What you’ll be doing? 

The Better Together service delivers a community-based outreach, awareness-raising and personalised support programme to address gambling-related harm. This role is key to the smooth running and successful administration of this service and will support with enquiries into the service, and help organise conferences, events and professional education sessions.

• Research location and book venues to host conferences and professional education sessions raising events.

• Promote the service, conference and education sessions across AUKL’s social media. 

• Support with organising two large-scale conferences, setting up Eventbrites, liaising with professionals and partners to ensure attendance, invite keynote speakers and ensure materials are printed and distributed for the conference.

• Help with general administrative tasks such as checking inboxes, uploading referrals to the database and emailing updates to referrers.

• Meet clients on a one-to-one basis, making home visits where appropriate and allowing clients the time and space to discuss ‘what matters to me’.

About Working Well Trust 

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. 

We are now recruiting IPS Employment Advisors to join our IPS service to join our Kingston & Sutton team. This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week, following the principles of the IPS model to support people into paid employment. Please note that if you have previously applied for this role, we will not be considering repeat applications on this occasion.

What you’ll be doing 

If you were working with us, your days would be varied and people-centred. You would manage a caseload of clients with mental health support needs, people experiencing homelessness, and people with offending histories, offering one-to-one support to help them secure and sustain employment that matches their preferences. 

You would provide person-centred guidance using the IPS approach (training is provided), helping clients build confidence, prepare for work, and navigate challenges that may arise. A key part of the role involves engaging employers, promoting the value of our service, and identifying suitable job opportunities.

You would work closely with NHS clinical teams, contributing to an integrated approach to recovery through employment. This includes attending team meetings, coordinating support, and maintaining clear, client-led communication. The role also involves working to agreed targets while maintaining a high-quality, supportive service. 

What you’ll need 

You do not need previous employment support experience. What matters most is that you bring: 

• A genuine desire to support people with mental health support needs and/or learning disabilities to achieve their employment goals. 

• Motivation to help people from all backgrounds move into meaningful work. 

• Confidence speaking with a wide range of people, from clients to employers. 

• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to multitask and manage your workload. 

• Willingness to learn the IPS model and become confident approaching employers.

• Managing office facilities, leases, and contracts across our head office and nine regional sites.

Role Purpose

The Education Trainer supports the Education Manager in the design and delivery of specialist, evidence-informed trainings programmes for education professionals equipping them to support bereaved children, young people, adults and communities.

Using trauma-informed, evidence-based content delivered through both digital platforms and in-person, the role ensures schools and educational staff have practical tools to identify, respond to, support and/or refer bereaved children, young people and adults.

We are recruiting for two Education Trainers, both to work full-time hours (35 per week). One term-time only and the other to work year-round.

Main Responsibilities

• Working collaboratively with the Education Team and the team’s administrator to co-ordinate training requests responses.
• Working with the Education Manager and colleagues, support the design of training programmes tailored to the needs of the training delegates.
• Deliver the organisation’s education training packages online and/or face-to-face as required.
• Work with the team to ensure efficient flow of processes and procedures.
• To research key areas in need of bereavement training packages.
• To be an ambassador for the ASK Me Training and Manifesto to early years, primary, secondary and higher education institutions and professionals.
• To form key relationships with individuals and organisations to promote off-the-shelf training as well as rapid response, ASK Me and bespoke education training.
• To work with the team to develop new education training programmes and content.
• Work with the Marketing and Communications Team to promote education training programmes.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and review feedback framework to evaluate the training.
• Use feedback to improve the current training offer and identify gaps in education training offers.

 Communication and Relationships

• Build and maintain effective relationships with education professionals across early years, primary, secondary and higher education sector.
• Act as an ambassador for the organisation’s ASK Me Training and Manifesto and other key education programmes, promoting values of empathy, inclusion and best practice in bereavement support.
• Collaborate closely with the Education Manager, colleagues and the Education Administrator to co-ordinate training requests and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Engage with internal teams, including Marketing and Communications, to publicise training offers and strengthen audience reach.
• Work proactively to establish and nurture key relationships with external education networks, commissioners, and organisations to increase awareness and uptake of training programmes.

First Stage Screening Interviews

Second Stage Interviews

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join GamCare at a pivotal moment, as the organisation launches a new programme focused on preventing and reducing gambling-related harm experienced by individuals affected by another person’s gambling, known as “Affected Others”.

This new role, funded by the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID), is an opportunity to develop guidance and resources for Affected Others and professionals, alongside designing and delivering peer support services and training. The programme will prioritise support for key groups across England, including men, young adults (18–25), neurodiverse individuals, LGBTQIA+ communities, and people from ethnic minority backgrounds.

As a Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality guidance, resources, and service developments, ensuring that safety is embedded across all outputs and that lived experience voices inform all aspects of the work. Using an iterative test and learn approach, you will gather insights, contribute to continuous improvement, and adapt resources and services to better meet the needs of target groups.

Key responsibilities 

·Programme Support – Support the Programme Manager in the development of the programme, contributing to delivery against KPIs, timelines, and budget requirements. 

·Resource & Service Development – Develop high-quality online and printed guidance and support for Affected Others and the professionals who support them. Work collaboratively with service teams to support the development of educational peer support and other support services. 

·Matrix Working – Work collaboratively across programmes, including the Women’s Pathway Programme, to ensure resources and services are aligned, avoid duplication, and benefit from shared learning. Build strong internal relationships to support consistent messaging, practice sharing, and continuous improvement. 

·Lived Experience Engagement – Support the active involvement of people with lived experience as Affected Others, ensuring their input informs the co-creation of resources and support services. 

·Stakeholder Engagement – Build and maintain relationships with professionals working with target groups to inform the development of resources and services, and promote programme outputs to relevant audiences. 

·Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) – Embed EDI principles across all outputs, ensuring resources and services are accessible, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of target groups. 

·Learning & Insight – Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by applying a test and learn approach, gathering insights to refine and improve resources and services. 

·Impact & Evaluation – Support the collection of data and insights to assess the effectiveness and impact of resources and services. 

·Monitoring & Reporting – Contribute to programme monitoring and reporting by preparing written, statistical, and verbal updates on progress and outcomes.

About you 

The successful candidate will bring experience in developing guidance, resources or services that support positive behaviour change. In addition to this, you will have experience of building relationships and delivering initiatives with volunteers who have lived experience, as well as colleagues and external stakeholders.

Strong organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and experience of developing interventions using iterative “test and learn” approaches to build high-quality guidance and support.

Our Service

Employment is a key part of mental health recovery. Our employment services are delivered in line with the IPS model, supporting people with mental health challenges to retain paid employment in line with their aspirations. IPS is delivered in close partnership with NHS mental health services, employers, commissioners and the wider system.

Due to receiving new funding we are excited to expand our WorkPlace Leeds service to develop our existing support in the community.

The Role

The IPS Team Leader has operational responsibility for the delivery, quality, performance and sustainability of Leeds Mind’s IPS (Individual Placement and Support) teams. The role ensures high-quality IPS delivery, excellent outcomes for people accessing support, and strong partnerships with NHS mental health teams, commissioners and system partners.

The post holder will provide day‑to‑day leadership to a team of IPS Employment Specialists, ensuring high‑quality delivery through effective supervision, coaching, performance management and quality assurance. The Team Leader is accountable for embedding IPS fidelity, supporting staff development and ensuring consistent, person‑centred and recovery‑focused practice across the service.

Essential Skills and Experience:

· Experience providing operational leadership and supervising staff within employment, supported employment or mental health services

· A strong understanding of IPS, SEQF and recovery‑focused employment approaches, with the ability to embed quality and fidelity in day‑to‑day practice

· Experience supporting people with mental health needs, neurodiversity and/or learning disabilities

· Confidence using quality frameworks, performance data and evaluation to drive improvement and accountability

· Proven ability to contribute to service planning, resource management and performance‑led delivery

Martin House has been caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions from West, North and East Yorkshire for more than 30 years. Every year we care for more than 550 families at our hospice in Boston Spa, in hospitals and in their own homes. We also support more than 200 bereaved families each year.

Are you passionate about supporting children, young people and adults who are autistic and/or have a learning disability? 

We are seeking to recruit a highly skilled Key Worker for our Key Worker Service in East Berkshire. The role is diverse and service user centred. It would suit someone with significant experience in supporting young people and young adults with autism and Learning Disabilities and their families.

The day-to-day work will involve a flexible approach to coordination and direct support for the young person and their family, as well as providing responsive communication at times of increased need. This is an exciting role which allows for the Key Worker to support families to navigate the system whilst advocating for them and ensuring that their voice is heard.

There will be opportunities for collaboration and co-production - our vision is to provide young person and family centred support, whilst influencing system change to achieve better outcomes for more children, young people and adults under the age of 25.

The service will be provided across the entire East Berkshire footprint covering Slough, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Bracknell Forest.Although the team is “virtual”, there will be frequent (weekly) travel within and across the East Berkshire area, therefore being a car driver with access to a car is essential, as well as being based near the local area. 

The Key Working Function has been developed as a response to the NHS England & NHS Improvement Long Term Plan (LTP) commitment that by 2023/24, children and young people with a learning disability, autism, or both, with the most complex needs will have a designated Key Worker, applying the recommendations made by Dame Christine Lenehan in ‘These are our Children'. The East Berkshire Key Worker Service has been established since 2023 and continues to develop and evolve. 

We are looking for someone who:

• has significant experience of working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or who are Autistic as well as their families.
• has an understanding of mental health and how this may impact this service user group 
• Is tenacious and passionate about advocating for our families, whilst respectfully challenging professionals and working collaboratively with other agencies
• Able to complete frequent visits to service users and have the ability to be flexible to complete visits/meetings at short notice within working hours across the East Berkshire area
