the day-to-day coordination of the programme, ensuring students have a clear, supportive and meaningful experience.
This includes:
- Coordinating student recruitment, onboarding and induction
- Developing clear volunteering pathways, role descriptions and learning outcomes
- Acting as the main point of contact for student volunteers
- Monitoring engagement, attendance and well-being in collaboration with on-site teams
- Supporting continuous programme improvement as part of a team, not in isolation
On-site supervision and safeguarding are led by delivery staff. You will not be expected to supervise students independently on live sites.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Implementation (Online & Offline)
• Key operational lead, deputising for the Head of Individual Giving and Legacies, taking responsibility for the planning and delivery of campaigns and activity across channels and supporter journeys.
• Develop and implement activity to attract new supporters through an integrated mix of channels, including social platforms (paid and unpaid), search engine advertising, email marketing, and offline appeals.
• Manage relationships with external partners, including creative, fundraising, and digital marketing agencies, ensuring high-quality delivery and ROI.
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns where ultimate conversion may occur via traditional channels such as telephone or mail, taking a holistic approach to acquire and convert new supporters.
• Analyse metrics and data, reporting on KPIs, budget, and spend. Work to constantly test and optimise campaigns to exceed targets and improve return on investment.
• Support forecasting and budget planning on marketing activities within the IG budget.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies, ensuring our fundraising efforts remain innovative and effective.
Stewardship, Content & Operations
• Develop and deliver personalised relationship-building communications and initiatives that recognise supporter loyalty and deepen their connection to the impact of their support.
• Oversee the operational delivery of supporter communications, including the development of processes for bespoke and workflow-delivered thanking and nurturing.
• Create and optimise content, sometimes cross team and directly with our incredible patients and supporters.
• Build journeys that maximise conversions and build loyalty. This includes high-quality creative fundraising writing, concepting, and messaging development.
• Ensure all supporters are thanked and updated in an appropriate and timely manner, working with the team to ensure coverage and that all interactions are in line with our supporter promise.
• Cultivate deeper engagement with supporters beyond transactional interactions, explore opportunities for meaningful dialogue and a sense of community.
Collaboration & Cross-Selling
• Work with the wider PCR team to maximise opportunities for fundraising and patient impact, specifically leading on cross-selling meaningful cash and support propositions to other audiences (e.g., events participants, community fundraisers, and campaigners).
• Work with Agile principles in mind, collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to plan and deliver high-quality work.
• Build key relationships across teams within and outside Public Fundraising to achieve successful fundraising outcomes.
• As required, represent PCR externally, promoting our work and building long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Database and Compliance
• Develop your existing experience and affinity for supporter data to improve outcomes for supporters.
• Hold a very good working knowledge of key aspects of data protection law including GDPR and PECR, as well as the Fundraising Code of Practice.
• Work with our tools and seek to improve knowledge and use of these, including Access CRM, Fundraise Up, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Wordpress and MailChimp.
Skills and Competencies
Our ideal candidate would have the following:
• Fundraising Expertise: Proven experience in an Individual Giving role(s) with a track record of managing both digital acquisition and offline appeals (direct mail/telemarketing) for a charity or social cause, as well as significant experience in retention, marketing communications, supporter services.
• Agency Management: Experience managing creative, fundraising and digital marketing agencies, to deliver a variety of campaigns or activities across multiple channels.
• Digital Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise setting up and managing campaigns in Meta Business Suite, Google paid advertising, and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
• Strategic Thinking: Evidence of leading successful integrated campaigns resulting in significant income or lead generation.
• Audience development: Led development of successful new propositions for cross-selling across existing audiences.
• Creative Skills: The ability to motivate and inspire audiences through content and creative writing and storytelling for various channels.
• Financial Acumen: The ability to monitor and manage income and expenditure against targets as well as forecast and report on campaigns across all channels.
• Supporter Experience: A strong desire to provide excellent supporter experience and customer journeys to everyone who encounters PCR.
• Collaborative Mindset: A collaborative and innovative mindset with a desire to test, learn, and work with stakeholders cross-functionally.
• Agile Working: Experience working within Agile project management frameworks would be beneficial.
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of WordPress website optimisation and plugins, or a strong desire to learn.
• Passion: A strong belief in the work we do at PCR, and a demonstrable desire to improve outcomes for patients through our work in fundraising.

Role Purpose
Grandmentors is our award-winning, inter-generational mentoring project running in almost 20 locations across the UK.We recruit, train and support Volunteer Mentors (normally people aged 50+) who are matched 1:1 with young people (aged 16-26) facing a range of life challenges and barriers. St Margaret’s are now seeking an experienced and innovative Supporter Development Manager to lead the ‘Supporter Experience’ function, bringing fresh ideas and insight-driven strategies to enhance donor engagement. You will manage supporter journeys across all income streams, focus on retention and stewardship, recognise and thank donors appropriately, and ensure accurate data management, Gift Aid compliance, and adherence to fundraising policies.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will help drive the hospice’s five-year income generation strategy, maximising income through innovative, supporter-focused engagement. With one direct report and oversight of a further three team members, you will embed gold-standard stewardship across the directorate, use CRM insights to guide decisions, and support the growth of mid-level giving while ensuring consistently high-quality supporter experiences.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience delivering high-quality supporter care and stewardship strategies that retain donors, reduce attrition, and increase giving opportunities.
- Highly developed organisational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience managing and delivering income-generating campaigns or appeals, including setting and managing budgets.
- Experience leading a high-performing team and supporting individuals to achieve their objectives.
- Demonstrable experience using CRM databases to analyse supporter data, with a strong understanding of accurate data capture, data governance, and using insight to enhance the supporter experience.

Overview of Training Courses
In 2021, the Geological Society embarked on a journey by introducing its highly anticipated training courses, following a successful trial in 2020. Our training courses are mostly online and delivered by subject matter experts.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Take overall responsibility within the Events Team for our Training Courses programme, from promotion to delivery, and achieving our net income targets.
- Develop effective working relationships with society stakeholders, events team, Training Course Committee, Professional Committee, Chartership Officer and wider teams at the society including Publishing House to maximise opportunities for courses.
- Lead on Training Course Committee meetings creating agendas and keeping members regularly informed.
- Report on key areas in the Professional Committee meeting.
- Successfully meet annual sales target for Training courses providing regular feedback on performance to Head of Events and Training Course Committee.
- Work closely with our Marketing Executive to prepare detailed marketing plans and high-quality campaign content for promoting courses to delegates.
- Total end to end management of course speakers, ensuring these relationships are nurtured and all documentation is processed promptly and accurately.
- Ensure that all courses are accessible and organised to Society standards.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Service Manager to support the effective delivery of a 21-unit Supported Housing service providing both high- and low-support accommodation for adults with mental health histories and complex needs.
You will work in partnership with key stakeholders to deliver a high-performing, compliant service rooted in holistic, person-centred support. Through trauma-informed, psychologically informed, and strengths-based practice, you will support your team to work alongside customers to achieve meaningful outcomes, independence, and wellbeing.
What you'll do:

1. Leadership, Staff Line Management and Culture
* Support the Senior Service Manager to lead, motivate, and develop the staff team, promoting a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture aligned with Look Ahead values.
* Provide effective line management, including induction, supervision, appraisals, and ongoing development, ensuring staff competence, accountability, and wellbeing.
* Address staff issues promptly, including performance concerns, conflict resolution, and conduct matters, supporting early and proportionate intervention.
* Promote reflective practice and continuous improvement through supervision, team meetings, and learning opportunities.
* Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication across the service to support staff engagement and shared understanding of priorities.
2. Operational Management, Performance and KPIs
* Support the Senior Service Manager to drive day-to-day operational delivery across the service or designated Lots, contributing to objective setting and performance monitoring.
* Monitor service performance against local and organisational targets, taking action to address underperformance where required.

What you'll bring:
Essential:
* Experience of managing accommodation-based services and resources and delivering to budget and performance targets
* Experience of supervising staff teams supporting young people in/leaving care
Desirable:
* Other relevant professional memberships and/or specialist qualifications
* Holds relevant CMI/NVQ Level 4 or other business/management qualification
