The Housing Contracts & Supplier Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement, performance, and management of contractors and suppliers that support the Church of England Pensions Board Housing Department working in collaboration with the NCIs procurement team. About the role

Jasmine Mother and Child Family Residential Centre is Trevi’s specialist residential service supporting women during pregnancy and mothers living with their children while addressing substance use, trauma, mental health needs and wider family pressures.

As Registered Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of this seven-bed residential family service, ensuring a safe, nurturing and trauma-responsive environment for women, children and staff.

Working alongside the Head of Service, you will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, maintain high standards of care and ensure the service meets Ofsted requirements and all relevant regulatory and safeguarding standards.

As the Programme Manager, you’ll own and drive the planning, governance and delivery of major cross charity fundraising appeals, including a significant capital appeal that forms a key part of the Charities’ long term fundraising ambitions. 

The Programme Manager is accountable for the effective governance and delivery of these programmes across multiple teams within the Charities Directorate, ensuring that priorities are clear, dependencies are actively managed, risks are addressed, decisions are made at the right level, and programmes are ready to deliver key milestones and intended outcomes.

 Work environment The post holder should expect to:

•  Work in a hot desk environment, at least two days a week in the Charity’s office, hospital and hospital offices.

The Urology Foundation is looking for a Trusts and Foundation Manager, to develop and grow income from charitable trusts, foundations, grant giving bodies and public funders. This will include identifying opportunities, developing persuasive cases for support, cultivating meaningful relationships and securing significant grants including multi-year grants for both core work and project-based activities. TUF has a well-established and growing Trusts and Foundations portfolio. It is an important fundraising stream, raising between £600,000 to £1,000,000 annually supporting the delivery of The Urology Foundation’s strategy.

As Trusts and Foundations Manager, you will build and manage a grant giving programme, securing significant gifts from trusts, foundations and other grant-making bodies to support The Urology Foundation’s strategic objectives and £5 million Research Appeal. You will manage existing funder relationships and develop new opportunities while delivering excellent stewardship. A central aspect of this role will involve gathering knowledge and data from a range of sources to identify compelling funding packages in order to create strong cases for support and funding applications. • To ensure all staff understand their payroll and pension matters, and help with understanding their tax situations, ensuring that overseas staff are on the correct tax (NT) code. Making staff aware when they need to take independent financial advice.

Job Activities:

 General

• Working with the Finance Director to understand the budgeting and reporting practices.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of, and ensuring the integrity of the financial reporting, Nominal Ledger and costing structures, internal controls and monthly processes.

 Treasury Management

Banking

Primary responsibility for and management of:

• Ensuring account balances are maintained at agreed levels and movement of funds as required.
• Organisational banking requirements including daily monitoring of transactions and resolution of any arising queries and issues.

Tasks common to all staff:

Terms:

• Flexibility will be required for working additional hours and travel to meet business needs or for travel or meetings on weekends or evenings.
• Annual leave entitlement of 22 days per year (pro rata) plus the 8 paid public holidays per year.
• Non contributory pension scheme (10%) of salary.

This is a new and exciting role for Hospice UK. As Content and Brand Manager you will play a key role bringing Hospice UK’s strategic priorities to life, delivering high-quality content that meets our audiences’ needs, drives engagement and tells a compelling story about our brand. 

You will lead and drive an ambitious new content strategy for the organisation that brings coherence and dynamism to our communications, ensures clear and consistent messaging across our channels and seizes opportunities to be creative, adaptable and at the heart of sector debates. The Team

You will work within the Communications team that sits within the wider External Affairs Directorate. We are around 20 in total, including 4 colleagues based in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. 

The Communications team includes colleagues working across content, social and digital, as well as partnership marketing and member communications.

You will work closely with a smaller team of 3 colleagues, our Senior Social Media Officer, Media and PR Manager and your line manager – our Senior Communications and Communications Manager. Together you will be involved in the big issues in hospice care, making sure Hospice UK is vocal, visible and leading the debate.
