About the Role
The Events & Community Fundraising Manager is an integral part of our ambitious and forward-thinking Fundraising & Communications team.
This postholder will deliver The Connection at St Martin’s Events and Community Fundraising activity. They will line manage the Events & Community Fundraising Assistant, with a particular focus on their work on our annual Pilgrimage event. About Woman’s Trust
The charity was established in 1996 to meet the gap in specialist mental health services. Woman’s Trust is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. Our approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, empowering survivors on their journey to recovery from the trauma. We are committed to a positive, inclusive and equitable environment for our staff, service users and volunteers.
Alongside delivering our existing 1-1 counselling, self-development workshops and therapeutic support groups for women who have experienced domestic abuse, we are focused on developing our innovative mental health services for young women and girls, delivering new peer-led support groups and providing therapeutic groups to children and their mothers. We are also committed to developing further awareness-raising workshops and training for professionals, building on our research and policy to improve systems nationally.
Background
The lack of recognition of domestic abuse as a mental health issue within the NHS leads to delayed and inadequate support for survivors. This gap in understanding and response often result in survivors only being able to access and receive appropriate care when their mental health deteriorates to the point of requiring secondary mental health services (Women’s Aid 2021). Meta analysis suggests that CBT, one of the NHS’s most prescribed approaches for mental ill-health, is not the best approach for domestic abuse survivors as it does not recognise and take into account the external factors and dynamics of abuse, specifically power and control, the role of the perpetrator and the resulting trauma for the survivor.
In March 2025, WT published its first major report, ‘Living Without Hope’ which consolidates existing and increasing academic, government and sector research demonstrating the significant impact of domestic abuse on women’s mental health. Outlining the current agency responses at national, regional and local levels and the gaps in provision; the report also makes recommendations for change and improvement across the VAWG and health sectors.
Building on the research highlighted in our ‘Living Without Hope’ report, WT has secured funding to work with key stakeholders in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to examine the links between domestic abuse and mental health, the specific experiences of Arab and Moroccan women and their access to safe, appropriate services that meet their needs.
Purpose
This is an exciting new role and will be focused on developing Woman’s Trust’s (WT) response to addressing the systemic issues female survivors of domestic abuse face when trying to access support.
Working with key stakeholders in the London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (LBKC) and specifically Al-Hasniya to ensure that professionals have a clearer understanding of the link between domestic abuse and mental health and its impact on survivors.
Contract & hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week (0.6 FTE). Fixed term as dependant on funding.
Location: Woman’s Trust premises including co-location with statutory partners and community partnership locations.

Key Purpose
The Safeguarding Manager is a pivotal leadership position at RABI, responsible for spearheading the organisation’s dedication to safeguarding and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of everyone connected to our work. You will lead the operational development, implementation, and oversight of RABI’s safeguarding policies and procedures, while line-managing and mentoring the Safeguarding Officer.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Significant experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) or Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) in a complex organisation.
- Proven experience in leading, managing, and developing a team within a safeguarding or related operational context.
- Up-to-date specialist safeguarding training for adults and children.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK safeguarding legislation, statutory guidance, and trauma-informed approaches to practice.
- Strong risk assessment skills, with ability to manage complex cases and make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication, report-writing, and record-keeping skills.
- Experience providing safeguarding support and guidance to staff and volunteers working with at-risk adults, children, and families.

Position: Corporate Partnerships Manager
Location: Brighton/Hybrid
Salary: £40,044 per annum
Hours: 30- 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 2 year contract with view to permanency subject to performance

About the Role
This is an exciting new, high-impact role designed to grow and develop meaningful partnerships with businesses across Sussex. You’ll lead on developing our corporate partnership strategy - spotting opportunities, networking to secure support, and building relationships that make a real difference.
Your success will be measured by growth in sustainable corporate income, long term strategic engagement with partners, and increased opportunities for the organisation in the community to raise funds and its profile.
Key responsibilities include:
· Design and deliver a corporate partnerships strategy.
· Identify, network and connect with potential partners, building strong, lasting shared value relationships.
· Secure sustainable financial support through sponsorships, donations, and long-term collaborations.
· Develop annual income targets for corporate partnerships and take responsibility for delivering agreed financial goals.
· Create and manage a corporate partnerships income pipeline, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting progress.
· Produce accurate financial projections for new business opportunities and existing partnerships.
· Create compelling pitches, campaigns, and events that inspire senior corporate audiences.
· Nurture partnerships through tailored engagement opportunities like project visits and volunteering days.
· Track and report on income, ensuring targets are smashed.
· Keep the CRM (Donorfy) updated with every interaction and achievement.
· Represent the organisation at networking events and industry gatherings.

As our Digital Products Manager, you will play a key role in shaping digital experiences that truly matter. Join our Digital Team at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, where you will drive accessibility and improve digital experiences for our audiences across our digital products.
This Digital Products Manager role offers the chance to improve and develop our digital portfolio, using insight and collaboration to create accessible and effective services. With a joined up approach, the Digital Products Manager will play a key part in delivering work that is always focused on impact. As our Digital Products Manager, you will help us think big while ensuring our digital products remain secure, informed by data and shaped by users.
Hybrid Working and Flexibility: This role offers hybrid working, with the expectation to attend the office 1 day per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the digital product portfolio, including website, microsites and third party platforms
- Oversee our continuous improvement programmes in partnership with our digital agency and in collaboration with colleagues in the Digital Products and User Experience Team
- Scope new products, map user journeys and develop optimised digital experiences
- Advise on procurement of third-party digital platforms and technology
- Translate business and user needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
- Ensure accessibility, security and SEO best practice across all digital products
- Use data, insight and testing to improve user journeys and refine decisions
- Provide training and support to colleagues to strengthen digital capability
- Responsible for GA4 (Google Analytics) and GTM (Google Tag Manager) and produce key insights on the impact of digital products
About You:
- Skilled in Drupal CMS and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experienced across the full product lifecycle and familiar with key delivery practices
- Experience in line management and supporting team development
- Knowledgeable in user centred design, complex journey mapping- and user testing
- Strong understanding of accessibility tools and principles for people with disabilities
- Able to use analytics and insight to guide improvements
- Effective at managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Events Manager to lead the development and delivery of our events programme. This is a pivotal role where you’ll design and execute high-quality, inclusive events—both online and in person—that engage our members, registrants, and stakeholders.

This is an exciting position for an exceptional person with a strong campaigning background to work for one of the UK’s leading rights NGOs. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to devise high-impact campaigns to achieve real change, co-ordinating a multi-disciplinary high-performing team to further privacy, free expression and data protection rights. Ideally, you’ll also be a key Big Brother Watch spokesperson in the media.
You’ll have both people and project management responsibilities, leading our campaigns on key civil liberty issues such as digital ID, free speech and protest rights, facial recognition, AI and mass surveillance.

Campaigns

Develop and execute quarterly campaigns plans to manage and schedule relevant advocacy, policy and research work to further our strategic aims

Co-ordinate a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team to pursue campaign goals

Strategise/oversee development of campaign materials & engaging supporter actions

Promote Big Brother Watch’s campaigns in the media, writing articles and giving quotes/live interviews to press and for our social media channels

Work with Director to periodically set campaign priorities in our organisational strategy

Communicate complex issues to varied audiences, whether parliament, press or public; whether through traditional means (e.g. print media) or public stunts and actions

Build strong relationships with parliamentarians and advisors across all parties

Identify opportunities to further our strategic aims in parliament through committees, parliamentary questions and other activities; as well as regional assemblies and on occasion local government
