The role:
Shakespeare's Globe is seeking a Learning Coordinator to join the Learning team which focuses on delivering a range of projects for young people, schools and teachers. This team is responsible for coordinating the delivery of the ground breaking annual Playing Shakespeare with Deutsche Bank project; daily Lively Action workshops which bring Shakespeare to life for students from across the globe; high quality CPD for teachers, and a vast range of other projects, both revenue-generating and funded.

The Learning Coordinator will be responsible for planning and delivering day-to-day and project-based Learning activity. This is essentially a project management role that offers the opportunity to work with a positive and inspiring team of permanent colleagues and freelance creatives, and to have a wide-ranging impact on young people across the UK and beyond.

In the Learning team, we work with a diverse community of students from across London, the UK, and around the world. We want our team to reflect the breadth of perspectives and experiences within that community.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to play a central role in supporting the delivery of ADPH projects, networks, and events across the UK. Role Purpose

This new role within the Advice & Training team will support the development, coordination, and growth of the organisation’s training provision. The Philanthropy Administrator is the backbone of a team that raises up to £18m each year to support young people across the UK. This role brings rhythm, structure and momentum to busy, high‑value fundraising activity, making sure ideas turn into action and plans land smoothly. Your organisation and coordination keep the philanthropy team focused, effective and able to deliver at pace.

You will keep the engine running day to day. This includes coordinating donor events and engagement activity, managing CRM updates and RSVPs, arranging travel and logistics, supporting senior colleagues and keeping finances, invoices and budgets on track. Whether you are pulling together event packs, setting up meetings or making sure suppliers are paid on time, your work removes friction and creates space for fundraisers to do what they do best: build relationships and secure vital funding.

This role has a direct line to impact. When the philanthropy team is well supported, income flows and that income funds programmes that help young people develop skills, confidence and opportunities for the future. You will be part of a collaborative, inclusive team where strong administration is valued, trusted and celebrated for the difference it makes.

We’re looking for an Events & Community Engagement Lead to take our events, outreach, and fundraising to the next level.

This is a senior, high-impact position at the heart of our organisation, offering the opportunity to shape how The Baked Bean Charity connects with the world. As Events & Community Engagement Lead, you will drive a dynamic programme of events, outreach, and partnerships that not only showcase our work, but actively challenge perceptions and champion inclusion.

You will take ownership of the strategic planning and delivery of our full events portfolio - from Theatre in Education performances and community workshops to respite holidays, fundraising events, and external commissions. You’ll ensure every event is thoughtfully designed, professionally delivered, and aligned with our mission to amplify the voices, talents, and lived experiences of our students.

A key part of your role will be building and nurturing meaningful relationships. You’ll develop partnerships with schools, universities, healthcare providers, businesses, and community organisations - creating opportunities for collaboration, education, and increased visibility for our work. Acting as a confident and passionate ambassador, you’ll represent the charity in a variety of public and professional settings, helping to grow our network and influence.

You will also lead on fundraising, identifying and securing new opportunities through grants, sponsorships, and partnerships. This includes crafting compelling funding applications and fundraising initiatives, managing funder relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed outcomes and impact measures.

Internally, you’ll provide leadership and direction across the events and engagement function. Working closely with, and overseeing, the Events & Project Coordinator and wider ad hoc events teams, you’ll ensure all activity is well-planned, resourced, and delivered to a high standard. You’ll support and mentor staff, recruit and induct volunteers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing environment.

This role requires both strategic planning capabilities, as well as skills in organisation and hands-on delivery. One day you might be developing long-term engagement plans or writing a funding proposal; the next, you could be delivering or presenting at an event, supporting students, or building new partnerships in the community.

We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and creative, with the confidence and autonomy to lead, and the passion to make a difference.

You’ll have:

• Proven experience in events management, community engagement, or fundraising
• A track record of delivering events from concept to completion
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Experience securing funding or writing successful grant applications
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities
• Confidence in public speaking and representing an organisation

The WAGGGS Centenary Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering the WAGGGS Centenary programme from design through to execution and evaluation. This is a varied, people-focused role that sits at the heart of the organisation, providing essential administrative support across fundraising, finance administration, governance, and general office coordination.

Rahab uses Expense Plus charity accounting software and works with external accountants for statutory accounts and compliance. This role therefore focuses on accurate administration, coordination and reporting rather than technical accounting.

The Charity Administrator will work closely with the Charity Director and the management team. The trustees and external partners will ensure Rahab operates efficiently and is well supported to deliver its mission.

Prostate Cancer Research exists to honour the men and families who have been through things no family should have to go through, and to work for a future where no one needs to fear a prostate cancer diagnosis. 

We are always working to provide resources to help, support and empower patients. Giving them the information they need to make better choices about their treatment, while working to identify and target specific unmet needs in the prostate cancer ecosystem, such as racial inequality and bone metastasis.

Job Description  

It’s been a successful few years for the Events team with good results across the board, increasing income by over £1 million a year since 2023. And we’ve just been shortlisted for Fundraising Charity of the Year at the National Fundraising Awards 2026!

Now’s an exciting time as we’ve recently expanded the team again, bringing in new resource to give our different activity areas space to grow and ensure the whole team can do their best work – contributing to PCR’s lifesaving mission, developing in their careers and enjoying their work within our ambitious and supportive team.

We are now recruiting for a new Events & Community Executive to join the frontline of our fundraising stewardship, so strong relationship skills and a love of creating great supporter experiences are essential. A big part of the role will be project managing fundraising activities which will require a proactive approach and an eagerness to learn, as well as some experience of leading a project yourself in the past.

Examples of projects include the London Marathon, Tough Mudder and our open challenges, but you will work on a variety of activities with the team – sharing learnings and supporting each other to hit our shared goals. You will receive the training and support you need to succeed. 

Key Responsibilities  

Event management and delivery  

• Lead the delivery of the fundraising activities you are working on – monitoring objectives, budgets and the bigger picture to ensure that opportunities are seized and risks are minimised. 
• Create and follow action plans for your projects, taking responsibility for processes and the delivery of tasks on time. 
• Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and third-party organisations.
• Ensure all fundraising activities promote PCR’s brand and have a strong connection to people with prostate cancer. 
• Analyse project results based on KPIs & feedback, proactively suggesting changes & improvements. 

Stewardship 

• Lead on the delivery of supporter journeys for your projects, providing a high level of stewardship which motivates our fundraisers to raise more and remain loyal supporters of PCR. 
• Lead on relationship management as required for the fundraising activities you are working on. 
• Carry out stewardship tasks using tools like Mailchimp, GivePanel, JustGiving & Funraisin, for which training will be provided.
• Use feedback & data to spot opportunities for the constant improvement of fundraisers’ experience with PCR. 

Marketing and recruitment  

• Work with the team to create effective marketing plans and lead on their implementation to meet acquisition targets. 
• Create recruitment assets which are tailored by a good understanding of our audiences. 
• With the support of the team, track and analyse marketing performance to proactively suggest improvements. 

Administration and database  

• Oversee stock management via our fulfilment house and ensure we have high quality fundraising merchandise. 
• Carry out participant data processing, income processing and budget management tasks as required – including coding, database administration, supplier payments, and income & expenditure tracking. 
• Ensure your fundraising activities are delivered in line with fundraising law & regulations, and with PCR’s policies.

Strategy and development 

• Always have an eye on new opportunities and ideas to inject into your projects, taking a test & learn approach. 
• Contribute to team strategy and budgeting, working with the team to create exciting plans.
• Lead on relevant projects to improve how we do things – from stewardship & content, to processes & compliance. 
• Be proactive in your personal development and look for opportunities to learn – with lots of support from your manager! 

Teamwork 

• Actively contribute to meetings, sharing new ideas and learnings that might be useful for the wider team.
• Work with the team to embed our agile ways of working, where we all take collective responsibility for the team’s goals.
• Be flexible in busy times, working together to meet team goals, and sometimes getting involved with other projects and tasks across the Public Fundraising team. 
• Attendance will be required at some weekend and evening events, for which TOIL will be given.

Skills and Competencies

• Great project delivery skills and an eagerness to develop into a more autonomous project manager.

• An understanding of the importance of good supporter/customer care, and how to provide this in a fundraising context.

• Excellent communication and relationship building skills, including written and on the phone/ in-person. 
• Excellent organisation skills and an ability to identify the best use of time to complete your work. 
• Very good attention to detail, IT skills and the ability to use a CRM database.

London Landmarks Half Marathon Event Assistant

The London Landmarks Half Marathon is looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Event Assistant to be on the frontline of participant support, helping ensure every runner has the best possible experience. It’s an exciting time to join the team as we look ahead to our 10th anniversary event in 2027.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for participant queries across email and phone, providing clear, friendly and timely support, and making sure every interaction is handled with care and accuracy.

Alongside this, you’ll support website updates, maintain accurate information across systems, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll also contribute to community engagement and event delivery, including supporting the coordination of performers and musicians, assisting with our volunteer programme, and helping deliver a smooth and engaging race weekend.

We’re looking for someone calm under pressure, detail-focused and proactive, someone who can juggle multiple tasks, adapt quickly and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
