We exist to ensure young women are no longer hidden in our communities and can live free from harm and abuse. We are seeking experienced, reflective and values-driven freelance trainers to support the delivery of high-quality training for professionals working with young women and girls affected by criminal exploitation and violence. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in participatory facilitation, committed to trauma-informed and intersectional practice, and able to work collaboratively.
The role will involve facilitating sessions in person and online and may require overnight travel and stays.

Our job finder support can begin in custody and continue through the gate into the community, or start within the community. Typically, we work with an individual for between one and three months to establish work readiness and continue supporting them for up to a year after they secure employment. Support key contacts at potential LW Employers through the accreditation process, from dealing with initial enquiries to guiding them through the employer journey, to checking and processing their accreditation
Develop rewarding relationships with key employers, industry, and campaign partners within our networks to build interest in the Living Wage and deliver a high-quality experience to our accredited employers
With support from the wider team, develop plans and strategies to grow the number of accreditations in specific regions or industries
Collate and disseminate Living Wage criteria and policy issues through both internal and external facing guidance, whilst reviewing and monitoring its suitability
Support the development and implementation of projects to promote and grow Living Wage accreditations and develop the quality of service offered

About the role
Reporting in to the Partnership and Business Development Lead, the Government, Multilateral and Climate Funding Manager is responsible for driving sustained growth in income and impact outcomes by actively engaging and cultivating strong relationships with existing and new institutional and climate funding partners.
The role co-creates and leads bidding with MCCs and Global Programmes teams, securing multi-year, multi-million government, multilateral, and climate funding awards.
The post-holder will co-lead and deliver the government, multilateral and climate funding strategy, positioning Christian Aid and its partners to access and scale climate finance, including adaptation, resilience, loss and damage, and nature-based solutions funding.
The role ensures a strong long-term pipeline of funding opportunities, aligned to organisational priorities and climate justice commitments, maximising both income and programme impact.

The Cathedral Safeguarding Officer (CSO) is a Liverpool Diocesan employee who is responsible for leading and promoting safeguarding across Liverpool Cathedral, ensuring that safeguarding is embedded throughout its ministry, governance and operations. The postholder will maintain robust safeguarding records and oversight of safeguarding data, using information and trends to inform team decision-making, monitor risk, identify emerging safeguarding issues and support the ongoing development of policy, practice and organisational learning. They will maintain strong partnerships with statutory agencies, partner organisations and the Diocesan Safeguarding Team (DST).
The CSO will provide professional safeguarding advice and guidance, support the development of safer working practices, deliver safeguarding learning and development opportunities, and assist with the identification, assessment, and management of safeguarding risks. The postholder will also act as a key point of contact for safeguarding concerns and allegations, ensuring that these are managed appropriately and in accordance with statutory requirements, Church of England guidance, and National Safeguarding Standards.
Although based at Liverpool Cathedral, the CSO is an integral member of the Diocesan Safeguarding Team and will receive professional supervision, support and line management from the Deputy Head of Safeguarding (DDSO) and the Head of Safeguarding (DSO).
