About the Role
We are looking for a Faculties Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Faculties Development Manager you will support the governance, projects and activities behind our six fantastic Faculties. You will work alongside world leading surgeons and healthcare professionals from across the UK and beyond, helping to advance education, raise professional standards and improve patient care.
No two days are the same. You will coordinate committee activity, support Faculty projects and events and brief our volunteers. You will build strong relationships with our inspiring volunteers and members and work collaboratively with colleagues from across the College to deliver an exceptional experience.
This role offers genuine opportunities for professional development. You'll gain experience in governance, project delivery, stakeholder engagement and service improvement, while developing the skills and confidence to progress within the Faculties team. The role forms part of our development pathway towards a Faculties Development Lead position.

You will manage a varied caseload and work closely with partner agencies, including the police, housing providers, social services, health professionals and the criminal and civil justice systems. We are looking for someone with at least two years’ experience of providing high-level domestic abuse support, strong risk assessment and crisis-management skills, and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach. You should hold a recognised IDVA qualification or be willing to work towards one. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

About The Role
We are currently recruiting for two Practice Lead positions. One role will support Local House Projects (LHPs) in the North, while the location and focus of the second role is still to be confirmed.
As a Practice Lead, you will have primary responsibility for supporting a group of LHPs, while also contributing to wider areas of our work. You will work alongside staff within LHPs to create environments where young people are supported to make a positive transition into adulthood.

The initiative, co-designed with young people, began by asking, "What makes a house a home?” Local House Projects in England and Scotland help care leavers transition into permanent tenancies, fostering a supportive community. The charity has helped over 780 young people successfully move into their own homes, with no evictions or tenancy breakdowns, ensuring a secure start for their futures.

Since 1854, Embrace has been serving some of the most marginalised and excluded communities (of all faiths and none) in the Middle East. We support, enable and partner with Christians in the Middle East as they work to transform lives and restore dignity through education, healthcare and community development programmes. Without our staff, this important work simply would not be possible.
We are looking for an Advocacy & Campaigns Officer and Just Peace Coalition Coordinator to help deliver effective advocacy and campaigning, amplify the voices of Christian partners in the Middle East, and mobilise churches, supporters and decision-makers to create positive change.
Role Overview:
Working within the Programmes, Partnerships & Advocacy team and reporting to the Advocacy & Campaigns Manager, you will support research, campaign delivery, communications, church engagement and stakeholder relationships. Around three days per week will support Embrace advocacy and church engagement, with two days coordinating the Just Peace Coalition and it’s Time to Act campaign. You will be organised, collaborative and able to communicate complex issues clearly and sensitively.

Location: High Wycombe/Hybrid (minimum one day a month in the office, plus extra as required).
Contract: Fixed term for 2 years.
