This role provides leadership to three Partnerships and Placements Managers (PPMs), with responsibility for sustaining and securing strong partnerships with local authorities (LAs) and children’s trusts across their region.

The postholder will have strategic ownership of sales activity against recruitment targets across several programmes, with scope for future growth and expansion of business development activity as the organisation evolves. 

Specifically, the role will have overall ownership for the achievement of partnerships targets in their area for the Approach Social Work programme, to develop and support 600+ Fellows (alumni) annually. This is directly linked to achieving Frontline’s organisational objective of having 4,000 impactful Fellows by 2025, who will create social change for children without a safe or stable home.

Working closely with Principal Practice Tutor colleagues, the role will manage and escalate partnership risk within local authorities, ensuring timely resolution and strong ongoing relationships.

The role will also support the Head of Partnerships and Placements in:

• Cultivating a high-performing, positive culture within the partnerships and placements team
• Creating more meaningful relationships and networks with LAs
• Advancing our charitable aims around diversity and inclusion, leadership and innovation – therefore supporting better outcomes for children and families.

The governance and policy manager is a senior strategic and operational role responsible for leading, coordinating, and strengthening all governance-related functions across World Physiotherapy. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role ensures the organisation consistently meets the highest standards of governance, compliance, transparency, and accountability, in line with its global mission and constitutional framework.

The postholder serves as a key advisor to the CEO, board, and leadership structures, ensuring governance systems are robust, efficient, and appropriate for an international membership organisation. The role works closely with member organisations (MOs), regions, and speciality groups to enhance governance practices, ensure policy alignment, and support coherent decision-making across the global network.

The role also contributes to organisational direction by actively participating in the development and implementation of the World Physiotherapy strategic plan and supporting alignment with regional and other strategic plans.

1. Governance leadership and oversight

• Lead, coordinate, and oversee all governance functions and activities across World Physiotherapy.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with the constitution, bylaws, policies, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Regularly review and update governance frameworks, systems, and processes to align with international best practices.
• Provide authoritative advice and interpretation on governance matters to the CEO, board, and leadership structures.
• Develop and implement governance improvement initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness and accountability.
• Work collaboratively with the World Physiotherapy development and membership divisions to ensure organisational cohesion and effective delivery of the global mission.

2. Board and executive support

• Support and coordinate the development of high-quality board papers, briefings, and decision-support materials.
• Support the full lifecycle of board meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, logistics, and action tracking.
• Ensure timely circulation of clear, accurate, and structured information to support informed decision-making.
• Maintain and manage official governance records, including minutes, resolutions, and statutory documentation.
• Monitor follow-up actions and ensure implementation of board decisions.

3. General meeting (GM) management

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver all World Physiotherapy global and regional general meetings in accordance with constitutional requirements.
• Develop and manage timelines for GM preparation, including submission, review, and distribution of papers.
• Oversee the drafting and quality assurance of reports, motions, and official documentation.
• Ensure accurate recording of proceedings, decisions, and outcomes.
• Verify compliance with all procedural and constitutional requirements for general meetings.

4. Regional elections coordination

• Plan and oversee regional election processes, ensuring alignment with organisational rules, timelines, and standards.
• Develop and implement clear election procedures and guidance for regions in line with the constitution.
• Ensure elections are conducted transparently, fairly, and consistently across all regions.
• Provide advisory support to regional executive committees on governance and election matters.
• Maintain comprehensive records of election processes, results, and compliance.

5. Policy development and management

• Lead the drafting, review, and implementation of governance and organisational policies.
• Ensure policies are consistent, up to date, and aligned with strategic priorities and international standards.
• Provide expert policy advice and interpretation to the CEO, board, MOs, regions, and speciality groups.
• Establish and maintain systems to monitor policy implementation, compliance, and effectiveness.

Person specification

Education and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, public administration, governance, business administration, international relations, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification (eg master’s degree) in governance, public policy, law, MBA, or related discipline (desirable).
• Professional certification in governance, compliance, or company secretariat (eg Chartered Governance Institute or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in governance or non-profit management.

About the role:

ILPA is a charity and professional membership body working to improve immigration, asylum and nationality law. Our training programme is a core part of our work and one of our largest income streams. We deliver over 60 courses and conferences a year to an average of 2,000 practitioners across the UK, supporting lawyers, caseworkers, advisers and organisations working with migrants. 

The Training Manager will not directly teach any training content but will run this programme end to end, ensuring all trainings and events are delivered professionally, to a high standard. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organisational skills, confidence with digital platforms and the ability to work with experienced external tutors. The post holder will shape the training calendar with support from the Training Advisory Board and maintain ILPA’s reputation for high-quality, practitioner-led training.

About the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association

The Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) is a charity and a professional association the majority of whose members are barristers, solicitors, advocates and IAA (previously OISC) regulated advisers practising in all aspects of immigration, asylum and nationality law. As the Hospice develops our community engagement and supporter base, we are looking for an ambitious Supporter Development Manager to help build sustainable income and partnership relationships to support the Hospice into the future.

This is a key role within the Income Generation team.  You will take ownership of a defined geographical area across South Warwickshire and become the Hospice’s visible ambassador, focused on building sustainable support pipelines across communities, businesses and individuals.  You will work closely with colleagues across the Income Generation team, including retail, to support events, campaigns and supporter engagement to maximise opportunities and build joined-up supporter journeys.

Key Responsibilities

1. Capital Fundraising Leadership

• Secure new corporate partnerships including strategic, multi-year, and employee engagement partnerships.

4. Strategy & Collaboration

The Finance Director is responsible for all aspects of the group's finances (National Federation of Music Societies, trading as Making Music and its trading subsidiary), to ensure accurate and complete recording of all financial transactions, adherence to internal controls and procedures, and timely and effective analysis and reporting to the Chief Executive, Senior Management Team and other budget holders, the Finance & Compliance Committee and the Board of Trustees.

The Finance Director post is an integral part of the charity's senior management team, working closely with the Chief Executive, the Deputy CEO Advocacy and Lobbying and the Marketing Director, setting the strategic direction of the organisation and ensuring it has the financial systems and resources to implement its strategy.

We are looking for a pragmatic, collaborative AI professional to join us as our AI Programme Manager at The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR). The clinical adoption of AI is becoming a central issue in medicine, and our specialities of radiology and oncology are at the forefront of this development. The RCR has a vital role to play in navigating the safe and effective implementation of this technology. This post is central to shaping the RCR’s position on AI, drawing on the expertise and insight of our members and fellows to ensure we remain leaders in this area. 

We are looking for an experienced programme manager to continue to drive the AI agenda, overseeing multiple programmes and collaborating effectively with multi-disciplinary stakeholder groups across the RCR and beyond. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and equally comfortable with strategic oversight and the finer detail of this complex, technical area. You do not need to be an AI specialist, but a strong interest in the subject and a working knowledge of NHS systems will be an advantage.

This role sits within our External Affairs team, reflecting the RCR’s commitment to engaging with and representing members and fellows on AI. You will build strong relationships with our data, policy, public affairs and media specialists, working together to strengthen the RCR’s member engagement and influencing work in this area. You will also collaborate with colleagues across the RCR who support the practical implementation of AI — for example, through developing guidance or planning our Global AI Conference. 

The successful candidate will be results-oriented, high-performing and a skilled communicator, with the ability to lead a team of ambitious and innovative professionals.

What you’ll do 

• Work with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver the College’s AI strategy, securing our position as a leading organisation in the healthcare AI space.
• Be the first point of contact for AI, both internally and externally. 
• Represent the College externally in meetings, groups and other forums, including as sole representative where required. 
• Manage AI workstreams in line with the College’s financial, contractual and HR delegation framework, from developing workstream plans to establishing and chairing advisory committees. 
• Identify and develop new AI projects as opportunities arise, building stakeholder buy-in and converting them into funded projects with tangible outcomes for the College. 
• Lead, motivate and support the AI team, fostering a productive and engaged working environment.

We are looking for a successful Philanthropy & Fundraising Manager with a proven track record in face-to-face major donor fundraising, or an individual with outstanding transferable skills and experience of working within the charity sector. The individual must thrive on building trusted relationships and be confident in securing significant philanthropic gifts by successfully securing complex, high-value partnerships over the line.

Purpose
The Philanthropy Manager will create and drive The Hunslet Club’s fundraising strategy by cultivating and securing significant philanthropic support a new capital project to expand opportunities for young people across South Leeds. This role is central to building meaningful, long-term relationships with individual donors, trusts, foundations and partners, translating their passion for youth development into transformational investments that strengthen programmes, increase participation and create sustainable impact. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with confident stewardship, ensuring that funding growth aligns with The Hunslet Club’s mission to help young people achieve their full potential.

Duties and responsibilities

The Philanthropy & Fundraising Manager will work on a full-time basis, or part-time on a pro-rata basis. The primary responsibility of the role is to secure £700,000 and above in philanthropic income over a 18 month period. This will be achieved through identifying, researching and cultivating individual donors, corporate supporters, trusts, foundations and strategic partners, using research tools and publicly available information to build and manage a strong portfolio of prospects, particularly those with an interest in supporting young people and communities.

To be successful, the postholder will develop an excellent understanding of The Hunslet Club, its mission and its inspirational youth and community work, and will help to develop and articulate a compelling case for support. The role will involve achieving a clearly defined set of Key Performance Indicators, providing high-quality stewardship to maximise donor retention, and maintaining, developing and leveraging existing relationships with current supporters. The postholder will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, including Executive/Senior Leadership and Trustees, to ensure effective involvement in fundraising activity where appropriate.

Hours of Work

17.5 hours per week. Term time only.

Hybrid working - one day a week in hospital and home based.

Annual leave entitlement:

5 weeks a year plus one day for each additional year served up to a maximum of 6 weeks (pro rata for part-time employees) As this is a term time contract, annual leave is taken outside of term time. The annual leave entitlement pay is included in your salary and paid over 12 months.

 Main Duties

1. To work with families with disabled children using Great Northern Children’s Hospital, providing in-person information, advice and support around issues faced by families with children with disabilities.

2. To support parents to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to make decisions which are right for their families.

3. To build strong relationships with hospital partners, funders, Contact volunteers and voluntary sector partners.

4. Focus on developing and enhancing our work with hospitals, aiming to reach more families early in their journey with their child’s disability.

Cross functional duties:

1. Work in partnership with health, local government, and voluntary agencies to ensure those families’ social, emotional, and practical needs are recognised and responded to wherever possible.

4. Ensure the provision of good quality information and support to parents and professionals working with families.

6. Work in collaboration with hospital and hospices staff, and colleagues in other By Your Side services (e.g., Midlands, London and Scotland) to continuously promote and improve the By Your Side service for families, developing and growing a network of partners

8. Deliver and contribute to the design of information workshops (delivered face to face or virtually) to parents and professionals.
