About the Role

The purpose of this role is to coordinate the management and continuous improvement of the College’s Lifelong Learning Platform (LLP), ensuring it operates effectively for all users. The role provides service desk support, maintains accurate training records, and works closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and system providers to resolve issues and enhance the platform.

Some key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Providing first- and second-line support to LLP users, resolving queries and system issues

· Maintaining user accounts, training records, and ensuring data accuracy across systems

· Liaising with external developers to report faults, track progress, and support system improvements

· Creating and delivering training materials, guidance, and presentations on LLP usage

· Coordinating user testing (UAT) and supporting implementation of system updates

· Monitoring and reporting on service desk activity, identifying trends and improvements

· Supporting committees and stakeholders, including communications, meetings, and minute taking

About You

 We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional with experience in customer service or helpdesk environments, ideally within a membership or medical education setting. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders and deliver presentations or workshops. You will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support, including supporting formal committees and maintaining accurate records.

Strong IT and time management skills are essential, along with experience working with learner management systems and service processes. Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies and medical education frameworks is desirable. A degree or equivalent experience is required.

About the role:

No one should be locked out of psychological support because their life is complex, their trust has been broken, or services have struggled to reach them. In this role, you will help bring mental health support closer to people experiencing rough sleeping in Camden, working within SHP’s Rough Sleeping Outreach & Hub Service to support people whose needs may have been missed, misunderstood or left unmet for too long.

As Assistant Psychologist, you will work alongside the resident Clinical Psychologist to support psychologically informed, trauma-informed and compassionate practice across the service. You will help strengthen how we understand people’s experiences, respond to distress, reduce harm and create safer routes into support, stability and recovery.

This is a role rooted in both direct client impact and wider service development. You will contribute to assessments, one-to-one support, group work, reflective practice, case discussions and partnership working, helping staff and clients feel better supported when the work is complex and progress is not always straightforward.

You will be part of Single Homeless Project's (SHP’s) wider Psychological Services offer, with clinical supervision, learning and development, and the chance to grow your practice in a service where psychology is brought into the heart of outreach, not held at a distance.

Our Adult Learning Manager is a key operational role within the Adult Learning, Skills and Employment service. The post holder will take lead responsibility for the management and delivery of High Trees’ adult learning and community education provision, ensuring highquality, accessible and impactful learning for local residents.

Working closely with the Head of Adult Learning, Skills and Employment, the post holder will oversee the operational delivery of our Adult Education Budget (AEB/ASF) funded provision and wider community learning offer, including functional skills (English, Maths and ICT), ESOL, community wellbeing, family learning and selected vocational courses.

This person will be a strong communicator both verbally and in writing and will be able to translate complex findings into clear, compelling narratives that others can easily digest and act on. Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally, this person will be a great listener and facilitator, able to curate open and reflective conversations.

Highly organised and self-motivated, this person will be able to manage competing priorities and see projects through to completion methodically in addition to being confident using data tools and systems to produce high-quality, accurate work to tight deadlines. IT savvy across all MS packages will be essential in addition to experience of Salesforce and data visualisation/analysis software being very useful indeed.

Where you’ll be based

About the role

We are seeking to appoint someone on a fixed term contract to the end of December 2027, to join our Grants Team in delivering The Ideas Fund, an exciting programme which looks to connect communities with researchers in order to develop and try out ideas related to mental wellbeing. The Fund is delivered in four areas of the UK – Oldham, Hull, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, and North West Northern Ireland, although this role can be remote, based anywhere in the UK.

With support from the Head of Grants, we expect that you will have lead responsibility for grant management across these areas, building strong relationships with our Development Co-ordinators and contributing to the successful delivery of the overall programme.

You will oversee the support for grant holders to learn from what is working and feed this learning into our overall approach with the Fund, as well as sharing insights externally. It’s an exciting time for the Fund as we work to build partnerships with others who are interested in community-led approaches to working with research and researchers. You will work with our existing Grants & Learning Manager to ensure that our due diligence and grant reporting requirements are met, responding flexibly and creatively to issues that arise. • Oversee the smooth delivery of the programme, including budget management, payment processing, due diligence activity etc.
• Support local Development Co-ordinators to:
  • Work with grant holders, collaborating researchers and project partners to overcome challenges they might face in delivering their projects
  • Collate and share local learning as part of wider learning strategies
• Develop and manage a small pipeline of discretionary grants to add value to the portfolio and/or make systemic impact at local or national level, if necessary. Develop bespoke application and grant management and learning processes as appropriate

About you

The Grants & Learning Manager role would suit someone who has strong stakeholder management skills and experience in curating and sharing learning. Good attention to detail, experience of grant-making, and an understanding of the benefits and risks involved in delivering innovative grant-making approaches would all be beneficial.

The role would suit someone who is comfortable using their judgement and working with an evolving programme, and who can confidently communicate with a variety of stakeholders. We are particularly interested to hear from people who have experience in supporting and influencing wider systems change.

Your experience in terms of the person specification could come from either a personal or professional background. You may not have experience of everything listed in the person specification, but will be open to challenging yourself and developing in the role.

People living with both cancer and dementia face significant unfairness:

• Cancer pathways are not designed for cognitive impairment
• Dementia makes it harder to understand information, attend appointments, and make decisions
• Individuals are often excluded from decisions and disengage from care
• Carers face high stress navigating fragmented systems with little tailored support

Our solution: A community-led, learning-based pilot that combines personalised support with system improvement.

The postholder will establish and facilitate a Participatory Learning Group involving people with lived experience, carers and professionals, ensuring that learning from the project informs service development, system improvement and future practice.

The role will gather, analyse and communicate insight from participants and frontline delivery, helping generate evidence about what works in supporting people living with dementia and cancer.

We are looking for a skilled Facilitator who:

• Has experience of community engagement, participation, co-production or qualitative research.
• Has experience gathering and analysing qualitative information and ability to identify themes and learning from complex information.
• Has excellent written communication and report-writing skills.

Research in Practice has supported evidence-informed practice in adult social care for 21 years. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Continuing Professional Development and Learning Officer to join our adult’s team.

This senior role is ideal for an experienced facilitator who has substantial experience in adult social care or related sectors. While the position requires engagement with, and understanding of, research it is not a primary research role.
