Job Purpose:
The Trusts and Foundations Coordinator is an integral part of the Philanthropy team, responsible for managing a large portfolio of Trust and Foundation (T&F) supporters. The Trusts and Foundations Coordinator provides excellent relationship management, creating first-class donor journeys for their portfolio based on donors’ individual motivations and interests. They will ensure stewardship plans are in place for their top tier of T&F donors, and that they meet any specific proposal/reporting requirements for the donors they manage.
The primary aspect of the role is the management of a portfolio of T&Fs, ensuring their continued support of MSF, with a focus on delivering stable and increased income for MSF’s work.

About the role
We are looking to hire a Senior Fundraising Events Coordinator within Restless Development’s UK Fundraising team. The fundraising team’s income has grown year on year and there is huge potential to continue to grow this further and create impact at scale.
The Senior Fundraising Events Coordinator will be primarily working on the Schools Triathlon programme and managing all PR & social media comms, and also supporting on both merchandise and sponsor management. The Schools Triathlon is the UK’s largest fundraising and sporting event for children aged 7-13. Its aim is to encourage more children into sport while also teaching them the importance of fundraising. Over the years, the events have raised over £3.4m for Restless Development and local charities and over 9,000 children have taken part. We are aiming to deliver 15 events in 2026 and significantly expand the series..

Key responsibilities
Deliver and event manage high-quality Schools Triathlon events in 2026 and beyond
- Throughout September to February, present assemblies for the Schools Triathlon to inspire school-age pupils to sign up and take part in the Schools Triathlon series, and motivate them to fundraise by delivering a fun and engaging presentation.
- Develop strong professional relationships with various important stakeholders from host schools throughout the year, in person and online; as well as with participating schools through the delivery of assemblies and in comms prior to the event day.
- Work with our event delivery partners to deliver 15 events throughout April, May and June 2026, ensuring that the event logistics, host school requirements, participant details are finalised and managing host school relations.
- Respond to enquiries from parents and guardians on our dedicated inbox and mobile phone when needed.
- Develop a good working relationship with the Triathlon Committee, made up of Restless Development staff and volunteers, while still keeping the appropriate members informed and bringing in support as and when needed.
- Update on relevant KPIs and income where needed

Schools Triathlon social media & PR
- Lead on all social media activity for the Schools Triathlon across our social media channels

- Lead on being the main contact for all Host School marketing teams, ensuring effective working relationships are in place and maintained to an excellent standard

Systems, Processes & Communications
- Support the wider team with event comms responding in a timely and professional manner.
- Use DotDigital to communicate to schools and event participants
- Competent use of Excel to process data and regularly update internal and external databases.
- Manage the Schools Triathlon website, ensuring that it is up to date and relevant.
- Accurate and timely logging of information into Restless Development’s registration system Eventrac and CRM, Salesforce – executing mass imports, new individual records, and regularly cleaning data.
- Understand and manage fundraising using the digital fundraising platform, JustGiving, ensure all pages set up are logged on our CRM.
Other
- Must attend the Schools Triathlons as needed across April, May and June and other occasional evening and weekend work, for which time off in lieu will be given.

- Many of the schools we have relationships with are not accessible by public transport, so it is vital you have access to a reliable roadworthy vehicle. All travel will be reimbursed in accordance with Restless Development’s travel policy.

The Role
We are looking for an Evaluation & Research Officer to join our Data and Impact team at STEM Learning. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our programmes and projects are evaluated effectively, realistically, and in line with best practice, enabling us to demonstrate impact and continuously improve our offer.
Working closely with programme management colleagues, you will design and implement evaluations, ensuring relevant data is collected, analysed and interpreted. You will produce clear, high-quality outputs for both internal and external audiences, supporting learning, accountability, and impact reporting.
You will also contribute to external evaluations, liaising with external evaluators where required, and help embed evidence-informed practice across the organisation. About the Role
You will develop compelling material that showcases the impact of local programme partners and of the programmes themselves, to target audiences,particularly funders and investors. This will involve combining data and human stories in well-evidenced, impact-focused storytelling.
Your focus will be on written content such as webpages, social media posts and reports, but you will also support the production of other kinds of content (e.g films, photography, events).
As well as developing material for channels, you will also help give tailored communications support to many of the organisations programme partners, building their communications capacity. To do this you will need to track and understand partners’ needs and work with colleague’s and external contractors to ensure support is delivered promptly and to an excellent standard.
About You
We are seeking applicants who can:
- Create compelling written content, employing data and human stories, for professional audiences on a range of channels and platforms – using AI as necessary. This will involve interviewing partner organisations about their work and impact.

- To lead on the development, vision and strategic direction of the Notts Recovery Collective, co-producing this development in collaboration with a Members’ Committee/Steering Group.

The Post
The purpose of the job is to provide face to face support work and guidance to Disabled people within their workplaces. The post holder will provide the necessary support and encouragement to enable them to be successful, which will lead, eventually, to independence. The post holder will also work closely with, and take guidance from, their supervisor within AoD. They will work closely with the employer of the Disabled person to ensure the employer has the skills and confidence to manage and train their intern/employee.

- To work face-to-face with individual Disabled people, under the guidance of their AoD Supervisor, in accordance with their personalised support plans
- To be fully cognitive of the workplace of the Disabled person to identify the requirements of key tasks
- To follow bespoke Support Plans plans which will enable the Disabled person to fulfil their role to meet the requirements of the employer
- To provide weekly feedback to their AoD Supervisor to ensure continued progression, identifying new areas in need of support, and advising on the amendment of support plans accordingly
- Together with their Supervisor, to plan, discuss and implement a timely reduction of support as and when the Disabled individual becomes familiar and competent with their role
- To negotiate note disability-related reasonable adjustments required for individuals and feedback to their AoD Supervisor

About the Project
Our A and E Link Workers help adults access alternative mental health crisis support, including our Nightlight Crisis Service. We focus on providing a calmer, quieter environment away from the hospital when it’s needed.
Service Objectives
The objectives of Hertfordshire Mind Network’s (HMN) A&E Liaison Service are to:
- Improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental health crisis in Hertfordshire.
- Increase timely access to help for people experiencing mental health crisis in Hertfordshire, by providing a clear and effective pathway to services provided by HMN and other third sector and statutory providers.
- Contribute to an improvement in individual mental wellbeing.
- Remain a source of independent support for all clients.
- Provide an alternative pathway to people in distress and crisis to support better outcomes and reduce the demand on statutory crisis services, emergency services and A&E departments.
About the Role:
The Mental Health A&E Link worker will work closely with individuals in a mental health crisis currently in A&E, by using a person-centred approach to ensure that everyone is supported with dignity and respect.
They will encourage and facilitate positive steps towards management of crisis and recovery; through providing emotional support, signposting and completing onward referrals into mental health support. They will work closely with A&E clinical staff, integrated discharge teams, Bounce Back, and mental health liaison teams, to proactively identify referrals into the crisis alternatives service to facilitate timely discharges from A&E.
We offer:
- Annual leave entitlement of 25 days per year pro rata, rising in increments to a max. of 29 days after 5 years employment (plus 8 days Bank Holidays)
