Purpose of the Role
An opportunity has arisen for an energetic and skilled individual to lead the Mind in Bexley Carers Service. The Carers Service supports those looking after, or affected by, an adult relative or friend’s mental health, alcohol, or substance use challenges.
The postholder will provide both strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the effective delivery of the service in collaboration with key partners, including the London Borough of Bexley, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, and other relevant stakeholders.
The role is responsible for ensuring that carers receive high-quality, person-centred support, enabling them to lead fulfilling and valued lives, actively participate in their communities, and develop their abilities to their fullest potential.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Service Delivery and Development
· Develop, coordinate, and maintain a flexible, responsive, and high-quality service to support carers.
· Carry a client caseload.
· Provide individuals with clear information and guidance, enabling them to explore innovative and creative approaches to meeting their needs and achieving desired outcomes.
· Develop and deliver groups, workshops and courses for carers.
· Ensure carers are involved in development of the service and have opportunity to give feedback on the service.
· Ensure that all services are delivered in line with organisational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Leadership and Management
· Provide effective leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance management to staff, volunteers, and students on placement.
· Promote a positive, collaborative working culture that supports high performance and continuous improvement.
· Assist in the organisation and facilitation of team meetings, promoting open communication and a cohesive team environment.
Partnership Working and Collaboration
· Work collaboratively with colleagues, partner agencies, and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and the achievement of agreed objectives.
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with local and regional carers’ forums, ensuring innovative approaches to supporting families and carers are explored and implemented.
· Contribute to inter-agency working by maintaining high standards of communication and participating in relevant forums.
Advocacy and Engagement
· Advocate for the needs of carers, ensuring their voices are reflected in care planning processes across mental health and social care services.
· Promote the importance of carer involvement, in line with The Carers Trust “Triangle of Care” best practice guidance.
Quality and Performance Management
· Take overall accountability for the quality, performance, and continuous improvement of the service.
· Ensure monitoring data and information is collected and submitted on time.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements.
· Monitor and evaluate service outcomes to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for development.

The Role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Project Development Co‑ordinator in the London area. You will deliver NEA’s work programme across the region, leading stakeholder engagement, community outreach and direct support to low‑income and vulnerable households. Travel within London and occasionally beyond will be required.
This role offers the opportunity to: • Lead and deliver impactful projects during a critical time for household energy needs • Build partnerships with local authorities, housing providers and community organisations • Provide one‑to‑one energy and fuel debt advice • Deliver group awareness sessions and upskilling activities • Oversee project outputs, outcomes and reporting • Support development of new programmes, including funding proposals and presentations

What you will need to succeed
You will bring: • Experience developing and/or managing projects in energy efficiency, community development, housing, social policy or related fields • Understanding of the environmental, social and economic challenges facing deprived communities • Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and produce high‑quality reports • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with vulnerable or disadvantaged households • Commitment to making a positive difference • Knowledge of domestic energy efficiency (desirable)
This is a hybrid role based at NEA’s London office, with some national travel. Home working is subject to H&S and GDPR checks. Post holders must be resident in the UK and able to provide Right to Work documentation. A Standard DBS check is required.

What you’ll do
You will take ownership of specialist provision partnerships following onboarding, leading renewals, long-term engagement, and helping partners maximise the value of Unifrog.

Identify how specialist provisions can benefit from wider Unifrog developments, including primary resources and future tools.

Act as the voice of specialist provision within Unifrog, championing the needs of these partners and working with Product, Marketing, Content, and other teams to ensure they are reflected in future developments.

The Head of Corporate Partnerships (Maternity Cover) will work alongside the Strategic Director of Fundraising and Development to lead and further develop the strategic plan for corporate fundraising at the Playhouse. The Head of Corporate Partnerships (Maternity Cover) will be part of a small team and receive some admin support from the Development Administrator.
Corporate sector fundraising includes planning, developing and managing campaigns to meet agreed income targets for income from businesses, managing and delivering agreed benefits, and maintaining key Playhouse partnerships with the corporate sector.
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract of 35 hours per week for around 12 months, depending on available start date. Working pattern will vary with some flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required. Pay for this role is £30,600 per year. The Communications & Marketing team is responsible for increasing the profile and standing of SAT-7 across the UK, reaching more Christians, church, press, media, political and voluntary networks, by communicating relevant news and current affairs from the MENA region and its Church, producing high-quality creative print publications and resources, plus digital media and marketing content that demonstrates the life-changing impact of SAT-7, and deepens understanding, engagement, giving, and prayer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design resources and digital content ensuring consistent messaging, branding, tone of voice and content conforms to the security and guidelines
- Create digital assets for social media, website, email and SAT-7 UK app
- Support the Senior Editor in designing assets for key publications and prayer campaigns, that will raise awareness of SAT-7’s work and be used to expand SAT-7’s support base
- Assist with the design of general resources and materials for the wider work of SAT-7 UK, such as fundraising appeals and reports (print and digital), materials for Ambassadors, churches and events (e.g. newsletters, PowerPoints, posters, flyers and banners)
- Triage and fulfil requests from other teams in the Communications Request Planner
- Create and update web content designs and landing pages, to drive engagement
- Provide design support to the rest of the Communications team, including graphics for use across different platforms
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure consistent messaging, branding and tone of voice and that content conforms to SAT-7 security, communication and style guides for a range of different audiences
- Support digital events with promotional content
- Liaise with SAT-7 staff from other offices to share ideas and resources as directed
- To assist the Communications & Marketing Manager and other colleagues as required
- Operate at all times within relevant statutory requirements and guidelines, following best practice recommendations wherever possible, and especially ensure compliance with the Fundraising Regulator Code and GDPR legislation
ABOUT YOU
Essential Skills and Abilities Required
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and technical skills
- Previous experience in a similar position is required, or experience in creating engaging and impactful content
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Computer literacy (e.g. MS Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, prioritise and work to deadlines
- Thorough attention to detail in all designs produced
Desirable Skills and Abilities

The Role
You’ll work closely with foster carers and social work colleagues to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support and improve outcomes for children and young people.

We’re looking for a skilled digital communicator who understands what works online and can turn ideas into clear, compelling content across social, web and email. You’ll work closely with the Communications and Advocacy Manager as part of our Policy, External Affairs and Research (PEAR) team. Role Overview
As the Mid & Major Donor Manager, you will develop and deliver strategies that inspire individuals to invest in the mission of 24-7 Prayer through four and five-figure gifts. You will manage a portfolio of mid and major donors and prospects, leading cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activity that helps supporters deepen their partnership with the movement. Through thoughtful relationship management, you'll create personalised opportunities for donors to engage with the stories, people and projects that matter most to them.
