What you’ll be doing:

Operational HR Delivery

• Providing professional advice on HR policies, performance, grievance and disciplinary matters
• Keeping our HR systems and employee records accurate and up to date
• Designing and delivering key HR processes, including objective setting, pay letters and contract changes
• Managing the monthly payroll process accurately and confidently
• Supporting diversity & inclusion, wellbeing, learning and development initiatives

Partnering & Employee Relations

• Coaching and supporting managers across the business
• Supporting employee relations cases professionally and sensitively
• Building trusted relationships with teams to stay close to people priorities

Projects & Reporting

• Producing HR metrics and reports to help shape decision making
• Managing elements of our culture, change and organisational development projects
• Coordinating staff surveys and our Manager 360 Feedback programme

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Supporting the full recruitment cycle — adverts, screening, interviews and offers
• Ensuring new starters receive a warm, well-planned induction

What you’ll need:

• A confident HR practitioner with Level 3 CIPD (or equivalent experience)

ABOUT SUZY LAMPLUGH TRUST:

The Suzy Lamplugh Trust was established in memory of Suzy Lamplugh, a young estate agent who tragically disappeared while at work in 1986 and was later declared deceased in 1993.  Created to honour Suzy's legacy, the Trust aims to empower individuals and organisations to take a stand against abuse, aggression, and violence in all forms, supporting safety in both personal and professional lives.

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic programme leader to develop and deliver our SAFE Project, a pan-London project dedicated to providing advocacy support for stalking victims aged 11-16 (or up to age 25 with particular vulnerabilities), funded by Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong senior operational experience. You will need to be able to think on your feet and work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. This first-of-its-kind project, co-designed with partner organisation Safer London, will seek to fill in important gaps in understanding, assessing and supporting young people experiencing stalking. You will work closely to ensure that systems are robust, inclusive, and aligned with the needs of vulnerable children, while embedding the service into the wider ecosystem of London specialist services driving change.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will provide expert advice and advocacy to children, young people and their families, ensuring the SAFE Project has what it needs to deliver an outstanding service. You will be trained as an Independent Stalking Advocate (ISA), hold a caseload, and over the course of the contract, you will support the upskilling of all ISAs on the team to be able to take children and young people's cases. In addition to leading on the development of the children and youth work provision, you will oversee a Young People’s Experts by Experience group to ensure victim’s voices are fed into project development. 

This role is hybrid, initially requiring on-site attendance at our London office until the sucessful completion of the first probation review (typically 3 months), as well as regular travel across London

This role is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled training developer to join our growing charity, to develop two eLearning courses that support our goals to train school chefs nationwide. This role will transform our existing flagship Chef Educator programme into a bitesize eLearning course and create a new School Food Standards course,  making high-quality chef training accessible, practical and engaging for every school chef.

About you and the role

We are looking for a creative and systematic Training Development Lead to help us develop two eLearning training courses to support school chefs across the country engage with professional development. 

In this role, you will lead two key training projects. First, you will take the lead on a major digital transformation, evolving our existing flagship School Chef Educator programme, which is currently a 10-week hybrid model, into a streamlined, high-quality, eLearning training course. Working closely with the Chef Educator team, you will transform the course content into a bitesize, accessible online course that will be available nationally. You will work with school chefs to feed into the design, delivery, and pilot of the course, embedding feedback loops to ensure early improvements. You will work with our evaluation team to ensure the course meets our organisation’s goals, whilst embedding impact and evaluation metrics into the back end of the course design.

Second, you will lead the creation of a brand-new eLearning course focused on School Food Standards, ensuring every school chef has the tools to meet modern nutritional and quality benchmarks. The course will be made available to all school chefs nationwide and is therefore required to be accessible and easily digestible to all types of learners. This short course will provide the bedrock to understand the School Food Standards, to ensure compliance and improvements can be made nationwide throughout school kitchens. 

Training for school chefs is currently not mandatory, nor commonplace, a core mission of ours to change, therefore the online-only courses need to truly meet the requirements of trainees, with every minute of training being practical, engaging and delivering high-impact.

Key responsibilities:

Your primary objective is to create two eLearning training courses for school chefs; School Chef Educator & School Food Standards. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Audit the existing 10-week hybrid School Chef Educator programme and reimagining its delivery for a 100% digital environment.

• Design and develop the end-to-end eLearning course for the School Food Standards, ensuring it is accessible, interactive, and compliant with English regulations.

• Work with Programme Managers, Chef Trainers and the Chief Innovation Officer for content information and development of both courses.

• Lead content creation, from scripting video lessons, designing interactive quizzes and self reflective tasks, and creating downloadable resources, specifically tailored for a time poor audience.

• Develop learner journeys, ensuring it is intuitive for users who may have varying levels of literacy and digital literacy, and who may learn across desktop and mobile devices whilst on-site. 

• Work closely with our stakeholders, including school chefs, to ensure all content is grounded in the practical realities of school catering.

• Test and iterate on course modules based on pilot feedback to ensure high completion rates and genuine skill acquisition.

 Essential skills & experience:

• Experience in developing eLearning training courses from scratch, ideally within a Learning Management System (LMS) environment. 

• Experience of successfully converting face-to-face or hybrid training into fully digital formats that maintain high levels of learner engagement.

• You are able to translate technical or complex language into clear, understandable communications. 

• You have experience in developing videos for training courses.

• A strong understanding of how to optimise content for desktop and mobile viewing.

• The ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• You have the ability to listen, understand and interpret user requirements 

• You are self-motivated, audience-focused and driven.

• You have an interest and belief in our mission, to improve kids' health through improving food and food education in schools.

Desirable skills & experience:

• Experience in school catering or the UK education sector

• Experience of the charity sector, and the ability to identify where training outcomes can amplify long-term impact

• The ability to contribute to the creation of training materials or resources that add value to the membership programme.

• An understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working in school food and school catering work environments.

The Third Age Trust is seeking to appoint a Training and Volunteering Officer who will work with the Senior Training and Volunteering Officer to support the recruitment, training and management of 400 Trust Volunteers who support the work of the Trust. The role will also provide advice and guidance to staff who work with Trust Volunteers and develop and deliver training online and in person to members who run u3as.

Reporting to the Senior Training and Volunteering Officer this role will work with staff, u3a members and Trust Volunteers. This role will also involve some UK-wide travel, including in person meetings and visiting u3as.

Purpose:

Duties:

PERSON SPECIFICATION SUPPORTWORKER

Knowledge:

Knowledge and understanding of the development of young people with Autism, challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and / or physical disabilities. To demonstrate an understanding of the causes of social exclusion.

Education/ Qualifications:

An NVQ 2 in Care or equivalent, or willingness to work towards such a qualification.

Essential:

Experience of working with young people with disabilities and specific learning disabilities and or Autism in a similar setting. Experience of working in an inner city multi-racial/ cultural environment.

Experience of liaising with Parents/ Carers.

Good communication skills with parents/ carers, young people and staff. Ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to work with young people who can sometimes present challenging behaviour.

About the role

This critical role leads our Service Desk in delivering responsive, high-impact second and third-line support across our core systems, applications and hardware. 

You'll champion clear, consistent processes that empower Helpdesk Analysts to resolve more issues at first contact, building a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and shared problem-solving. Acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical challenges, you’ll drive improvements to system stability, service quality and user satisfaction, while ensuring colleagues from around the world (including those working in French or Spanish) receive timely, thoughtful and effective support. 

At its heart, this role shapes a support function that is proactive, knowledgeable, and always focused on maximising organisational impact.

About you

You'll bring strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows environments and enterprise-level administration, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex, multi-system issues at second-line level and beyond. With well-developed communication skills, you're confident supporting colleagues at all levels and are comfortable working within ITIL-aligned service management practices.

You'll have experience leading or guiding technical teams, ideally across multiple locations, and a deep understanding of modern Microsoft technologies, service desk tools, and the realities of providing dependable support in a busy environment.

Knowledge of ITIL, Microsoft 365 administration, infrastructure fundamentals or IT project methods would be a bonus, as would experience supporting teams in development or international settings.

You'll champion their support and learning needs with employers, and you'll be the ultimate liaison, working alongside partners like the job centre to ensure that nothing stands in the way of their success!

You’ll also be the guiding light for our delivery partners and service providers as we want them to deliver the best experience and outcomes for our young people. High-fives all around! Roll up your sleeves and deliver employability sessions directly to our incredible young people. You'll also help our Delivery Partners and volunteers do the same, both in person and virtually through our trusty MS Teams. When we're doing things face-to-face, you’ll need to hit the road and be there in person to help with programme delivery or programme visits to make sure all is running as smoothly as possible.

And if that’s not enough to keep you busy, you’ll also be keeping meticulous records of information and data on our young people, volunteers, and partners. It's all about making sure every step of their journey is accurately reflected in our systems so that it complies with our funding contracts.

The Sophie Lancaster Foundation was established by Sylvia Lancaster following the murder of her daughter Sophie in a hate crime motivated by prejudice against alternative subcultures. The Diocese of Guildford is seeking a gifted and collaborative Training Lead to coordinate and ensure delivery of high‑quality training for clergy, licensed lay ministers and parish leadership teams across the diocese.

As the Training Lead, you will be a key member of the St Martha’s College (SMC) team. St Martha’s College is at the heart of ministerial formation within the diocese, bringing together a growing range of training pathways including Foundations in Ministry, Occasional Courses, IME2, CMD, Clergy Wellbeing, and leadership development. This role plays a vital part in ensuring these programmes are coordinated, accessible and effective.

The Role

Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the planning and delivery of high‑quality training for clergy and lay ministers across the diocese.
• Shape and maintain the diocesan One Training Plan, working closely with Mission Team colleagues and external providers.
• Respond to training needs emerging from the Parish Needs Process and Ministerial Development Reviews.
• Support CMD (Continuing Ministerial Development) by helping allocate training allowances and coordinating diocesan training events, including Bishop’s Study Days and conferences.
• Lead the development of St Martha’s new online learning portal and line‑manage the E‑Learning Coordinator.
• Build and maintain a network of external resources and providers to help direct individuals to appropriate training.
• Manage communications with parishes, clergy and chaplaincies to ensure training opportunities are clearly and effectively promoted.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is skilled in planning, coordinating and managing multiple activities to time and budget
• Has experience designing and delivering training programmes.
• Is highly organised, able to manage multiple activities and work to deadlines.
• Builds strong, credible relationships and works well with clergy, volunteers and colleagues.

About you

The person in this role will collaborate across teams and provide research and project support to our team; support development and delivery of content on our digital platforms and manage the application and accreditation process for Carer Confident.

You’ll have excellent customer service and relationship management skills as well as good organisational skills. Good knowledge of CRM systems and IT packages and systems is a must have and you’ll also have strong writing and research skills. 

During this 12 month contract you’ll learn more about Carers UK and develop your understanding of unpaid carers and the challenges they face. You can also expect to develop your research, project management and customer service skills.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to attend our office at least one day a week.

Yorkshire Wildlife Trust is one of the UK’s fastest growing nature conservation organisations and seeks to appoint a Visitor Destination Development Manager to transform our flagship nature reserves into pioneering places that inspire hope, drive action for nature and open their doors to everyone. 

This is a rare opportunity to project manage a National Heritage Lottery funded development programme at a pivotal moment. You'll oversee specialist consultants across visitor experience, accessibility, commercial development and community stewardship; coordinate our project Steering Group and ensure the programme is rigorously evaluated and reported to our funder. 

But this role is about more than process. You'll bring a wealth of experience and the confidence to drive real change – taking colleagues on the journey with you, building consensus and laying the groundwork for what comes next. Critically, you'll make sure everything we learn shapes the next chapter of development for our Flagship Nature Reserves.

You'll bring proven experience of managing complex, multi-strand programmes, ideally within the heritage, conservation or visitor destination sector, along with a track record of commissioning and managing external consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential as you'll need to bring colleagues along on a shared journey, whilst managing funder relationships and reporting with rigour and care. You'll be able to synthesise complex information into clear recommendations and actionable next steps and communicate with confidence at a senior level. Key Responsibilities:

 1. Training and Development

• Collaborate with Learning and Development Lead and Practice Team to ensure training programs are inclusive, accessible, and responsive to the needs of diverse communities.
• Use adult learning principles to design and deliver creative, innovative, and bespoke training solutions aligned with local demand, strategic priorities, and funding requirements.
• Will deliver training through online learning systems, including learning management systems (LMS), virtual training tools, and e-learning platforms.
• Develop and apply robust quality assurance and evaluation processes for all training activities. Collect feedback, analyse outcomes, and implement improvements where required.
• Deliver both internal and external training sessions across TLC subject areas.
• Coordinate and facilitate job specific inductions for new starters, ensuring all staff receive ongoing professional development in line with the TLC training plan.
• Apply coaching and training expertise to support internal staff development and wellbeing.
• Work alongside Learning and Development Lead and Practice Teams to manage the online learning system, maintaining accurate and up to date records of mandatory and CPD training.
• Identify, design, and implement appropriate training programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
• Partner with the Head of Practice and Safeguarding, as well as the Marketing Team, to ensure clear and effective communication around all internal and external training programs.

2. Income Generation

• Support the Learning and Development Lead to collaborate with TLC’s Development Team to identify and apply for funding opportunities to expand and enhance training services.
• Following successful funding applications, plan, deliver, and monitor training programs in line with funding agreements and outcomes.

3. Quality Assurance

• Support the Head of Practice and Safeguarding, and the Learning and Development Lead, in maintaining high quality standards and compliance with accreditation frameworks.
• Contribute to achieving and maintaining accredited quality awards through ongoing monitoring, review, and implementation of quality action plans.
• Work with the Operations Team to collect and analyse customer feedback and reviews, using insights to support continuous improvement, funding applications, and marketing initiatives.
• Support the Learning and Development Lead in ensuring all policies, procedures, and training materials are in place to support staff, volunteers, and placements, including induction and ongoing learning.

4. Partnership and Community Engagement

• Represent TLC at partnership meetings and events to promote training and development services.
• Support the Marketing and Communications Team in promoting services, sharing information, and engaging the local community through social media and other communication channels.
• Actively contribute to raising the profile of TLC through collaboration, partnership working, and effective promotion of training opportunities.

General

Partake in evening and weekend work as required. Support the designated safeguarding lead to ensure all staff, volunteers, trustees and students at TLC understand that safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. Ensure adherence to policies mandatory training, reporting concerns, and compliance to protect children and adults at risk.
