The Hepatitis C Trust (HCT) is the UK patient-led charity for hepatitis C. The arrival of highly effective drugs allows us to cure almost everyone who has access to them. We now have an unprecedented opportunity to eliminate hepatitis C by 2030.
We are looking for a passionate and skilled manager who has excellent communication and organisational skills. Working under the guidance of the Southern Regional Manager, you will oversee a staff team and an expanding network of peer programs across Kent.
Experience of working with disadvantaged groups and an understanding of providing services to vulnerable people is essential, alongside an understanding of how lived experience can support this work.
Your work will involve maintaining and monitoring our existing HCT peer projects across Kent. This will involve providing support and supervision to existing staff, managing operational issues on a day-to-day basis and overseeing the management of local projects.
This post also involves regular liaison with external partners across the region, including key stakeholders and NHS colleagues at the Kent Operational Delivery Network (ODN), alongside drug and alcohol services, hostels, outreach services etc.

Due to an internal promotion, Dementia UK has an exciting opportunity to join the Mass Participation team, where you will help to coordinate a portfolio of virtual events expected to raise over £4.7 million and bring in over 34,000 participants to the charity in the next year.
The virtual events portfolio at Dementia UK consist of a series of month-long challenges that bring our supporters together online across the UK. Participants receive a free incentive to take on a motivating challenge, from clocking up 60 miles in October to walking 1km a day in February, spending the month moving, connecting and fundraising for Dementia UK. As a Mass Participation Executive, you will be responsible for the end to end management of our virtual challenges, delivering marketing plans in collaboration with agency support and stewarding supporters to ensure participation. Using project management tools and a pro-active can-do approach, you will ensure smooth event delivery, continuously analyse, and develop the virtual events portfolio. You will work closely with teams across Fundraising, Data, Marketing & Communications to drive income, collaborate and achieve high levels of engagement across the virtual events portfolio.
We’re looking for someone with previous fundraising experience. A background in areas such as individual giving, community fundraising, or challenge events would bring strong transferable skills to this role. If you have an understanding of effective marketing channels to drive participation in fundraising and effective stewardship techniques, we would love to hear from you.

POST OUTLINE
This is an impactful role working in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Volunteer Manager is responsible for implementing a sustainable volunteer strategy, onboarding journey and programme across the charity. This varied role oversees the promotion of volunteering, internal and external relationship building, all stages of volunteer recruitment, HR checks and onboarding and the coordination of an effective volunteer mandatory training programme. This role is responsible for organising recognition programmes, guiding departments on how to manage and retain volunteers, maximising the use of volunteer resources and ensuring volunteers have a rewarding experience whilst also positively contributing to the organisation objectives to provide vital services to the families of disabled and neurodivergent children. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and inspire a positive culture of volunteering within the organisation.
- Implement the Charities Volunteer Strategy and continually develop the volunteer onboarding journey and programme.
- Liaise with departments to establish volunteer support requirements and create volunteer role descriptions.
- Continually review the recruitment plan and pipeline, analysing existing data to understand patterns, ensuring volunteer diversity.

The Role
At National Voices, our aim is to make what matters to people matter in health and care. Too often, we see decisions made about the design of health and care services which don’t consider the people who use and need those services – especially those with long term conditions and from groups experiencing inequality. While the intentions of decision makers are usually good, they can unwittingly develop services which are difficult to access, stressful to experience and which don’t enable people to live life to its full potential.
We believe that if health and care leaders were better supported to meaningfully involve people living with health conditions, disability, inequality and their carers in decisions about how services are delivered then our NHS and social care services would be more equitable, and person centred.
At National Voices, we believe that this can best be achieved by connecting health and care leaders in health and care to key groups including:
· Leaders within the patient participation movement, who can support and advise health and care leaders on how to share power with people and communities using coaching and quality improvement techniques, and by acting as a critical friend.

We are looking for a Participation Manager who can lead on the design, development and delivery of funded projects that generate insight, support improvement, and enable meaningful participation in health and care decision making. This will include end-to-end responsibility for project design, delivery, reporting and impact.
Projects may include designing and delivering activity such as workshops, coordinating lived experience advisory groups, coordinating coalitions of VCSE organisations, undertaking qualitative research, facilitation and engagement work. The postholder will need sufficient breadth of experience across these areas to confidently design and steer programmes, while drawing on colleagues, partners and associates for specialist input where needed.
You will be responsible for overall programme management - ensuring projects are well planned, appropriately resourced, and delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. This includes managing risks, reporting requirements and funder relationships.
Projects may also include co-ordinating the delivery of Voices for Improvement coaching relationships and workshops on meaningful participation. We are open to a Participation Manager who has skills and experience around coaching theory and practice, however, we can also bring in external Associates with this subject matter expertise where needed to guide and supervise the coaching elements of the process.
You will also play an active role in identifying and developing new funding and partnership opportunities, contributing to the growth of National Voices’ portfolio of externally funded work.
Finally, where needed, you will also work collaboratively with another Participation Manager who leads National Voices’ Lived Experience Partner programme, membership scheme and partnership programme. You will contribute to these areas where required, particularly where they intersect with funded projects, but they will not be the primary focus of this role.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of funded participation projects
Lead the end-to-end design, delivery and management of funded programmes and projects that generate insight, support improvement and drive meaningful participation in health and care, including:
· Lead on shaping, securing and delivering funded projects from proposal stage through to completion, ensuring clear outcomes and impact
· Design and oversee programmes that may include research, engagement and participatory activity, such as qualitative and quantitative research, stakeholder engagement and participation work
· Convene and coordinate a range of delivery approaches including advisory groups, workshops, events, VCSE engagement and system partner collaboration
· Ensure delivery is well planned, resourced and managed, including oversight of budgets, timelines, risks and funder reporting

Our approach to hybrid working
We recognise the importance of coming together regularly, in-person, as a team, so we can share learnings and spend social time with each other. We also recognise that people need flexibility, and that homeworking enables focused work and can fit well in people’s lives.
We ask all staff to take part in pre-arranged team meetings which take place every six weeks in our office space. Main Purpose of the Post

About the Role

We are recruiting an IPS Operations Manager to support the delivery and development of our IPS services across London. The postholder will manage two IPS service sites from the following areas: Tower Hamlets, Newham, Barking and Dagenham, and Enfield. What you’ll be doing
If you were working with us, you would provide operational leadership across two of our IPS services. These sites will be agreed with you based on service needs, your experience and working arrangements.
You would support Team Leads and frontline teams to deliver high-quality IPS services that are client-led, evidence-based and aligned with contractual outcomes. You would help ensure services run smoothly day to day, while also supporting service development, quality improvement and strong performance.
You would:
- Provide leadership oversight across two IPS service sites, supporting Team Leads with operational delivery, planning and problem solving.
- Ensure services meet contractual outcomes, delivery timeframes and quality standards.
- Support Team Leads to manage performance, caseloads, attendance, safeguarding, risk and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS partners, funders, community organisations and other key stakeholders.
- Lead on IPS fidelity across the services, supporting teams to deliver high-fidelity IPS and develop quality improvement plans.
- Use data, audits, client feedback and service reviews to identify what is working well and where improvements are needed.

- Support budget holders and work with the Finance Manager to ensure budgets are managed effectively.

UWC International is the operational arm of UWC, a UK-registered and Germany-registered charity at the heart of the global UWC movement. Based in London and Berlin, our team works closely with stakeholders across the UWC network and supports a global alumni community of over 85,000 changemakers.
Our work includes global fundraising, communications, promotion and support for the network of more than 150 UWC national committees. We also lead on global strategy and provide key services to UWC schools and colleges.

- Hybrid working - we operate hybrid working arrangements, with at least 20% of the week in the office and up to 80% working from home.

As we enter an exciting new chapter in our history, we are looking for an exceptional Site Manager – Learning Disabilities to help lead one of our services.
Public Practice is a small social enterprise that works with the public sector to build capacity and develop placemaking capabilities. As our Recruitment Manager, you will support the delivery of our recruitment activity across various strands of work. The role is split into four key areas of work:
- Use your people and communication skills to build meaningful relationships with prospective clients throughout their journey;
- Use your organisational skills to manage our candidate recruitment, assessment and selection processes, and support occasional event management;
- Use your attention-to-detail to see through matching successful candidates with our placement opportunities to a high and consistent standard; and
- Use your technical confidence and data management skills to support the development and embedding of AI across processes within our recruitment work.
You’ll be managed by the Head of Recruitment and will also work closely with the Programmes team to ensure alignment across recruitment, delivery, and organisational priorities. You will regularly meet with and collaborate with colleagues from across the company.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Head of Recruitment, you will deliver the below responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Relationship Management (25%)
Respond to prospective clients at various stages of the sales journey, and progress them through our matching process. - Business Development Support & Collaboration (15%)
Support broader proactive business development activities and cross-team collaboration. - Recruitment and Assessment Management (10%)
Support the delivery of our bi-annual online assessment process for the Associate Programme. From the initial online application and assessments through to their entry into the candidate pool. - Candidate Communications & Engagement (15%)
Manage communication with our candidate pool, ensuring candidates are informed, engaged and have a positive experience. - AI & Continuous Improvement (20%)
Ensure systems and digital tools are used effectively to manage relationships, track activity and support reporting. You will proactively design AI into our workflows and process with the Head of Recruitment. - Reporting & Performance Support (5%)
Support the Head of Recruitment with reporting, forecasting and improving outreach effectiveness.
The other 10% of your time will be covered by central business activities, such as planning, team meetings and professional learning and development.
Each team member is given individual quarterly objectives that they are responsible for delivering and reports on these during our weekly team meeting. Your line manager will work with you on setting and achieving these objectives and provide regular one-to-ones to ensure you have what you need to be successful in the role.
