About the role:

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our small, friendly and dedicated team to lead ILPA’s content and communications work. The successful candidate will be working collaboratively across the organisation to deliver a high-quality service to our passionate and committed members, and producing and disseminating ILPA’s internal and external communications through all available channels. This position would suit a self-motivated individual who is committed to our charitable objectives, and wants to help further them by: developing and executing our content and communications strategy; managing and improving our website; editing our weekly update to members; maintaining our crucial online archive of updates, documents, and data; and developing and executing our media strategy.

Content

• Manage co-ordination and production of weekly ILPA Members’ update email
• Liaise with the Editorial Advisory Board and legal policy team to commission blogs and content
• Edit material in line with guidelines, arranging for peer reviews where necessary, ensuring that all material is accurate, appropriate, brand consistent and suitable for publication; uploading content to the ILPA website through the CMS
• Manage production of the Annual Report
• Liaise with Bloomsbury, ILPA’s publisher, to ensure that the ILPA journal content is disseminated as widely as possible
• Track impact and success of content through relevant analytics to inform content strategy
• Track and monitor publications aimed at immigration practitioners to inform content strategy
• Work with colleagues and members to develop a content strategy that best supports members’ information needs

Communications

• Manage the ILPA website (including the members-only area), editing and uploading new information and resources, and maintaining the online archive
• Liaise with ILPA’s external website support team to ensure developments are undertaken efficiently 
• Manage ILPA’s social media channels (currently LinkedIn and BlueSky) 
• Respond to journalists’ enquiries, including arranging for media quotes and interviews, in collaboration with the Chief Executive and the Director of Policy and Advocacy
• Together with the Chief Executive and the Director of Policy and Advocacy, develop and implement ILPA’s external communications strategy
• Work with the Chief Executive to upgrade the ILPA website to improve user experience

• Experience of content commissioning and editorial management
• Experience of developing content strategies, including producing content with a user-centric focus (i.e. experience producing user data, conducting user research and translating it into useful content) 
• Excellent digital publishing skills (including CMS management and UX design) 
• Excellent attention to detail, including proven copy-editing and proofreading skills, and ability to communicate complex legal and technical information orally and in writing

The Refugee Employment Network (REN) is the UK's national network dedicated exclusively to refugee employment. We bring together employers, charities, local authorities, government and refugee-led organisations to improve employment outcomes and create a more inclusive labour market.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Lead to lead the implementation, rollout and continuous improvement of the Refugee Employment Marketplace and wider digital systems across the Refugee Employment Network.

The Refugee Employment Marketplace is a digital platform connecting displaced people in the UK with jobs, employers and employment support.

Working closely with developers, partners and users, you will help ensure the Marketplace is successfully implemented, accessible, adopted and scaled across Wales and the wider REN network. We're looking for someone who enjoys turning ideas into practical solutions, building partnerships and using digital to create social impact.

Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Product Development & Delivery

· Lead the implementation, customisation and continuous improvement of the Refugee Employment Marketplace to meet REN’s organisational goals and user needs.

· Work with external platform providers and developers to coordinate product delivery, customisation, timelines and ongoing improvements.

· Build and maintain project plans, documentation and delivery processes to support successful implementation and rollout.

· Coordinate platform testing, user feedback and troubleshooting to improve functionality, accessibility and user experience.

· Support the integration of REN’s wider digital systems, including website and CRM.

2. Co-design & Partnerships

· Convene and coordinate REN’s Digital Advisory Group to inform the design and continuous improvement of the Refugee Employment Marketplace.

· Facilitate focus groups, user testing and feedback sessions with refugees, employers, charities, local authorities and employment advisers to improve platform design, accessibility and user experience.

· Ensure experts by experience are meaningfully involved in shaping and testing the platform.

3. Platform Rollout, Training & User Support

· Lead the rollout and adoption of the Refugee Employment Marketplace across Wales and the wider REN network.

· Develop onboarding processes, training and guidance materials  to support effective use of the platform.

· Act as the first point of contact for user support, including account setup, login support, troubleshooting and user journey guidance.

4. CRM, Website & Digital Infrastructure Management

· Lead the scoping, procurement and implementation of a new CRM system

· Oversee the integration and continuous improvement of REN’s website and wider digital systems to ensure they are integrated and accessible.

· Lead on data protection, GDPR compliance and digital security across REN’s digital platforms and systems.

· Maintain accurate, secure and effective data management practices, including user records, permissions and data quality.

This role will join an ambitious programme developing the capacity of the Libraries Connected public library networks. We want to help them evolve as strategic partnerships able to deliver social impacts at scale and to secure resources and investment from national, regional and sub-regional government. Be key to the development of libraries as essential social infrastructure, and help them secure the resources they need to make an impact. 

The role is part of a small team of two Regional Managers, supported by an Administrator. 

By developing our existing regional networks into formal, resourced structures we can enable the regions to: 

• Secure investment for the service and for the libraries from regional and devolved / combined authority funds.
• Create unique regional offers to meet specific needs across and within the regional areas.
• Deliver at scale. For example, the Yorkshire & Humber regional network has 15 library services, and 348 library buildings. 
• Create opportunities for cost saving – through joint procurement and shared / collaborative services. 
• Share good practice and experience on a formal and integrated basis. 

We have 9 regional networks in England, covering all library services and ranging in size from 9 to 33 services. Within each region they provide hundreds of library branches, thousands of staff, and serve millions of service users.  They have a long tradition of working together as peer support networks and to deliver activities such as festivals, marketing, and staff training.

The role

Foxglove is seeking a Digital Campaigner to deliver our digital campaigning, our digital communications, our social media and our website. This role would sit within our advocacy and communications team, which works towards stronger accountability for Big Tech, and an end to states’ misuse of algorithms and AI. 

We want people in power to put an end to tech abuses that negatively impact our lives. But we’re up against an army of Big Tech lobbyists, working to shield their industry – and its vast profits – from any form of restraint. That’s why we need to ensure that the public, and our representatives in government and politics, are armed with the facts and knowledge they need to stand up to Big Tech billionaires.

We’re looking for someone with significant experience in digital campaigning. The Digital Campaigner will not only identify these areas but act to implement the strategy they help devise – taking a hands-on and energetic approach. 

As part of a small and flexible team, you will also be expected to contribute to our wider areas of work as needed, across communications, advocacy and supporter campaigns.

Digital campaigns

• Develop and lead digital campaign strategies that support Foxglove’s litigation and advocacy work, translating our cases and work into compelling public-facing campaigns.
• Design and deliver end-to-end digital campaign activations – including email campaigns, petitions, actions, donation drives and supporter journeys – using Foxglove’s CRM and campaign tools.
• Identify campaign moments and news hooks and move quickly to mobilise supporters and generate public pressure at critical points in Foxglove’s cases.

The Community of St Paulinus (CsP) is a pioneering community focused on resourcing sacramental church planting, forming disciples and strengthening partnerships across the Diocese.

As CsP prepares for its public launch, we are seeking an outstanding Digital Content Creator & Designer to establish its digital presence from the ground up. Working from a new visual identity and communications approach currently being developed by an external creative agency, the successful candidate will implement that vision through engaging storytelling, photography, video, graphic design and social media.

Alongside supporting the launch of CsP, the role will provide creative support to partner churches across the Diocese, helping communicate stories of renewal, refresh websites, establish digital platforms, including social media, and support new worshipping communities through high-quality communications and design.

Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. But in Scotland there are places where urgent medical help cannot reach people. Or help gets there too late. And when lives are at risk every minute matters. The Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Data Management Officer to join the charity’s Data and Insights Function. You will be joining the charity at a time of significant opportunity as we continue to strengthen our approach to data, insight and supporter engagement.

The Data Management Officer will mainly be responsible for managing and developing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and supporter data. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM and data professional who enjoys hands-on responsibility for systems, process improvement and data management, and enabling colleagues to deliver exceptional fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement activity. Working closely with teams across the charity, you will ensure our CRM remains effective, compliant and fit for purpose while helping us better understand and engage our supporters. Your work will directly contribute to our ability to raise funds and support our life-saving mission.

This role can be offered on a fully remote basis, with the option to work from Perth Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located or our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport, if preferred.
