The Role:

As a proactive and innovative Project Manager for Professional Development, you will support our CPD team. This new role is pivotal in ensuring effective systems management and record keeping, stakeholder engagement and relationships across various educational projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the management of a large, growing and innovative Schools CPD programme, in person and online
• Manage administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, and reporting for CPD programmes
• Using tools such as Canva, Microsoft Office suite, MailChimp and WordPress to create and disseminate high-quality educational resources and communications in line with HEP brand guidelines
• Produce content to market and sell our professional development programme to schools in and beyond our membership
• Support all customers, members and non-members, to access the HEP offer
• Develop and nurture strong stakeholder relationships with schools, educators, CPD trainers, local authorities and other partners
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational innovation, policies, regulations and political landscape affecting schools and the education sector to inform the next steps for CPD
• Collaborate closely with the wider HEP team to deliver strategic goals of HEP

Summary of job:

To provide professional management, supervision and operational oversight for intermediary services, supporting a team of PAYE and sessional Intermediaries and Researchers. The role includes service development, quality assurance, safeguarding oversight and contributing to the strategic growth and external representation of PAC-UK’s services for adopted people, birth families and their descendants.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

1. Management and Supervision

• Provide individual and group supervision to Intermediaries and Researchers, ensuring compliance with adoption legislation, policy and best practice.

4. Stakeholder Engagement and Representation

• Liaise with internal managers, external professionals and referrers regarding cases and service delivery.
• Represent PAC-UK at external meetings, including commissioner meetings and contribute to reporting requirements.
• Work collaboratively with other staff across PAC-UK and the wider organisation.

5. Staffing and Development

• Support recruitment, induction and ongoing development of staff and sessional workers.
• Deliver or facilitate training for parents and professionals.
• Quality assure and support team members delivering training.

6. Marketing and Service Promotion

• Take a proactive role in promoting the service, including contributing to marketing and online content where appropriate.

7. General Responsibilities

• Attend supervision with line manager and relevant internal meetings.

This role sits at the heart of Medical Justice, ensuring the organisation runs smoothly and effectively. You will play a key role in connecting people, systems, and processes, enabling us to respond efficiently and compassionately. You will be the first point of contact for anyone calling Medical Justice, providing welcome and support to clients, their family members and volunteers. You will support the coordination of clinician visits, manage essential organisational systems, and contribute to the accurate recording and reporting of our work.

Your contribution will help ensure our clinical evidence, advocacy, and casework can achieve meaningful and lasting change.

About Medical Justice:

Medical Justice works to uphold the health and associated legal rights of people in immigration detention and provides medical evidence, so the devastating health harms of detention are understood and acted on. Our paid and volunteer clinicians visit people held in immigration detention, document scars of torture, assess deterioration in health, and challenge medical mistreatment. Job Description & Person Specification 

Purpose of This Role: 

This key support role will work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure NASP’s data and key systems, including our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), dashboards and databases, are effective, accurate, and useful. This includes improving data capture, enabling consistent reporting, and ensuring that quality data can be used to support organisational priorities.

The role will support colleagues to use systems confidently and understand data requirements, providing analytic solutions that meet the needs of the organisation, and identifying where practices and systems can be improved.

The role will sit within the wider Operations team who oversee the core business and operational functions of NASP, including Finance, HR, Governance, Project Support, Administration, and Logistics. As a member of this team, the role will provide general administrative support to NASP programmes, liaising with our CRM support provider (Chorus) and IT provider (Logicata) to act as an essential bridge between internal colleagues and these external technical experts.

As NASP continues to develop its membership and training offers, the Data and Systems Officer will support the growth of this work, ensuring that systems and data flows are aligned, and leading on the technical management of data within these systems. The role will also support teams with reporting and evaluation, making effective use of NASP’s data. 

This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual with excellent data management, administrative, and technical skills (particularly working with CRMs) to support across the range of NASP’s programmes and projects, as well as development of new systems and processes. 

Person Specification:

• Knowledge of the VCFSE sector and/or Social Prescribing 

• Good working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including technical skills)

Responsibilities: 

CRM and Systems Management  

• Ensure colleagues across the organisation are effectively using the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics); as well as other key data systems, supporting with staff training and guidance, providing advice and support where needed to ensure the team feels positive and confident using them in their day-to-day work.

• Undertake regular reviews & audits of data stored on the CRM to amend errors (e.g. duplicate records), and identify gaps or areas of concern, ensuring a smooth user experience. 

• Work closely with our CRM support provider (Chorus) to manage any support requests and technical errors, undertaking any updates, fixes and developments to the system where required. 

• Proactively identify any CRM and wider system processes that can be improved or developed, working with NASP colleagues to ensure the CRM is being effectively integrated into their work. 

• Working with the Strategic Project Manager, undertake regular contract reviews with our CRM provider to ensure value for money and quality of service.

Data Management 
 

• Oversee NASP’s Data inbox, responding to enquiries and escalating concerns or risks. 

• Working with Director of Operations to proactively support NASP to meet data compliance; to identify any data risks and to mitigate these, including gaps in data capture or poor system use. 

• Present data through reports and produce insights to support NASP’s evidence, evaluation and reporting needs (e.g. for grant funders, programme evaluation or trustee board reports). 

• Work with NASP colleagues to improve how data is used in their work, building good data habits across the organisation. 

• Identify and address common issues in how documents and information are managed across the organisation, ensuring standards are maintained consistently across NASP.

 Systems Integration  

• Work with colleagues to support the ongoing development of NASP’s Membership & Training offers, by ensuring the data and systems that support this work are effective. 

• Support colleagues with effective data use to track the engagement, activity and growth of key networks and communities. 

• Provide administrative support to establish and develop any new systems, working with colleagues and external providers as needed, ensuring that data flows between existing systems are aligned.

The Berkshire and Hampshire Borders (BHB) Methodist Circuit is a network of twenty-five churches across western Berkshire and northern Hampshire, united by a vision to proclaim God's love as a justice-seeking community. As Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone supporting our work. Working with the Leadership Team, you'll coordinate the operational infrastructure that keeps twenty-five autonomous churches running — from property and finance to safeguarding and compliance — empowering churches and outreach staff to deliver high-quality support to church members and vulnerable people.

The Role
You'll provide operational guidance and support to the Circuit Leadership Team and Circuit Meeting (Trustees), attending meetings and preparing reports on governance matters. You'll manage the Circuit Finance Officer, ensuring sound accounting practices, financial controls, and reporting. This Job Is For You If…
You have experience in an operational, administrative, or management role coordinating processes, policies, and systems. You've supported multiple stakeholders — staff, volunteers, or committees and have familiarity with safeguarding, health and safety, or compliance. You're organised, an excellent communicator, and can work with sensitivity within a faith-based organisation. At the National Garden Scheme a central office with a team of 13 is the hub for a wide range of activity involving hundreds of volunteers, thousands of garden owners and a large audience of beneficiary charities, suppliers, supporters and partners, as well as members of the public who want to visit gardens and engage with the charity.

The Head of Operations leads and manages County Support, a team of four who deliver the resources, information and support needed by our volunteer county organising teams who support the garden owners. The Head of Operations is key in ensuring that the volunteers feel valued and supported. 

The right candidate will have experience of database management, ideally Microsoft Dynamics, so that they can update, interrogate and maintain our database and online portal through which garden owners register and manage their garden data. This role is dedicated to building lived experience participation at Independent Age.  We want to deliver more opportunities for a greater variety of people with lived experience of financial hardship in later life to shape our work in meaningful ways.  

The role will be responsible for developing a lived experience participation network ensuring that our existing and growing work in this area can be delivered smoothly, ethically and in line with best practice and making sure that the voices of those most at risk of financial hardship can be heard. The role will champion and encourage participatory practice across the organisation, developing the long term lived experience strategy and supporting the organisation to learn and grow in this area. 

You should have strong experience of designing, running and supporting participatory activity, particularly with those with lived experience of a pressing social issue.  You will be passionate about making change for those with experience of financial hardship in later life and bring an understanding of what barriers there might be to taking part and how to overcome them.   Exceptional organisational skills are a must, along with great communication and the ability to build relationships with a broad range of people.
